Great staff and 24/7 housekeeping was clutch due to my forgetting my tooth brush. Warm cookies and check it and clean towels with reminders to conserve water.

It was nice and clean, but I am diamond status and I wasn't given my water, which was disappointing.

Love the room!! Picked up Whole Foods for later. Then I went to the gym worked out on the elliptical for 40 minutes then I went showered and went into the steam room and sauna and then showered again and got all clean washed my hair. Very nice.!!!

I have stayed here several times. The renovations are mostly done which is nice. Staff is nice.

Great parking lot. Lots of spaces. Member of the staff was very accomodating to dietary restrictions. Big parking lot.

Attended a work event, excellent service, ok catered food.

Overall the stay was very nice. The rooms are clean and the staff is excellent. The walls are a little thin though, and it's hard to not hear your neighbors.

Was there for a conference. Meeting rooms and food were standard.

Location was good and the rooms were comfortable. Used this hotel to stay at before the triathalon amd was great for the proximity. Will stay again if we do the event next year.

For the price I gave 2 stars. You pay for breakfast. The pillows weren't soft either. A few small upgrades could turn it around and small gestures. All water bottles in the rooms they wanted to be paid for. 3 bucks for a basic bottle of water...I would like to feel more of a friendly vibe there for what you pay but that was my take.

Very nice hotel, surprisingly quiet despite being near the highway. The only reason this doesn't get five stars is that the rooms are showing some age and the bathroom was clean but still had dirt in the corners. Overall a fine place to stay in Pleasanton.

I am currently in this hotel for an 8 day stay, teaching a workshop. I travel extensively, and am familiar with the services and amenities commonly available in hotels. My experience here isn't good. My clients have been charged fees for rooms and set ups that are way out of line with other hotels, and, so far, those set ups have been problematic. Additionally, this hotel is situated beyond walking distance of anything at all. Both times I've tried to use the hotel van transportation have not been successful. The first time, the van was unavailable and wouldn't be back for over an hour. The second time, when I asked to have an OTC cold remedy picked up at Walgreens, 2.6 miles away, I was told that wouldn't be possible. I got different reasons for that depending upon whom I was speaking with. At no time did anyone try to help solve my problem, and the supervisor on duty was rather curt about it all. Additionally, the restaurant is under construction, the dinner eating area is in a small lobby, and the menu is limited. However, it will say breakfast is pretty good. Get the bacon.

It was a nice hotel with a huge benefit of access to the health club next door.

Great Hotel & Friendly Staff. Only Hotel need to be remodel or modernize. The Hotel is Pet friendly means Guess can bring their pet stay in room. I no like a hotel the guess before me was pet in my room. I have allergy to hair.

I stayed here for couple of months. Enjoyed every other day in the hotel. Lot of facilities like.. Clubsport, Pool, Restaurant, Shuttle service..etc., Very friendly staffs in Front office, Restaurant, housekeeping..etc.. Morris and John help you move around the places near by. They are very kind and helpful with the guests.

Very modern and clean, no issues with service. Quiet even though it's near the freeway, must have insulated walls! Shower was nice and hot after a long day, beds were comfortable and very clean. Pillows were memory foam and very nice to sleep on!

This is a really nice Hotel. My wife and I attended a Christmas Party here with her company. This place is much better than the Waterfront Hotel in Jack London Square. Parking is much easier to find and it's closer to home. I hope the company holds more events here.

Very nice, very clean hotel. Isn't far from food. Better then what we expected. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great sports facilities and spa next to the hotel with access for guests. The rooms are well looked after and quickly cleaned each day. Great place for a break.

This a great a location, which we have used multiple times while visiting the area. Close to Bart as well as the crossroads of 580 and 680 in Pleasanton.
It had a nice decor and large rooms, older but not tired.
Meeting rooms and adequate bar/restaurant are also available.

My college ministry has held our end of year banquet multiple times at this hotel. Every year they do not fail in their hospitality and kind staff.

I wish I could I stayed 2 nights here! Everything was wonderful!

The shower drain was clogged and it turned into a shower bath. I hate when that happens. Other than that everything else was great.

This hotel has the best customer service in the area.

Bar area was nice and great service. The halls way between main rooms was also well maintained. The three booked rooms our event was held in were large and well lit.

Great place for a seminar. Food was excellent for a buffet and the staff was excellent.

Ample parking spots. Conveniently located right off the I-580 and I-680 junctions. Many restaurants around the area.
The staff is cordial and treats people with respect. They give away free cookies when checking in.
Great room with all the amenities. Nice towels in a spotless bathroom and shower.
Pillows and sheets were nice and fluffy. I will definitely stay there again.
You can get a great deal if you book last minute through many of the online booking websites.

I would rate it 4.5 stars. A nice place to stay. Recommend it.

Front desk staff were friendly but the room was just ok. Had booked a room with 2 queen beds that were not queen beds - they were doubles. And the mattresses desperately need to be replaced. Our room had not been cleaned well before we checked in - found several pieces of trash on the floor. I also don't understand why there were only 2 towels provided when we had 3 registered guests. We asked at the front desk for some additional towels...then had to call again 30 minutes later. Parking was included but breakfast was not.

Loved the buffet and decor in our event. Selection was appropriate for our diverse group

I went for a wedding fair. From what I could see, the place was nice.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. there were hundreds of little soccer players there on my first night and I still felt like I was given great service, even though they were always at the front desk asking for cookies. Room was great, spacious and quiet (considering the soccer kids were up all night running down the halls I only heard them a handful of times).

Building is a little older but well maintained. The housekeeping staff took care of the room when I was out and left me alone when I needed to stay in and work one day. Breakfast is good if you are a Gold or Diamond member, pricey otherwise. Location is not real convenient to nearby business and restaurants, but the price makes up for this. I will stay here again.

A convenient, clean, and an awesome Hilton property with a terrific health club attached.

The bed is hard as a rock it is not clean i do not recommend

Only complaint is the shower knob is broken so adjusting the water temperature is almost impossible. There is a pretty decent restaurant and a nice gym. Professional and curtious employees.

I attended a work function. The event was hosted by the hotel. The staff was helpful. The food was great and the facilities were clean. It was a very nice place to have an event.

Location was just off the freeway, rooms were nice, checkout time at 12 was also very convenient.

Clean, courteous, Club. That's how I think of it. Stayed here couple times and it doesn't disappoint. It has 2 pools - one each for the hotel and club. They're renovating the breakfast area right now but last time, breakfast was pretty nice. Employees are courteous and ready to help out. Wish they had business center a little more separate from the desk and with Windows, but it works.

Service was impecable. Called for linens & shower cap on seperate occassions & prompt. The hotel was astetically pleasing. Staff was very friendly.

As we travel up-and-down California, this Doubletree seems to be my favorite. And as always, we love the chocolate chip cookies!

The room I stayed in was very nice, quiet and clean. I didn't run into any problems while I was there.

Basic hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and welcoming. Nothing extraordinary and the room decor is a bit dated but fully functional. There is a nice lobby and bar downstairs.

Breakfast every morning was delicious. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Carpets an interior are starting to show their age, but the attached Sports Club membership is hard to turn away. Plus Double tree always gives fresh cookie on check in.

We are loving this Hotel. People are friendly. Coffee is fresh. Pool is beautiful. My favorite place for coffee is the cabana.
The rooms are so clean and large.

Everything at this hotel was nice. The food in the bar was cooked very well and was a quite place to just sit and relax.

The bridal fair was nice. My daughter has very recently become engaged and this was our first time attending a bridal fair. She picked up some valuable info. Of course, Doubletree will ALWAYS score that extra for those delicious chocolate chip cookies!!!

Good stay, clean rooms, and good stay. Will stay again.
