Had a great experience with PPM. I reached out via their website at 8:30pm, hours after their advertised business hours, and received a response almost immediately. 11am the next morning, my designated representative Darius was driving me to four incredible properties that fit exactly what I was looking for. He was honest, friendly, and respectful, and he never tried to trick me into anything or pressure me into a decision. I would highly recommend PPM to anyone looking for a great apartment in Chicago. If you do contact them, ask for Darius. You definitely won t be disappointed.
