Nothing but dramas once nbn came in, no phone and no eftpos and no answers from buroserv. New account manager after new accounts manager, I never had a point of contact for problems just hours wasted on hold. I had to disconnect my landline and move to mobile then pay an early termination fee to leave even though I didn t have a reliable service and was losing clients not having a phone line working.
