The set up is very. BUT there are a few down sides. When holding meeting during the day the hallways do tend to get a little loud.

If you are looking to enjoy the space after hours some of the amenities are not available. (E.g. HOT coffee)

Great spot to sit and work or study. Be sure to book a room for conferences. Be sure to get a card for door access. Friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee and a limited selection of draft beer.

I have been to many WeWork Locations, but this one at the Domain, first of all the space is very loud, secondly the pricing is more expensive than the WeWork in Downtown Austin. Very hard to work, when its noisy, the office space was not built to reduce the noise, you can hear everyone. It is very hard to work and talk to customers where the background is so noisy, the people at this location look like they all shop at J. Crew or Gap, all preppy. I can get more done at my house than come to an over priced office, with horrible coffee, and preppy kids everywhere.

Super Loud Everywhere! Including the conference rooms and leg-cramming phone booths, if you're lucky to even get one. Can't catch a quiet moment anywhere, even the bathrooms blast ridiculously loud music! I have the most expensive noise cancelling headsets money can buy, and they don t reduce the noise sufficiently to do quality work, especially with the hardwood floors, crowds of people talking, and glass walls! Work from a coffee shop or bar, the ambience is the same, but the prices, beer, and coffee are much better. Better yet, work from home or get a real office.

This is nice office at first glance, but I've come to abhor it. The vibe in the common area is nice with great coffee and free beer. The problem is actually working. I have two chief complaints:

1) Noise - If you have to make frequent phone calls the space is incredibly loud with lots of echo. The hardwood floors and concrete ceilings look stylish, but are completely impractical for any noise reduction.

2) Privacy - If you are working on any sort of confidential information the offices are all glass walled. The conference rooms all have large TV screens that are visible from outside the room. There is no way to give a confidential presentation in one of the conference rooms. Also audio privacy is compromised by the echo of the facility. I walked by a phone booth and could hear very clearly what was being discussed.

This office is so loud I find myself scheduling calls to occur when I'm in the car or at home. It looks great and feels nice, but after you get past the first impressions it's terrible.

This was an excellent place to host a weekend long workshop with a remote team. If I lived in Austin, I would love to work out of this office. They always had coffee and refreshing fruit water. They had options to eat if you didn't want to venture out. Great facility.

They charge $90/mo for parking on top of their exorbitant rent, the place is cramped beyond belief, trying to get a phone booth or a conference room in the afternoon is impossible. This is a terrible place to try and get work done.

I left WeWork recently because of an issue of racial profiling that would have put myself and my staff and potential clients at risk that they shouldn't be subject to.

Sadly, no matter the facts, they just aren't interested in making changes that they say they're open to. They refer to their diversity programs but how are those programs really impactful if you can harass people like me and subject them to a clear double standard and furthermore the staff and management not take responsibility?

In the end, since God has blessed me to be an employer, I could have done two things...go take legal action and spend resources and time for something that was a dicey situation or make a bigger power move, move my company and future business to someone else. I chose the latter.

Sometimes, it's best to just take my business elsewhere and in this instance, I got a better situation where I'm paying more money, but that is money WeWork will never get going forward because of how they decided to mistreat me. That perhaps is the best way to send a message.

I also canceled my membership with Wework Gas Company Tower because of how their New York Corporate executive management handled me. See, they lost two accounts and their rival got more money from me and will continue to get more money long term because of how they decided to speak to me.

Be careful about how you treat customers. Not only did I leave but I wound up giving another company even more money in the short term and long term. Customer service does matter and I can hurt them in their pocketbook without filing a lawsuit.

Just because I'm a black business owner doesn't mean that I don't have the ability to make money or just accept substandard service.

Not my scene. I would have felt more comfortable at a Iron Maiden concert wearing a pink Polo shirt. And a Speedo. But, all of the people wearing oh-so hip retro preppy clothes, lap tops open and earphones hanging, they seemed to like it. They could get their Kustom Koffee after all. Seems to work fine for them.

The private offices are loud. You hear every conversation - from the people walking by (including multiple tours each day) to your neighbors next door.

The glass walls look nice and give an open feel but once you settle in the lack of privacy is unsettling in addition to feeling like you're in a fish bowl.

The upside? The staff are nice. And as a startup you have a designated office to go to. Pros and cons I guess.
