Very classy and modern hotel! The bar has several great options for draft beers and spirits! A shout out to samantha and marcelle at the front desk for going above and beyond for your guests!

Was checking out the hotel for a possible block for a wedding. I was pretty impressed by the whole place. The place has many rooms and they were clean and updated. They seem very friendly for wedding parties. We are strongly considering them.

Great bang for you buck. Stayed the night 2018 NYE and enjoyed the party. I will say, this is one of the most diverse NYE parties I have been to in MD. The hotel accompanied with many other brands and performers had about 1200 guest for a Charm City NYE bash. The staff was friendly and very energetic. With so many people there was still little wait time for drinks or food. If you want a good NYE party with nice variety in music and drinks this is the safest and most diverse place to be!

Amanda greeted us with a beautiful smile, answered all my questions and even gave us a upgrade so we could be near our traveling companions. Ava in the executive lounge was so friendly and engaged in our conversation..we felt like we had known her all of our lives!! Staff is super friendly and the food was amazing!! Management team has quality staff that really knows how to treat visitors!! Feel like I'm at home. Will definitely return, and will always recommend this hotel. Price was also very budget friendly!! Keep up the good work!!

Location is close to the airport, but far from anything else. Outside looks a bit dated, but the inside looks fairly modern. Clean and fairly spacious rooms. Restaurant food is average.

A fairly clean hotel very close to the airport. The hotel does a large volume of business so it's east to get lost in the hustle. They do offer shuttle to and from the airport and the rates are good for their location.

Smooth check in process and my room was clean. Most importantly, the bartender, Jane, was incredible. So nice, relatable, and funny. A lot of fun to be around. She was for sure the highlight of my stay.

Wow. Very disappointed in the customer service here. I was staying at a local hotel and hoping to come here for breakfast. I called the day before and told them what day I wanted to come and that I was not staying at the hotel. "Great! Here are the hours the restaurant is open!" But when I showed up for breakfast. "Um, no, the restaurant is for guests only." Maybe you should invest in some customer service training, Hilton. :)

Love this place but be careful if you fly out of Lagaurdia today they ve got a smearer on the loose and the bathroom was looking real rough. Glad I waited to be in BWI to tinkle and fix myself up for my work interview at the new Applebees. Wish me luck.

A very nice hotel, decent bar and food. If you are in this area and need to stay somewhere, the staff here is friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Sometimes the service in the restaurant can be slow, but when the bar is open the bartenders are great, friendly and helpful. Also has a pretty good exercise room and a nice indoor pool.

I've stayed at this hotel several times now. First couple times were a little disappointing for various reasons, but it seems like it's gotten better each time. The service is very friendly and efficient, the rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, and Hilton's online check-in feature where you can pick your room based on a map of the hotel is awesome. My only complaint is that the smoke detectors flash a very bright LED, so if you're a light sleeper like me, bring an eyemask.

Really disappointed. Rooms are basic, house keeping doesn t even turn up on some days even after you call the reception. They don t provide drinking water nor do they replace used tea bags. The only good thing is the shuttle to the train station .

I travel a lot for work yet still made an error booking my reservation, showing up 2 night AFTER the date I had made. Zakera and Sammantha took excellent care to ensure my needs were met and they corrected my error with a level of hospitality as if it was their mistake and it most certainly was not. Panic sets in when you have work reservations and have just made a 5 hour drive. Within 10 short minutes they recovered me from my oversight. I am extremely grateful for them!

The rating would be higher but....Rooms are nice but staff was not. I literally mean they were not nice. Like I was bothersome just for checking in and grabbing a candy bar from the little shop next to the front desk. Just gave me a bad vibe from the start.
