I m warning anyone who thinks of using this provider DO NOT . I ve been in business for 12 years I switched from Telstra as they offered cheaper rates only to have entered a nightmare . No customer service what s so ever, over charging on bills to disconnecting my lines leaving my business without phones for 72 hours then charging me a 1000 dollars for call forwarding !!! Absolute crooks STAY AWAY !!!!

Signed up today online speaking with a lady through Buroserv facebook messenger. Can't remeber her name, Josy maybe. She signed me up and we had an internet connection to the apartment within 4 days! Still early days but so far I'm very impressed. Download currently at 39mbps on my 50mbps cap and peak time Friday. Even got signed up with a free modem and no upfront charges! #winning

We have been a reseller for Buroserv for a few years now, their service and communication on faults has been great as well as the quick turnaround on the installation of new links etc

Great Team, excellent Support. I have recommended these guys to all my friends in the local area. The activation of my new LBNco service took less than 4 hours once I had the modem - the modem was express posted too, all up it took me 2 days to get connected. I really wish I did it sooner. I would highly recommend this service to anyone, especially if you are in the Wentworth Point area. Speak to Jodie if you can, she was just fabulous.

Flawless internet speeds and connections. For an outstanding price. I highly recommend this internet to anyone whosever experience lag or bad downloading speeds. Also Amazing response time from Buroserv personnel that helped me and my wife with any questions or concerns and we are located in the mascot area by the way if anyone has droughts read this and others reviews because i ve never had a bad experience with the Buroserv providers

Thank god for Buroserv coming to Queensland. The internet services in Biggera Waters have been absolutely absymal! Buroserv's fibre serivce means there is now another option and my family don't have to wait for the NBNB. I found Buroserv customer service prompt and communicative, called to set up and a technician came 2 days later. So far so good.

Buroserv.com.au I cannot Login to any email address because there is NO where to do so.on this website. I have sent emails (anyway in hope of reaching ) this IP provider, they have recieved my email/s. They have told me they will respond very soon, but I have NOT heard from them yet....

Nothing but dramas once nbn came in, no phone and no eftpos and no answers from buroserv. New account manager after new accounts manager, I never had a point of contact for problems just hours wasted on hold. I had to disconnect my landline and move to mobile then pay an early termination fee to leave even though I didn t have a reliable service and was losing clients not having a phone line working.

I have stayed on despite the initial road bump as I feel confident the usual frustration I ve had with other providers won t be an issue here and the speed is as good as promised. Thank you!

By so far the most unprofessional phone service I have worked with. They disconnected our business line for 3 days, they could not transfer the landline to my mobile phone. I spent 6 hours on the phone to fix the issue. still nothing happened. Every time they promised the phone will be connected ion an hour which it didn't, I lost so much money and business with this company. None of their staff actually cared. Do not go with them.

I have worked with Buroserv for a number of years now and have always been thrilled with their service. Their response times are fantastic and the level of knowledge and skill is brilliant. I work very closely with both Phill & Michael and couldn't be happier with their level of service. Nothing is too much trouble and they have a great understanding of our network and account. I would absolutely recommend Buroserv to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough network provider.

Absolutley shocking, an enormously apaulling service which they never reslove, cost our business thousands of dollars, can't even make or receive a phone call most days. internet speed slower then 4 most days it drops out several times a day. They rarely call back and never escalte when we ask.

Do not use Buroserv!!! Our telephone service has been down for 6 months. We have lost millions of dollars in business. When speaking with Buroserv, I constantly get told, we have raised a ticket and upper management will need to look into it. We have gone through 3 separate ticket numbers (FA0312009, BE0314357 and PR0314705) and we haven't heard from upper management once. Instead of sending out a technician to resolve the issue, they keep blaming our telephone system. We have arranged for 2 external telecommunication technicians to check our telephone system. Both of them said that our telephone system is fine. This was relayed to Buroserv. They also close tickets without them being resolved. Disconnect our service when there is clearly a unresolved issue that are pending. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

"Do Not Use Buroserv Australia". We have outstanding issues for over 18 Months. You will not get any service or support to finalise a project. This company bought V4 Telecom which had little support, we find that they contracted out our projects and that are then sub contracted again so no one is responsible or supports to conclusion by this company, even the subcontractors are delayed in payment for doing the minimal install to cut corners on your tight budget. They just walked away with outstanding items. How much longer would you tolerate the delay to complete issues from the install date. Executive team operating this company you have no idea what the senior management are doing to your reputation as a non provider. ZERO reputation from our experience. A phone call back would have been nice to clear the air, But NO they hide behind their EMAIL responses professing innocents to resolve issues. Hey we had been itemising issues from the first month, 18 months ago that we had issues to be resolved. Buroserv Australia you have FAILED as a professional IT company to look after your customer.
Again an executive that wants to call to resolve this lack of professional acumen is very welcome to contact us directly. Our Account no. is 40019642 for our contact details.
Oh will probably get a response in 6 months as normal! proved again and again!

Absolutely brilliant team at Buroserv, and a particular shout out to Jody Akam who I have worked with for a number of years and continues to impress every single time I deal with her.
Their knowledge and expertise are first class and I cannot count the number of times they have gone over and above the call of duty in my dealings with them.

The best customer service. I had trouble trying to connect to other providers in the area but Buroserv managed to get me activated in just 4 days and the services and speeds have been fathomable. I am so happy with this service, I am now connecting my mum and dad too, who also live in Wentworth point and have previously struggled to find a good provider. I highly recommend Buroserv for your internet guys, especially if you live in the Wentworth point area.

It appears someone from this company charged my credit card a large sum of money without my authorization. I filed a complaint and received a response with a phone number that does not work. They even had the nerve to request a screen shot of my bank statement.

It has been a month since I signed up to Buroserv ...

It has been a month since I signed up to Buroserv in Wentworth Point. The speeds are way better than any other ISP in the area. The set up was simple and the speeds you get for the price is a good deal. I don't know if the service is going to be consistent over time but for now I am happy with Buroserv.

Update:
While the internet is good and consistent, their invoicing and accounts team are just a mess. I've had to call them up several times because the amount in my invoice is wrong or they've done something to my account. I guess I am getting on their nerves because I get treated like I was supposed to know the amount on the inovice is wrong and that they've obviously corrected it on their end.

If it wasn't for the good internet or lack of better options in my area I would leave.
