Lovely staff and a great room. Wish there was a microwave but it wasn't a big deal. Got free HBO on TV which was cool. Loved the free cookies they gave us too! So yummy. I would recommend this hotel highly.
I stayed there over the labor day weekend. I loved the place. it is my new place to stay in Dublin now. Rosa the manager is the best. I also really love the indoor pool however it does have a bit too much chlorine in it! this is a great place to stay. close to everything
Reasonably nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, all the standard amenities. The elevators have really nice photos in them, and the pool is nice. No hot tub.
Nice place. Hotel is clean and price is good for the location. Was not a fan on how the bar crew converses together in Spanish and loud. I felt like I was in Mexico for a sec. . No offense to Spanish speakers, just rude when they were having loud conversation in front of me. I understand a bit and could tell they were talking about customers a few times and pinche madre was a casual term used consistently. Again code talking in front of customers is just plain unprofessional.
Another positive, I probably just offended all the social justice warriors out there!
Clean rooms, nice staff, free cookies. No continental breakfast, don't be mistaken by the buffet downstairs, it's not free.

Good hotel with comfortable beds and clean rooms. The negatives: decor and furniture needs updating; no laundry for guests to use; Hilton charges money for guests to use fast internet, and the free internet is spotty; and no free breakfast for guests. The saving grace for this hotel is the free gym: the hotel is connected to a real gym which guests can use for free. This gym has over six indoor tennis courts; a large numbers of exercise machines and free weights; exercise and spin classes; a rock climbing wall; towel service; and more. If you are into fitness, this is the best hotel to stay at.
Super attentive staff! Warm cookies at check-in! Just walking to the bathroom, I had them ask me if I needed anything! Very clean & water/coffee at our fingertips. Ordered food at the end of the night, ready in 10 mins to take to our room! Absolutely no complaints! Will definitely suggest this place to friends and family!!!

The glasses were dirty and there was a dead bee hanging from the certain and you could feel cold air coming in from the Windows seals.

The location of this hotel is not desirable, there is a free shuttle service however you can only pre-booked drop-off journeys.
I had a few booking issues upon arrival, upon resolving them on day 1. When I was checking out the same issues rose again and they tried to charge me the whole hotel bill although this was previously paid for.
Guest services were poor and they never came back to me with follow up queries, also they seem to change the shuttle service times without prior approval or notice.
Would not recommend staying here.
Stayed here 6 days with my family. I would highly recommended staying here. Great service, friendly staff, clean rooms and the beds were so comfortable. Complimentary access to the bay club to workout and swim.

WORST hotel experience of my entire life. First off, they deleted someone else's reservation and put mine over theirs sending me a statement and receipt for nights I did not stay there. Upon check-in, I was checked in to that other person's room! I went to the room and their stuff was all over the room! Luckily they were not in there at the time. I was moved to another room, but later that night, my Hilton account was compromised and points were stolen for more reservations I did not make! After a great deal of time on the phone with support and thinking that the issue was resolved, it happened a 2nd time the next day! Something shady is definitely going on with this hotel and management there was no help at all. I may never stay at another Hilton again after this. One of the weirdest things that's ever happened to me...

You're paying more money for a place that gives you the same thing as a la quinta. I always stay Hilton properties but will stay across the street for better service and led money when traveling to Oakland...this place was a joke

Best breakfast ever, quiet rooms, extra friendly staff.
I travel to the Livermore/Pleasanton area frequently on business, and I have found the Hilton Pleasanton at The Club to be the best hotel in the area. The rooms are very clean and nicely appointed, access from the freeway is easy, and the fitness club is fantastic. The hotel staff are professional and courteous. I am a light sleeper, and I found the rooms to be quiet, particularly when I left the air conditioning fan running, The only drawback is that the restaurants are (as always with Hiltons) expensive for the quality of food, so it is better to eat off-campus.

I stayed there one night in April 2013 when I was in town for an event in Dublin. Jessica at the front desk was very nice and really very helpful. Hilton should know she's a great asset to their team. I liked having a bar accessible before bed, and I enjoyed breakfast in the morning, although it was pretty expensive. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and although the sofa was worn, most everything else seemed in good condition.
I did not like the pool area closed at 10 pm, I did not get to use the hot tub because of how early the pool are closed, and that really made me mad. The hot tub was the reason I chose this hotel to begin with. I was disappointed with the size of the patio, it's very small and only has 1 chair on it. Additionally, they have the area planted so heavily, you can't see the pool are from your patio, even though you're only sitting about 10 feet from it. I also did not like having to pay for internet access. Hotels that charge you $150 per night for a room should just give you the dam internet for free.
I came to a microbiology conference that was hosted at this hotel. I never knew I could have so much fun while never leaving the hotel. The pool and hot tub are very nice added bonus. I was a little bummed that breakfast was so expensive though.
For the price, I get more out of a Hampton Inn than I did from doubletree. Good luck sleeping in on a weekend. All you hear is the cleaning staff knocking on and slamming doors and the radio chatter from their walkies on full volume. The front desk and bar staff are great.

Centrally located at Highway 580 and 680. Today i attended a meeting. Lunch was absolutely delicious. Ceasar salad dressing was the best thing about the meal. The chicken meal was tasty and NOT dry. Good conference location. Way to go Double Tree Hotel
Clean and spacious rooms. Unfortunately does not provide free WiFi and the restaurant food is mediocre and over priced.
One of the nicer hotels in the area though it's getting a bit dated. They recently redid the dining area and bar and both of those are much nicer estheticly than they had been. The rooms are clean, the beds a bit too worn and the bathrooms are again clean but you can tell it's age. Attached to one of the better gyms I've seen anywhere and that serves as the hotel gym so if you're looking for any type of workout from a climbing area to indoor and outdoor tennis and basketball and weights and so on that can be a useful plus. One of the better hotels in the area but could definitely use a sprucing up in the rooms.
The bar has a nice selection of beers and wine. We got the nachos with steak. The steak tasted old like it was left open in a refrigerator for several days. The meat was full of gristle. This meat should be avoided.
I stayed for a work event. The room was nice and cozy. The staff was pleasant and the meeting room was perfect for our event. Food was AMAZING!

Rooms were very nice, but I must say the beds were fabulous. I slept soooo good. Woke up refreshed and the in room coffee was a nice surprise and very good. The desk people were very friendly and personable. Not stuffy at all. I wanted to take them home with me. All in all they get a 10 in my book.
The rooms were nice, large and clean. The staff was professional, but not overly helpful. I deducted two stars because they charged $300 to use a 6 person conference room for 90 minutes. Most hotels offer brief conferences room use at no charge and some charge a small fee ($25 to $75). I don't mind paying, but $300 is ridiculous... My room cost less than this!
We got an amazing deal on our room, possibly because we booked early for our trip? Not sure, but the room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Coming from someone with back issues, I need a really comfortable bed when I travel, and this one had it!! Even the breakfast buffet was done really well! Everything was made fresh, almost like it was made to order!!
Really amazed that AAA rates do not include breakfast. I was charged $15 for a basic Bacon and eggs breakfast!!
I enjoyed my stay even though I was only there for one night. I had a great breakfast especially since I am a diamond member and receive a free breakfast voucher. There seem to be good amenities but I was not able to use them

My recent stay at the Pleasanton Doubletree by Hilton was great. Upon our arrival, we were promptly greeted, give some yummy chocolate chip and walnut cookies and offered a complimentary upgrade.
The room was clean and furnished with modern amenities. Aside from the well-kept property, it is located just off the freeway and near various shopping centers and restaurants. We would definitely return.
Conference rooms were of reasonable size and accommodations were thoughtfully distributed to provide adequate access to all during various parts of the event.
I wished they had breakfast everything else was great

I've stayed in this hotel twice and have always had a great experience. The staff is very accommodating. As a guest you have access to the pool/fitness center facility near by which is HUGE. I will be back for my future Pleasanton trips.

Great service for a great (clean) room at a great price. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor hot tub and soaking in the late summer evening from the comfort of a poolside recliner. Slept well. Money well spent.

Stayed over night and had a conference for work on site. The conference room was glorious. Beautiful chandeliers, the food was presented creatively and tasted really good. Coffee was tasty and plentiful. Hotel room was spacious and comfy. Room service was yummy and so fast. Hotel staff friendly, energetic and professional.
The room was nice. We found this location to be perfect since we had celebrated my step-daughter's birthday at PF Changs!
So we went to the Mother's Day brunch very average! We usually go every year( because of how delicious it used to be) and have gone every year for the last 15 years last year it was mediocre at best and this year, the same, it has lost it's Elegance it will be the last year we attend sadly...
Not so impressed by the customer service. I know they try to be polite and nice, but lack of genuine love. Maybe I m expecting too much.
I m not impressed by the membership status either,
since it s my first time staying here. I also got contacted for my dog is making noise (I travel frequently never had this happened before), my husband have to drive an hour back and forth to get him.
Overall, I think I wont come back, it s not really for us. Everyone is different. I prefer more cozy and warm atmosphere, free breakfast regardless of membership status. I prefer some other hotels than this one...
