Great customer service. Room was adequate and comfortable. Located near many different places to eat. Check-in/check-out process was hassle free, very easy. All in all, good experience and I would recommend to a friend.
Very impressed by this hotel. It's clean! Room was amazing with big windows and cozy feel. Only downside is limited parking. Hard to find parking spots..The hotel itself is worth it. Definitely recommended.
Very clean, friendly staff. I was there in support of the troops returning from deployment. The staff was fast understanding, extremely welcoming and patriotic.

Nice hotel. Comfy rooms. Soft beds... Finally got a good night's rest. Breakfast and VIP lounge closes like clockwork to the second. Don't try and get breakfast at 10:01! Concierge made some good restaurant recommendations though.
Very nice, spacious hotel lobby area. Bar has a good good drink selection including several craft beers. Friendly staff with very well maintained guest rooms. Attended a conference in the large ballrooms for two days that had no lighting or a/vissues at all. Highly recommend!

This hotel is very fantastic. The site, the structure and the entire working team well selected and working to meet all costumers goal. During my visit, the staff were very friendly, smart and focus. What a precious moment in this unique milieu. I don't have to wait going back there.
The hotel is ok but the Internet is slow as hell, no jacuzzi, no microwave.

One of tbe best hotels around BWI. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The service is awesome.
Room smelled like stale weed... No microwave.... Nothing to stir the coffee with... So called heated pool was cold as ice... No complementary coffee or water in lobby... The shuttle was parked right up front where loading is... The only 2 good things about this so called 4 star hotel... They actually have bell hops... And my daughters air mattress had a hole in it and the brought a rollaway bed that was a real twin comfortable matress.... Other then that i would have been better off staying at laquinta...
During my visit for an event in one of the event rooms I was very impressed with the decor and cleanliness and if I had a reason to stay there over night I would have.
They were awesome. They made everything extremely easy for the Honor Flight Group I was with.
Their breakfast was great. The rooms are comfortable with good beds and all of the amenities.
They even had distilled water available for my veteran's CPAP machine.
Nice and clean and they have a shuttle to the airport. You can leave your car there for an extended period of time
Honor Flight Rochester Vietnam Veterans Group which I had the privilege of being a part of and WE were all treated with the out most respect and OUTSTANDING service, food was the best and the room's had one of the best mattresses I've slept in the past 15 years. Please keep in mind that I travel extensively ever year. THANK YOU HILTON!
Look. It's an airport hotel bar. Drinks are pricey, food is pricey. But Yuliya is a killer bartender who takes care of her customers like a boss. The Chesapeake style mussels are mesmerizingly delicious. Don't hesitate. If you're at the hotel or nearby just go.
Beware of very slow and unreliable shuttle bus. The driver this morning was particularly chatty (in an unpleasant way), and showed up 10min late. Also, he did not wear his seatbelt, was road-raging at other cars, and acted very unprofessionally.
If it weren't for this, I would have given a higher review.
There's a decent gym with free weights and an indoor pool.

A great place to stay, and minutes from the airport. Comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff are found here. Kudos to this location for working with the Honor Flight Rochester group to put on a wonderful banquet and happy hour for our Vets. I definitely recommend if you need a hotel in the Baltimore/ DC area.

I requested some foam pillows, which they said they had, but they sent down pillows anyway. Very annoying. It was an average hotel. Not as good as Hampton Inns.
Ate in the restaurant before our flight. The food was good, and reasonably priced considering the location.
No seal around the shower door. OMG water all over the floor. They need to train their staff when a guest gets stuck in an elevator for over 1 1/2 hrs. Didnt event ask the name of the guest when they finally got her out or make an incident report. The staff called me after 3:30 am didnt even identify himself as a staff and just asked if I was ok. Which i thought was wierd. Of course i said yes then asked are you the one that was stuck in the elevator? OMG NO! said I'm sorry and hung up. Train your staff! To deal with emergency situations! My friend was very upset and in tears. Others in our group had to tell the staff what to do.
Close to the airport. Clean and the people there very friendly and helpful. Room service was timely and delicious. Hotel is usually sold out during the week but you wouldn t know. Shuttle to the airport spot on. This hotel is just another example of why I always stay at a Hilton.
It was for a corporate meeting so I can't be much help with a review unfortunately. The building in its self was clean and those who I interacted with were very pleasant.
It was okay. We met my niece on her layover and went there for a meal. It was Christmas Eve so mostly deserted. Given the conditions, it was good.
Desk help was extremely helpful, at Makin sure I could access internet! Give them a raise!

Ok but they can do better. Room decent, but not super. No luggage stand in room, TV not fully functional. Not show stoppers, but still shouldnt have to deal with things. Attention to detail a little lacking.
My friend and I stayed here with our daughters for a birthday celebration. We had a room on executive floor so it came with some perks. The food and drinks in executive lounge were good. More like a full meal than appetizers.
Lunch in restaurant was good. I recommend the bang bang shrimp-they were huge!
Pool was nice. Kids enjoyed it. Probably our fault but we left floats at the pool for the next day and they were gone. Someone stole them we assume because the staff didn t know what happened and no one turned them in. I guess that was a risk though.
Overall great stay.
It was nice there was alot of noise in the late evening due to a party in the hotel. The only negative things was that we called for extra pillows at 930pm and didn't get them until 1130pm.
Great Hotel. Treats the Military right through the Honor Flight program. I have one complaint, no hot tub.

As anyone who travels frequently knows, airport hotels can be hit or miss. The Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport is the most definitely a hit. The rooms are newly renovated, the executive lounge has a nice view, and the staff is welcoming.
The location is good right next to the airport and the rooms seem quite nice. Nothing to complain about.

Hot breakfast was cold. They ran out of coffee at breakfast. The staff doesn t seem care at all. I won t stay here again!!!
We had a work event on the Flight Deck. The staff were helpful but out of the way and the food was very good.
1. The hotel shuttle will pick you up drunk at a restaurant, but not from the rental car facility so you can take the hotel shuttle to the airport in the morning.
2. The rooms are very noisy.

This hotel was fabulous. The only Hotel I could find that had all the accomodations I wanted for a great price. I will use Hilton every time from now on when I travel. Keep up the great work :-)
Upscale modern hotel. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are nice and modern but shower is so poorly designed that every time you use it water spills out onto the floor. The garbage can had some gum stuck at the bottom. Rooms don't have balconies. Bed was very comfortable.
Nice and forthcoming staff. The prices are a bit high and the hotel is located together with other hotels. The surrounding is not that nice.

Excellent hotel. The rooms were great! The hotel hallways are brightly lit. It made me feel safer. The hotel address is listed as W. Nursery Rd., but the hotel is just off of Nursery Rd. There is a long driveway that you make either a left or a right into depending upon the direction you are traveling.
Comfortable room, good food in the restaurant, great people.
I stay here whenever I have a flight out of BWI and always have a good experience.
