Hotel was nice and clean. Only stayed one night but it was quiet and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Every experience I've had here has been top-notch! The service is phenomenal.

Very nice hotel with a casual bar... Not a great spot for party animals alot of Veteran conventions going on regularly. The rooms are top with very soft beds.

It's the little things that add up quickly. The property is very close to where I was working. The front desk staff was very attentive and eager to help. I was checked in and into my room with very little hassle. The room was nice looking and the air conditioning did what it was supposed to. Here's were the wheels came off...There was a very unusual smell that was in the room for the entire stay. I can't even describe it just that it was very strong. The bathroom had a nice new shower head. But the tub was very thin and I felt uncomfortable standing in it. Add to that they put the soap caddy right in the middle of the wall so I always felt like I was going hit my arm on it. While I appreciate the hotel's desire for bathroom privacy but, the door is so low that it sweeps the bath mat out of the way every time you close the door. As far as cell phone reception goes, I didn't drop calls but the data rate was hideous. The phone, looking to reconnect to the tower, drained my battery very fast. I would probably stay here again but would look around first to see what else is nearby

Decent food choices. Moderate cleanliness. The TSA is disorganized. Sending people back and forth between security gates while you are trying to catch a flight.

Very clean and nice. Got my stay through priceline and got a killer deal. Needed a place to crash after flying in from iceland and the Hilton was the beesknees

Do not leave your stuff out lock up all your belongings the house keepers are thiefs. The hotel will not do anything about it.

Nice business hotel. Best part is the Honors Lounge and the two outstanding people who work it. The hotel would have 5 stars but management scrimps on providing better service to the lounge.

went here for prom, so most of the service was taken over by the school, but i thought the place was pretty nice.

The rooms were very nice and spacious, however, I stayed a total of 5 nights and room service only came once. We had to request towels every night and had to put our trash in the hall because no one would empty it. We also had to request toilet paper more than once because room service never came.

This hotel is dated. The rooms are older and there was no hot water in my bathroom sink. This hotel does not come with breakfast as advertised when booking. Also the front desk clerk was sick and should not have been working to check out the guests.

We stayed here two years ago and i just book 4 rooms for my family before out disney trip.with the parking included in the price the deal is as good here as in the cheap hotels..looking forward to a long relationship with Hilton

Shuttle service was excellent. We called after landing and had almost no wait time. Check in online was easy and the option to use cell phone app as a key allowed us to minimize contact and was very convenient. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The room has plenty of charging stations. Overall The room was not what we ve come to expect as frequent Hilton visitors. No mini bar, no water bottles and no food service after 9pm. All very inconvenient after coming on a long international flight. The bathroom shower is poorly designed and it s impossible to shower without soaking the floor. The room has no trash can and has minimal space to put waste. The TV remote has a very long lag time. We had two rooms and both had the same issues. The TV menu was difficult to navigate and the selection was poor. In addition, with rain TV signal was spotty due to satellite interference.

The room was nice and the staff was friendly but gave us incorrect information about the airport shuttle service and also overcharged our parking. They later reversed the charge and apologized but it was still an inconvenience.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. They seem to be whittling away at the honors benefits for gold members though. Not sure if that is hotel policy or corporate.

The Hilton is great, everyone is very helpful and nice. Although be sure to ask for extra towels as the showers are prone to leaking due to the design, don't worry its not that bad and the staff is fully aware.

Stayed for the Charm City Countdown. Very comfortable bed, very clean, professional staff. Had a great time

It's my choice for around BWI. Great business hotel. Quick checkin, professional staff. Comfortable quiet rooms. I like it.

Horrible parking for a party of 400. Had to park a half a mile away on the street. Be prepared to walk.

Great location for getting to the airport. Rooms are nice and the staff is friendly.

HHonors program is great. Once again the Hilton employees continue to shine. This location upholds the excellent standard of the Hilton brand.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Attentive and kind staff. Close to the airport which was great for my early morning flight.

The hotel was good. There was a mini-fridge, tv, closet, safe, hotel had a pool which even in November pool was warm enough to swim in. My only issue is that the hotel only had 1 small trash can in the bathroom. Should have had one beside the table for when someone order out and need a trash to throw stuff out
