Not so impressed by the customer service. I know they try to be polite and nice, but lack of genuine love. Maybe I m expecting too much.

I m not impressed by the membership status either,
since it s my first time staying here. I also got contacted for my dog is making noise (I travel frequently never had this happened before), my husband have to drive an hour back and forth to get him.

Overall, I think I wont come back, it s not really for us. Everyone is different. I prefer more cozy and warm atmosphere, free breakfast regardless of membership status. I prefer some other hotels than this one...
