We have been living with these guys for a few years now and they are extremely professional and responsive when it comes to residents with respect for your schedule and privacy. And they work in a very clean manner. Excellent team and i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move with them.

I was very pleased to have met and dealt with Bogdan and PPM. I recently finalized a lease with them.

In my search for a new apartment, I first looked at other properties with the current management company I was leasing from. Despite being in excellent standing, dealing with them and their leasing agents was unpleasant at best. One reason I couldn't overlook was because everyone just kept kicking the can around on how to fix a technical issue with their online application software and publicized listings. I wasn't able to apply for the unit I wanted through their standard online application portal. In short, I was a happy, returning, qualified customer (tenant) with my wallet open wanting to buy again from them, but after a week of earnestly chasing them down like I was the salesperson and still not even being able to apply, I decided to look elsewhere [NOTE: I offered to come into the office to fill out the application, but was told this wasn't an option]. Makes me really wonder why they are even in business? In fact, my experience left me with the impression they didn't need my business since there was no sense of urgency on their side, but this notion is easily dispelled by the fact they too are offering 2 months free rent on the unit(s) I wanted.

At this point in my search, I had a good idea of where I wanted to live, so I inquired online to two management companies at about 4pm on a Wednesday. One of them was PPM. I believe it was Mitchell who reached out to me before he left the office that day (easy thing to put off until morning) to set up a showing for Thursday (the next day). I met Bogdan on Thursday, and was pleased to find an enthusiastic, hungry, hard working leasing agent who was responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly.

After the showing, I told Bogdan what unit I wanted, and he said "well i can send you the link to apply or we can just go to the PPM office 10 minutes away and get it done right now." Music to my ears. By the time I received a response in the form of a random *text message* at 6:53pm Friday from the superintendent at the other building/management company I inquired with a block away, the ink on the deal I had with Bogdan and PPM had already dried.

My experience with PPM properties has been nothing short of amazing. I had a sticky situation when I moved to Chicago from out of state and they were SO helpful in getting me a DEAL quick. In fact, they got me a fully renovated and cleaned apartment in 24 hours. Crazy. Their maintenance team (Iovan, Sedad, Semir, & Ruben) lead by Marcel Toma are SO helpful and kind. They will help you with anything you need and their service is 5 stars. I cannot thank them enough - they truly go above and beyond. If you're looking for people who care and provide tier 1 service, look no further. People and property alike, 5 stars.

I could not be happier with the service and attention that I received from Izabella Gavric ! Izabella was extremely patient with me, very quick to respond to emails and met on multiple occasions to show me different units.

I've worked with these guys multiple times and everytime the outcome was great. From staff to Management they are all very responsive and ready to help whenever needed. I recently had an issue and was imediately assisted by one of the building engineers. The rent is reasonable, there was no security deposit needed and my place is in walking distance to Lakeview's best shops. I've got the best deal. Thanks PPM

Had a great apartment searching experience with Bogdan. He was professional, communicative, and efficient in narrowing down places that met my criteria. The buildings are nice and span a variety of neighborhoods and styles.

I rented a department and the department and also the building are in very good conditions, the engineer is so nice and the leasing agent was so comprehensive with our requirments. No complains of any kind

This year i lived in 2811 n pine grove with a room mate because of the good pricing. After the first month we got a "aum bill" that was supposed to cover all of our utilites except for electric. This was a lie and we had to pay our own gas anyway. What we were paying for was the "building's gas" and the heating in our apartment wouldnt even turn when we wanted it too. Now we were paying an EXTRA $50-200 A MONTH for "building utilities" that no other agency charges for. If we had known this from the beginning we would have never moved there. Now they want to raise the rent so we've moved out. If they mention an AUM bill, run.

Our apartment search experience was made so easy, even in these crazy times, with the help of Bogdan, one of PPM's great leasing consultants. My girlfriend and I have more than enjoyed our time with PPM!

My wife and I lived in our first appartment in the city and we found it through PPM. We tried finding one with other agencies and were finding the process very difficult and did not have much luck. PPM made the whole process much easier and we found a great place tbat fit perfectly in our budget. I would recommend PPM to anyone who is looking to start living in the city for the first time!

My agent used to tell me I'm able to move in on Aug 1s and get keys on July 28-29, and it's already July 31 and still no keys. I still don't know when is the exact date I can move in. The engineer never picked up my phone. I cannot reach the agent successfully because she is at vocation, without telling me. I went to the office and apartment, and when they called the engineer, it worked everytime. But he refused to pick up my phone. In this case, I cannot book elevator with my apartment, I cannot schedule with RCN and ComEd. I feel disappointed and anxious now. No one really trys to help here.

We lived in 55 W Chestnut St apartment and it is one of the best locations to live in with accessibility to office in downtown, Michigan lake and Magnificent mile. The management and staff are friendly and we enjoyed out stay here without any hassles.

I m moving after a year with a heavy heart. The staff is marvelous. The maintenance men are so on point and always available. It s a lovely community. I live at 3130 N Lakeshore. I ll definitely miss this place - moving for personal reasons.

I rented an apartment from PPM for 18 months and enjoyed everything, from finding an apartment (thanks Bob!), the approval process, and move-in. They are the best management company of the 4 I've had in Chicago. They're straight forward and met my expectations. The bad reviewers simply didn't do their research, that's on them and not PPM. I knew that my building had RUBS utility billing before I signed the lease. As far as maintenance goes, they were always to respond and my building had a full time building engineer. I loved that I was able to talk directly to a person when I needed it rather than being given generic contact information. They're personable and easy to talk to. If your experience was different, I'd re-think your approach and, as always, do your research. I'd rent from them again over and over!

Best staff great helpfull and understand your concern s

I m extremely disheartened with the lack of response to tenant concerns. I ve emailed, called, and left maintenance requests several times and have received no help. You would think that after three years of renting with the company they would be more responsive to their tenants. I d recommend looking elsewhere for an apartment in Chicago!

Edit: After months of attempting to contact the company, I finally received a response after writing my review. The response was lack luster and somehow made me even more disappointed with the company.

Edit: I will say that the one saving grace is the building manager Tom. He is amazing at his job and is keeps the building going!

There are many shady and 'phoning-it-in' property companies in Chicago, but this is one of the diamonds in the rough. Super responsive staff, expedited paperwork processing so we were able to move in to our place at 1111 Dearborn on time. All of the places they showed us were great, but in my mind, the Dearborn Apartments are amazing apartments in Gold Coast at a more affordable price for the area. Again, super nice people. If I move again, will definitely use these guys

Finally, we were able to settle down for an apartment. PPM has asisted us in finding the perfect 1 bedroom apartment and they are so experienced in what they do. From the moment we've contacted them up until we got the key for our apartment they have been so courteous and attentive with us and what we were looking for in a unit. So our first impression was great with them up until the last. We strongly recomment moving with them, they know the city and the prices are also very good, in fact best you can find in Lakeview area. The staff at the building along with the Management team were very considerate. Very patient people and we trully appreciate the extrordinary level of professionalism. Thank you!

We have been living at the 55 W Chestnut property for a couple of years now. The building has a great location in Gold Coast area. There are grocery stores, malls, restaurants, schools, Hospital and beach all at walking distance. Also works great for someone who works near downtown. The building is well maintained, secured by a doorman, apartments are fairly sized, affordable and the management is friendly and helpful. I would recommend the building for its practicality.

55 W Chestnut is the building I live in. I really love the location. It is really close to all the great things in the city. Also it is very convenient to go anywhere by train or bus. The management in the building is really helpful.

Worst experience ever. Showed up to my appointment after giving my specifications online to the the person assisting me from PPM. When I get to my in person appointment, they say they have absolutely nothing for me and usher me out the door after only 9 minutes. Don t waste your time here and go to Apartment People down the street instead.

The worst property management I have ever come across, signing up and getting an apartment could not be easier, but as soon as that is done, your all on your own, if the building engineer is good, your maintenance issues will be resolved which was the case for me luckily, but you will get no help from corporate, we have been trying to contact them since 3 months to either end our lease or help with a payment plan option since COVID happened at first they wouldn t respond and when they did they are not willing to help at all, the worst company I have ever seen, I have moved from India recently this is just the second property management company I have dealt with, the first one was no trouble, but after this one I have doubts about other Similar companies in the US, shame on PPM, you have no record of me because you suggested not to put me in the lease and only put my wife on the lease and then even after my wife authorizing me to talk to your company on an email you have been neglecting me, not responding to my emails and hanging up on me, when I call to talk

I came in looking for an apartment and Spring helped so much finding an apartment. She made sure that all my needs were met and I found the perfect place! If you re looking for a place in Lakeview this is the place to go and ask for Spring!

I rented an apartment from these guys at 1049 W Oakdale for two years. It was amazing. They are so friendly and will help you with any need. They have great customer service!

I live in the property at 2756 N Pine grove Ave and have had a horrible experience.
The cold water is scalding hot after 4-5pm everyday and you can t wash your face or take a shower because it will burn you.
Nothing ever gets fixed. We have had brown water come out the faucets and told, Oh it s fine. It does that
The laundry room is new here and already dryers hardly dry clothes and two washers are broke.
I have lost so much money in broke machines in the new laundry room here.
My door frame broke and they fixed it after a couple days but never came back to paint my door so it s still just a wood door.
Not to mention you will he woke up everyday by the work next door!!
There is no roof deck like advertised!!!!! And I was lied to about that all last year.

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!!

It is the worst management group I have ever seen. They are rude and always refuse to be polite when they talk to you. And the amenities are all old and broken. Not worth the money at all.

Loved everyone at PPM! They made looking for an apartment so easy and we loved our place at 515 West Barry! They are number one for renting in Chicago!

55 W Chestnut is a good building with a fantastic manager (Laura) and building staff. They respond quickly to all issues. Lived here for several years.

1111 N. Dearborn has fantastic views, with floor to ceiling windows, this time of year the workout room is great as you don't have to go out into the cold just to get a workout, and the staff is amazing.

If you are looking for an apartment in Chicago, I HIGHLY recommend PPM. I ve lived in a studio in one of their Lakeview buildings for 2 years now, but this year I wanted to move into a one bedroom. I had had a great experience for the first two years (shout out to my fantastic onsite building engineer Carlos plus PPM s great communication and responsiveness) so I figured I would check out PPM s other offerings. Alma was my leasing agent this time around and she was wonderful. She was kind, incredibly patient and knows the properties so well and truly tailored the experience to me. I found a unit that I m so excited about and can t wait to move in! Plus I got a great deal :) Thank you Alma and thank you PPM!

Planned Property Management property (1111 N Dearborn) is amazing. A large gym with a great view. Swimming pool, large laundry room. This building is located in a great area everything is within walking distance. The building is always clean and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. Barry is so sweet, he helped me out a tremendous amount when I first moved in the building he's not just a great doorman he's a great gentleman. This is the true definition of home no matter the size of the unit, it feels right from the beginning. You will love it here.

Just moved into my 1 bedroom apartment with PPM at 1000 N Lasalle and boy am I happy I contacted them. I was having a pretty stressful apartment search and they really set my mind at ease. First I talked with Brad and he really went above and beyond to get me all the information I needed before deciding I wanted to come in to see the place. Then he even found the perfect time to schedule me with a PPM agent. I toured with Brittney and she was so personable and kind. The building is great, and there's even a dog park attached! Me and my mini schnauzer Hue just love our new home. And no pet rent! <3

While I ended up passing up PPM's properties due to my own budget, I was impressed by my experience with them. They were prompt with my request and showed me units that were spot on with my requests. Alma was so kind and really tried to find a way for me to afford the properties. I appreciate her hard work. I will definitely look at PPM properties in the future.

I love living at 441 W Barry! It's a fun neighborhood and everyone at PPM has been great. They made sure moving in was easy and worry free!

I just renewed our lease at 55 West Chestnut; this will be our twenty-second year in this building. Planned Property Management bought the building three years ago and we had some trepidation about new management, but they've been great. The building is clean; the staff is friendly; and management can't be topped. Laura is the BEST!

This is a great company to rent from no matter what neighborhood you choose. Their buildings are immaculate and safe. If you call for anything that needs fixing, it is done that day or the next - and emergencies are handled immediately. If you are transferred suddenly, no problem; you can sublet or simply pay a cancellation fee. They are as accommodating as a company can be. I only wish more of their buildings allowed dogs, but that's because so many dog owners are irresponsible that it ruins it for the ones who are. Many of the other rental companies have buildings that are understaffed or loaded with bugs. You have no worries with PPM. Seriously.

From beginning to the final end, PPM were absolutely incredible! Tabitha is AMAZING and never have I felt more comfortable in a sign up process than I did in the office that day! Thank you so much! Very appreciative!

I ve lived at PPM properties since October, 1000 N LaSalle. I absolutely LOVE IT!!!!!! From my super cute comfy apartment, to the amenities like the gym and dry cleaning, to the awesome dog park. Loraine the concierge is so sweet. She always greets you with a smile. Always remembers your name and apt. So personable. Building is very dog friendly. Very clean complex they keep it smelling great and clean all the time. My neighbors are wonderful, never disrespectful or loud after hours. I truly feel at home!

I live at 1133 N Dearborn. Elevators are broken down, dangerous and stuck. No one bothers to let the tenants know how they plan to fix them. Good luck getting in and out of your apt. The yearly inspections are EXPIRED and the building will give you excuses why they have not had a proper elevator inspection. We called the city and the alderman which is now under review. Office staff started to harass me, told me to move out, which is known as retaliation. Despite me being a great tenant and even prepaying my rent. In addition to the harassment, which was a live confrontation, they actually told me in writing to move out, suggesting that I was unhappy because I complained, LOL

I cannot recommend Spring enough! We did a virtual tour since we live far from Chicago and she s made the process a breeze! We can t wait to move to Chicago! If you want no hassle and great recommendations go with Spring!!!!

Scheduled a viewing for an apartment that wasn't available, agent had no idea of info already shared online.

I currently live at 1940 N. Lincoln and the apartment is in a perfect location in Lincoln Park. You're right next to the park. If you want to grab a drink on a patio during the summertime, Ranalli's is across the street and always busy -- especially when the weather is nice. J. Parker is a few blocks down if you fancy a rooftop. You're a 10-minute walk from Old Town in case you want a change of scenery from LP.

And the apartment has its own rooftop that has a great view of the skyline. Perfect place to chill during the summer. Definitely recommend living in this building for anyone that wants to be in LP.

What a poorly managed business. I applied for an apartment online because they stated they worked with people with poor credit. That is not the case.

First of all, after applying online, I heard nothing for days and had to contact THEM about my application. They had no record of my application and I was handed of to several people until I was finally able to set up an appointment to look at an apartment.



We were told our poor credit wouldn't be an issue, paid the application fees to apply, and waited. And waited.

Luckily, we didn't put all of our eggs in this basket because we were denied, but they weren't even curious enough to call and let us know. They knew we were moving from out of town and had to find an apartment ASAP, but that didn't matter to them. We weren't going to be of any monetary value to them, so they couldn't care less if we were waiting to hear back from them.

Things happen for a reason because we found a beautiful apartment at 1401 in South Loop with much a much better layout, view, and amenities. However, I'm still highly dissatisfied with their customer service. Save yourself some trouble and don't rent here.

I had a wonderful experience with PPM. I have been with them for over 2.5 years now. I've never had any issues. They are very responsive, the building is clean and the building engineer in my unit (Asim) is always available to help with anything.

I am looking to move into a one bedroom apartment next month and Bogdan was so helpful! He showed me one bedroom units, he was very knowledgeable of the neighborhood and the units. He is very easy to talk to and you can tell he genuinely wants to help find you your next home. I'd recommend him and PPM to anyone looking to find their next home.

I would highly recommend Bogdan Abrudan as an agent to anyone! I am moving from out of state and he did a great job of informing me about the area and showing me places that would suit my needs! He was definitely the most friendly agent I met throughout my apartment hunting process! He was insistent that I found a place that felt like home :)

The way this building has corresponded to the current global pandemic of COVID-19 has been not at the very least working with anyone on a case by case scenario. My lease was up I paid a portion of it however couldn t afford to pay the rest given loss of income due to this pandemic and they said they would continue to send me to collections with no payment plan of any consideration only to those with a longer lease pending. How is that supposed to work!???? This is at 1000 N Lasalle. Not to mention the constant times I ve been stuck or not been able to access the elevator. The entire world has been affected by this current pandemic. What is it going to take for people to be humane? Why should one have to choose between buying food or shelter?

And service BOTH HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED. My balcony door has been broken since I moved in February. After several calls, they said they would fix it. It has been 7 months and every time they send the same man who works as maintenance engineer to clean the door with WD40. I have called several times to the office and corporate every time they speak with disrespect and even the management seems tired and not serviece oriented. IF I COULD I WOULD LEAVE THIS APARTMENT IN A HEART BEAT. THIS COMPANY REALLY SUCKS.

This was a really great property management company to work with when I moved into my studio 3 years ago. Bogdan was especially helpful and very nice to work with. I was in need of a studio very fast and he helped me out. I highly recommend him to anyone!

I stayed at this place for 2.5Yrs and liked this place very much. Everything is nearby in the neighbourhood. Laura(Leasing agent) is very caring and helpful. No issues with parking, maintenace request, security. Open deck is good place to relax in evening during summer.

I just signed a lease with PPM. I haven't lived at the apartment yet, so this review is simply for Izabella, the agent at PPM. She shepherded me through the process from states away and sight unseen (though I must admit I have been in a lot of these units prior). Regardless, she was incredibly transparent and responsive. If you are looking, I would highly recommend going through her- she makes apartment hunting a breeze even during COVID-19, which is really saying something!

It was such a pleasure to work with Planned Property Management. From begining to end it was a great experience as Laura was very patient and took me on tour to see numerous properties. She made sure to follow up with me and eventually I found such a beautiful apartment. All I can say is a big thank you to the staff and everyone at PPM.

Ever since i moved with PPM i've had all but good experience. The Community is super lovely and the staff is super friendly. The doorman is the best one in town and i really enjoy living here. Little noise and you feel you have privacy all the time. Highly recommend PPM if you're looking for great location, great features and amenities with decent rent rates. You Rock! Kim

After we saw few buildings in the Gold Coast this summer, we decided to move in to 1111 N. Dearborn. We were instantly sold the minute Kelly showed us the apartment. The building is great, our apartment view is unreal! Lumi and all PPM staff are truly amazing to us. The pool party we had this summer was amazing and so much fun.

Loved living at my apartment at 515 W Briar! There is a cute dog park and the company didn't charge me any pet fees. Would recommend!

I really like the leasing consultant Alma, she is the best! Super sweet, nice, professional, and helpful. I read a review of her before says that "Alma is trying to find you a home rather than selling an apartment." I completely agree. She really has a lot of empathy, very considerate, and give you great advice from your own perspectives instead of just tell you general information. She also assist and help you every steps during the application and move-in process.

I have being checking a lot of apartments recently, Alma is the best consultant I have ever had and I found a really great apartment with parking spot fit all my needs and under my budget!

I came to PPM so nervous I wouldn t be able to find a place in time for my quick move. Luckily for me, my leasing agent Spring was able to show me a ton of apartments right in my price range with parking. She was so thorough about all the buildings and making sure I found the best space, & I never felt pressured into anything. The parking manager Christine was quick to assign me with a space as well even showed me a map of the lots so I could choose which space I wanted. I was able to complete everything in just a few hours! Thank you so much Spring & Christine!

I've been renting from PPM at 455 W Wellington for over a year, and have no complaints! The realtor we spoke to knew what he was doing and got us exactly what we were looking for, and has always been there to assist and answer any questions. Any issues we do have get resolved immediately upon bringing them up to management, we love the building and the location, and we feel very taken care of. I highly recommend PPM!

Chrissi was the best! She helped me sort through all the listings I was looking and I'm closing much sooner than expected thanks to her. BLESS!

This place tries to trick you with deals. Their staff just doesn t do their jobs well.

I am so glad I got connected with Corey at PPM! He really listened to me and had multiple options that fulfilled what I was looking for and in my price range. He was very easy going , prompt with responding and is very professional with a great approachable personality that made it easy to connect with him. I recommend working with him.

PPM is not worth your time or hassle to try and look at available apartments. Made a appointment for the next day as requested by PPM to give tenants 24 notice. Agent arrived 20 mins late And never contacted tenants to get permission. Showed me video of unit on his phone. Advertised units available with dishwashers were in fact not available or as advertised in price range indicated. If PPM makes process of viewing an apartment so difficult and communicates this poorly, I can only imagine the poor service tenants receive at their properties. Avoid PPM!

Unit described on Barry that was emailed at 10 PM the night before my morning appointment was for a studio apartment. As indicated in two emails sent And verbally over the phone I was only looking for a 1 bedroom.

I originally requested to have an appointment to view properties on Monday but never received a response from my two emails. Called and spoke with appointment booker who stated that they would be unable to show units on Monday because they need to give tenants 24 hrs notice. She booked and sent confirmation email for Tuesday to get tenants permission. Broker arrives late to appointment and states he has not received tenant permission to show units. Yes, I did decline to view the Barry unit as I am looking for a 1 bedroom. I appreciate how your response to not view a property seems to indicate I was culpable in the poor service provided.

I definitely would not recommend this agency. 536 W Addison, specifically, is a POS, and the administrative staff is low-key sketchy.

I'm sure the company is great it's the managers they hire that sucks.they sign other people's names on paperwork. They cash money orders in other people's names if people don't fill them out. Then the people they do this to get evicted because they can't pay two times .they use drugs and they keep the office closed 90%of the time because there to high to work.they need to screen there management better

Awesome experience! Up to this point we assumed hatred of property management companies was universal. Desperate to end our apartment search and sick of realtors, we called their number after walking by one of their properties. Alma somehow got us set up with a place that met all of our constraints within hours of our call. For the first time ever, we're not terrified of how a management company might screw us over during the next year.

I just signed my lease and can't wait! Spring has been helping me for months to find the perfect place answering any and all questions I had! Chrissi then stepped in to help so much with parking. Thank you so much PPM!

My sublet at 441 Barry last summer turned into a year long renewal for a number of reasons. The first being the awesome assistance I received from our agent Christine. She was a great liaison between the moving resident and myself - we were able to complete everything in about an hour, which seemed so unreal. She really went above and beyond to help us with signing the lease, moving in, and even parking. The second reason is because the area is so ideally convenient. Very scenic in the the summer. I had one issue with the laundry once, and the engineer came to help me on his day off and I never had a problem again. Hoping to renew again next year!

I live at 55 W CHESTNUT and I absolutely love living here. The location is hard to beat. The block has a residential, neighborhood feel, but if you walk a few block in either direction there is plenty to do. There is a huge outdoor patio that I love to utilize during the Summer.

Laura and the rest of the staff at 55 W Chestnut are fantastic and are always making sure residents feel welcome and respond to inquires immediately. I can't say enough about how welcome I feel living in the building and the different events they do throughout the year.

After a miscommunication that left me frustrated, PPM reached out quickly and rectified the situation. I appreciate their committment to doing the right thing.

Kelly meunier was an awesome rental agent very helpful and knowledgeable of all buildings. She rented us out apartment at 750 Rush and we absolutely fell in love with the building. The pool deck are is amazing and love the location so close to Michigan ave shopping

I reached out via their website at 8:30pm, hours after their advertised business hours, and received a response almost immediately. 11am the next morning, my designated representative Darius was driving me to four incredible properties that fit exactly what I was looking for. He was honest, friendly, and respectful, and he never tried to trick me into anything or pressure me into a decision. I would highly recommend PPM to anyone looking for a great apartment in Chicago. If you do contact them, ask for Darius. You definitely won t be disappointed.

I really can't thank Christine at the front desk enough. I needed to find a parking spot for a last-minute decision to buy a car. I love my apartment building but living in Lakeview means street parking can be crazy!

I came to Planned Property Management without much of an idea of what I was looking for. Thankfully, my leasing agent, Bogdan, was able to show me several incredible locations and eventually the apartment I was looking for! Everyone at PPM were super helpful and hospitable!

The realtor we were in contact with, Bogdan, was very helpful with showing a variety of options for apartments, was very responsive, and made the process overall very straightforward and easy.

Good luck getting a timely callback or someone to show up for an appointment. Not professional.

Landlord had nothing ready for my move. No keys or anyone to let us in. Waited for 45 minutes before they sauntered down with keys.

I currently live at 3130 N. Lake Shore Drive and absolutely love it. My apartment is huge, the building is clean, and I love that there's no pet rent!

I've lived in two different PPM buildings almost 8 years combined. The buildings are always clean and maintenance responds promptly. My leasing agent Nea was extremely helpful, even long after the lease was signed, helping with issues or directing me to those who could.

Great experience finding an apartment and living here - the staff is friendly and takes care of any issues that arise, and the tenants are great. The regular events are enjoyable to attend and the location is perfect.

This company lacks follow-up, do not give you straight answers, is really borderline bait & switch. Be careful.

I have been living at 55 West Chestnut for the last 2 1/2 years and it has the best living situation I could've asked for. Anytime I need something, they are always at the ready. The door people all the way up to Laura and management are welcoming and make you feel at home. There are many apartment events throughout the year so its easy to meet new people and make friends.

I m very pleased with everything, I ve been living here for 1 year and half and recommended many friends. Bogdan, my agent, is the best he makes the process easy and efficient.

Just incredibly dissapointed. This would normally have been a positive review but as of late I have been very much upset with how building issues are handled by this company. The elevator at our building is constantly out with little to no attempt at a permanent solution. Take a closer look and the elevator is not even up to code. I hope PPM can respond. its incredibly exhausting especially if you are ferrying things to the top floor.

It was really a great experience with PPM. Apartments are nice, well maintained. Good thing is that all apartments are near to Public Transport, Shopping etc..
