This company treats resumes by a big degree of discrimination and racism

While the initial experience has been positive, there was zero follow up communication regarding to positions, messages were left un-answered.

Highly illegal recruitment practices. They posted a job advertisement in the area I was looking at. The job ad clearly stated there was a great position available and was looking for a good candidate. After applying and not receiving a reply, I called them to check on the status of the position. They said that a position never existed and the job ad was merely to add candidates to their database. In their words it was to "maintain candidate flow". In such situations the job ad must state that they are trying to get recruits rather than lie about a position being available.

After submitting my details I received a lot of cold calls from them.

How is it possible your CV reviewing recruitment staff that has one month recruitment experience and no education in Human Resources?! ... not recommended

I can t express the low level of professionalism that comes from this organisation. The communication is non-existent with no follow up executed by their staff members.

When I compare my experience with recruiters this place has to be the absolute worst.

My advice is to not waste your time here and worker with recruiters that care.
