WORST hotel experience of my entire life. First off, they deleted someone else's reservation and put mine over theirs sending me a statement and receipt for nights I did not stay there. Upon check-in, I was checked in to that other person's room! I went to the room and their stuff was all over the room! Luckily they were not in there at the time. I was moved to another room, but later that night, my Hilton account was compromised and points were stolen for more reservations I did not make! After a great deal of time on the phone with support and thinking that the issue was resolved, it happened a 2nd time the next day! Something shady is definitely going on with this hotel and management there was no help at all. I may never stay at another Hilton again after this.
