"Do Not Use Buroserv Australia". We have outstanding issues for over 18 Months. You will not get any service or support to finalise a project. This company bought V4 Telecom which had little support, we find that they contracted out our projects and that are then sub contracted again so no one is responsible or supports to conclusion by this company, even the subcontractors are delayed in payment for doing the minimal install to cut corners on your tight budget. They just walked away with outstanding items. How much longer would you tolerate the delay to complete issues from the install date. Executive team operating this company you have no idea what the senior management are doing to your reputation as a non provider. ZERO reputation from our experience. A phone call back would have been nice to clear the air, But NO they hide behind their EMAIL responses professing innocents to resolve issues. Hey we had been itemising issues from the first month, 18 months ago that we had issues to be resolved. Buroserv Australia you have FAILED as a professional IT company to look after your customer.
