Hotel had a wedding, I asked to not be on the same floor as the wedding block and they allowed the DJ to play until 1145PM. I was on the 8th floor and the bass was unbearable. I had to be up at 4am for an early flight and was unable to sleep. Called the front desk several times (waited until after 10pm, I m not unreasonable) no help. Called Honors # and sat on hold for over an hour... a freaking hour. Finally gave up. Was woken up at 2am and again after 3am due to drunken wedding party in the hallway (on the floor that I asked to not be on). Called front desk again, no help. Seriously disappointed and will never stay here again, reconsidering using Hilton for business travel after such poor customer service. The hilarious thing of it all is the card on the table when you enter your room that if you are unsatisfied with your stay, they will make it right. Laughable.
