Pizza Express at Euston Rd.
Poor quality, terrible hygiene and bad customer service. Very good place to waste your money.
If you don't mind a bit of dirt here and there on the seilin and floor, and if you don't care wither the chef washes his hands after scratching his nose, checking his mobile every minute or stroking his hair while adding toppings to pizzas than Pizza Express is the best place.
If you don't mind waiting for your food for 40-45 minutes even when the place is near empty and you don't give it a monkey if some waiters and even manager "Pablo" knows nothing about dishes, basic marketing, or customer service than this is a perfect place to waste your money in it.

We had some great pizza. It was a bit loud, but we didn't care.
Light on the goat's cheese on the padana, but otherwise everything was fine.
Very helpful staff. Good service even though very busy
Pizza Express, you know exactly what you're getting. If you need a review to decide, you've obviously been living on the moon.
Went at busy time, but still got seated, good food and staff
Well, we are well served, we eat well and in good quantity.
Love it, good atmosphere.
Great waiter; he taught me how their amazing dough balls are made
Busy branch, yet good and quick to serve a large group of us, and the staff have a good sense of humour. Impressed.
Pretty good, the service was polite, wasn't blown away. Probably won't go again, but the experience wasn't bad.
I think I went during a bad time. It was rammed, service was poor and they didn't want to accept the voucher I had. Pizza was OK though.
We were in a rush and our food arrived really quickly. Really felt the staff were sympathetic to our schedule and accommodated us.
Very attentive, friendly staff with speedy service. Food was delicious with a great menu choice.
Decent place. Quick service. Bit on the pricey side but normal for London.
The American is simply a pepperoni pizza... A good one...
The pizza is very thin, but tasty. He has good pastas, cannelloni and lasagna, they are good, good attention in general, he has people who speak Spanish, as in all London. Bread (paid separately) is delightful.
Pizza with electric oven, if you are looking for real pizza better go elsewhere. High prices not justified by the excellent quality of the product.
Great experience at this Pizza Express. We went for lunch. There was a good effort to encourage social distancing and we had to use the website to adhere to track and trace so it felt like every effort was being taken to maintain safety. I used the baby changing facility and was so impressed with the cleanliness of that toilet. I have a 6 week old baby so this was very important to me. Thanks Pizza Express. The food was as expected. Dough balls and warm bread on the salad was lovely. The chicken caesar salad was nice, I wanted it with avocado instead of anchovies but they didn't have that so I was very mildly disappointed but overall I was very happy with my experience of eating out at Pizza Express with a young baby during a global pandemic!
kelapan and cold hahah..had eaten near here before heading to UCL
Good quick service, close to Euston Station and great food.
You can quickly score a pasta or pizza here. Often wait a while but that does not take long. Good quality food
Service was ok but a little slow. Food was nice though
Great service and delicious food. The place is very clean and has a wonderful style!
Accessible. Despite chain restaurant very good food. The best vegan pizza ever.
Dough balls were on point. Pesto is excellent. We got 40% off with a voucher too!
Very busy waiting staff. We felt like we were interrupting them when we needed their attention. None of the staff smile.
Also, this is a branch that doesn't accept Tast Cards
Basic food at okay prices. Busy lively atmosphere.
Fantastic good, superb service. Thank you for a delicious meal!!
Nice food. Quick good service. The lemon lemonade.
Very busy in the evening; we were lucky to get a seat straight away since there were six of us!
We were in a rush to watch a theatre show, and had to be in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes, which worked in the end. The service was friendly, and the pizza was nice as in every other restaurant I've been to in this chain.
The food was excellent, enjoyable atmosphere and fantastic waiter, really made the evening!
The standard Pizza Express experience and high quality food. This branch is near to Euston and Kings Cross stations, but isn't as overrun with busy people as many of the other places in the stations and nearby. They are also very cognisant that you might be in a rush to catch a train.
One the best pizza in London.
I love express and I will like to recommend them
Very nice place, friendly staff and not bad pizza to be in london. They offer first courses, side dishes and desserts
Good food at a reasonable price. Good vegan options too
Same food as any other, so very nice. Service was quick and efficient.
Good size pizzas, good environment and good service,
Good food and quick service. Slightly cold whenever the door opened considering we were sat on the opposite side of the restaurant. Good location close to Kings cross for transport links.
Prime location and good service. The interior looks very nice and the food is great!
Service was so fast I received my pizza before I'd even finished my starter.
Pizza arrived cold, halloumi bites were a mush. Very impersonal, no attempt at an apology when I sent the pizza back for a bit of heat.
I thought drink prices had peaked at the most anyone would pay, but I was wrong, they've gone up again since my last visit. I generally like Pizza Express but the experience and the prices are pushing me elsewhere.
It's okay, but the food is not as good as other express places
Much too expensive for the dishes. Beware of the children's menu which is tiny if you have good eaters. The pizza fits on a dessert plate ditto for Bolognese pasta at 7.95 pounds and the children's drink 1.5 is a brick of juice. The first prize in pizza 14 pounds.
Reliable. Very busy so service on the slow side but still good
Food was nice, restaurant was like sitting in a sauna. Not comfortable at all
Nice hardworking staff. Small dishes with mostly spicy food. Quite packed.
Good service, tasty food but it was sooo noisy it was hard to hold a decent conversation!!
The few dishes and the food quite insipid. The pasta was hard. The only decent thing was the pizza.
Margherita Bufala pizza was too dry - not enough tomato / cooked for too long.
Service was prompt and the food was really good. Would have given them 5 stars but I got a dirty glass, and when I asked for a replacement the waiter took the dirty one away and never returned with a clean one.
Good friendly service and very importantly it's prompt, as many are getting a quick meal before catching a train. I had the calabrese pizza, which was surprisingly good and also the ice cream for desert was very tasty, with an offer of 25 percent off it was good value too.
The foods pretty good. Don't let the name fool you, their Pastas are just as bomb!
Bigger than some of the other pizza express, food was good, service was decent
Service was fast. Vegan Mezze and Vegan Giardianna was delicious. Calamari is also nice. Perfect if you need a quick and delicious meal before catching your train at King's Cross.
Very good service and excellent food served efficiently and was piping hot.
Tasty, interesting xmas menu, with pork belly pizza and scrummy puddings. However, it was the service which really shone. One of our table was blind, and the skill, care, and understanding shown by our server (female, ex-music student) was exemplary; without fussing, she helped to make everyone feel at home, placing sauces and drinks at convenient arms-reach and noting verbally where they were on the table. Also, the Braille menu was easy to read, and even had amusing anecdotes at the back. Definitely worth a visit if you have Braille-reading friends or colleagues.
Much of a muchness but they served us late.which was a godsend
I am a big PE fan - delicious food and lovely spaces. Had to take star ofg this time as the food was very late arriving, but only one star off, as the staff were so apologetic and took a significant sum off our bill.
Tasty pizza,Great vegan choice,busy but nice,amazing Melbec
Considering how busy it was, service was excellent and the food/drinks arrived quickly.
Summary based on 1 dinner:
-Consistent with other Pizza Express locations, so decent food
-Convenient to local hotels and British Library
-Ok service
-Ok prices
Delicious food with a nice atmosphere. Would really recommend the lasagna and pizza! Bit of a wait for the food though.
You know what you get with pizza express. Food is good and service is fine. Caters well for kids too. The new strawberry Sicilian lemonade is good though.
