Pizza Express at Euston Rd.

Pizza Express at Euston Rd.
Poor quality, terrible hygiene and bad customer service. Very good place to waste your money.

If you don't mind a bit of dirt here and there on the seilin and floor, and if you don't care wither the chef washes his hands after scratching his nose, checking his mobile every minute or stroking his hair while adding toppings to pizzas than Pizza Express is the best place.

If you don't mind waiting for your food for 40-45 minutes even when the place is near empty and you don't give it a monkey if some waiters and even manager "Pablo" knows nothing about dishes, basic marketing, or customer service than this is a perfect place to waste your money in it.

The pizza is very thin, but tasty. He has good pastas, cannelloni and lasagna, they are good, good attention in general, he has people who speak Spanish, as in all London. Bread (paid separately) is delightful.

Great experience at this Pizza Express. We went for lunch. There was a good effort to encourage social distancing and we had to use the website to adhere to track and trace so it felt like every effort was being taken to maintain safety. I used the baby changing facility and was so impressed with the cleanliness of that toilet. I have a 6 week old baby so this was very important to me. Thanks Pizza Express. The food was as expected. Dough balls and warm bread on the salad was lovely. The chicken caesar salad was nice, I wanted it with avocado instead of anchovies but they didn't have that so I was very mildly disappointed but overall I was very happy with my experience of eating out at Pizza Express with a young baby during a global pandemic!

Very busy in the evening; we were lucky to get a seat straight away since there were six of us!

We were in a rush to watch a theatre show, and had to be in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes, which worked in the end. The service was friendly, and the pizza was nice as in every other restaurant I've been to in this chain.

The standard Pizza Express experience and high quality food. This branch is near to Euston and Kings Cross stations, but isn't as overrun with busy people as many of the other places in the stations and nearby. They are also very cognisant that you might be in a rush to catch a train.

Pizza arrived cold, halloumi bites were a mush. Very impersonal, no attempt at an apology when I sent the pizza back for a bit of heat.
I thought drink prices had peaked at the most anyone would pay, but I was wrong, they've gone up again since my last visit. I generally like Pizza Express but the experience and the prices are pushing me elsewhere.

Much too expensive for the dishes. Beware of the children's menu which is tiny if you have good eaters. The pizza fits on a dessert plate ditto for Bolognese pasta at 7.95 pounds and the children's drink 1.5 is a brick of juice. The first prize in pizza 14 pounds.

Service was prompt and the food was really good. Would have given them 5 stars but I got a dirty glass, and when I asked for a replacement the waiter took the dirty one away and never returned with a clean one.

Good friendly service and very importantly it's prompt, as many are getting a quick meal before catching a train. I had the calabrese pizza, which was surprisingly good and also the ice cream for desert was very tasty, with an offer of 25 percent off it was good value too.

Tasty, interesting xmas menu, with pork belly pizza and scrummy puddings. However, it was the service which really shone. One of our table was blind, and the skill, care, and understanding shown by our server (female, ex-music student) was exemplary; without fussing, she helped to make everyone feel at home, placing sauces and drinks at convenient arms-reach and noting verbally where they were on the table. Also, the Braille menu was easy to read, and even had amusing anecdotes at the back. Definitely worth a visit if you have Braille-reading friends or colleagues.

I am a big PE fan - delicious food and lovely spaces. Had to take star ofg this time as the food was very late arriving, but only one star off, as the staff were so apologetic and took a significant sum off our bill.
