The service was no good, I do mean that was ' No G...

The service was no good, I do mean that was ' No GOOOD' . The food was mean + cold . I did complain but 2no avail. I hv bn visiting there for years + I had no problems, but this Mon16th April was astonishingly bad. There was new faces, ie new staff + they had no idea about clientele handling. I put it down to lack of training but also lack of common sense !
I visited this restaurant twice on that day of 16th. At 7pm I invited my 2guests who came frm Liverpool + had a train 2catch at 8pm. They had a pizza + I had a caffe latte. My coffee was cold. I didn't want to complain in front of my guests + also I wanted 2make the best of the short time I had with my guests rather than tackling the waitress about my cold coffee. The worse scenario is that after an hr+half about I had a terrible tummy pain. And I put this down 2two reasons. 1) as the fresh milk they used or be it that the milk was not fresh did not reach 2the right temperature so the microbes hv become more alive, 2) hv u ever seen those cloths the so called " baristas " ie the people behind the counter who make the coffee , those cloths they use to wipe down the nozzle of the machine ,that heats up the milk are filthy . I wouldn't wipe down my toilet nevermind the nozzle to heat my milk for my coffee . I usually ask them 2 use a fresh cloth but on this occasion I couldn't hv done in front of my guests. So I took that chance + hence the result I had an upset tummy +had diarrhoea for 3days. This is my 1st experience of my 1st visit on that day of 16th. I shall hv to continue next time about my 2nd visit of that day as I'm getting off my train now. Goodbye for now !!
