Disabled access is non existent! Due to the double doors and incline on the way in, you cannot physically push a wheelchair and open the doors. There is a disabled assistance call button outside which we activated 3 times. The customers inside were observing my wife and I as were waiting outside for 4 1/2 minutes (as staff inside stood around). Finally a customer left her table, came outside and opened both doors to allow us in. We were then greeted by a staff member, by this point we felt so uncomfortable, I expressed my disappointment and said we were leaving. The staff member still stood there as I struggled with the doors again, before another customer helped us out. Will never return... cannot physically do it anyway!

Having contacted Pizza Express I have now given them 3 stars as opposed to 1. They dealt with my complaint expeditiously with a genuine concern. It has now been resolved to our satisfaction. Eva is a credit to the company.
