I have recently signed on with Pinnacle Medical Solutions as the provider for my Omnipod devices. The customer service has been outstanding so far, from sending me reminders to assisting me with the prescription and other related paperwork. Allison has been terrific!

They say stuff was delivered, but it never was. In late December 2019, my son was supposed to receive Omnipods and a Dexcom CGM transmitter, but he never received them. Unfortunately, we didn't realize it until it was too late that we were missing these. Fast forward to today, March 10, 2020, and the same thing happened. An entire shipment is missing (Pinnacle said it was delivered) and due to the short change from Dec, my son is out of diabetic pump supplies. I think I'll switch back to Solara. Their (Solara) customer service sucks, but we always got our supplies.

Edit: Pinnacle contacted me and admitted that they screwed up and shipped to the wrong address. They immediately shipped supplies and got it all fixed. Faith somewhat restored, so I've stayed with them. Each shipment since then have been accurate and on time, so I've also changed the star rating.

My daughter never gets her omnipod supplies on time. She runs out
of pods and I have to call and tell them. I have been told that I must call and tell them that I need to reorder. I suppose I can do that but I did not have to with the previous company we used. Now the big problem is the Dexcom. We have been waiting since October 2019 and whenever I call them they say that they are waiting on additional information. I ask them why they don't call or email and they don't respond. I have paperwork that they need to respond to and cannot get a response. No emails or texts. Horrible company.

I work two jobs and it's hard to keep up with making sure that I order on time. Every month I receive a call, email,or even a text letting me know that it is time to order. I always receive excellent service. I don't remember everyone's name that I've spoken with, but Carl is who I've spoken with the most. He's always Very professional and courteous. Thank you so much for looking out for me!!!!

Left another medical supply company due to every time an order was placed for my wife it was a guessing game when it would arrive. Even with holidays during the week they were able to get supplies to her within a week.

After using another supplier and constantly having to make repeated calls to get our supply orders (which were always late, taking literally 2-3 weeks of calls & excuses EVERY SINGLE TIME), our pump educator at UAB Children's Hospital suggested Pinnacle. She said she didn't have enough experience with them to wholeheartedly recommend them yet because they're new, but that they seemed to really care about providing quick & correct service & seemed to truly want to help their patients. So I tried them. My call was returned in minutes. My questions were answered honestly. They wanted to contact my insurance before quoting me a for-sure price because they wanted to make certain it was correct. They called back within an hour to confirm the correct price and order information. Then I received my Omnipod shipment two days later... three days ahead of schedule! I was absolutely floored by how wonderful their service was and how fast the shipping was. At the time, Pinnacle didn't have a contract worked out with Dexcom, so I still had to to the multiple calls & excuses run around with the other company for my sensors, but I look forward to getting rid of them completely & being able to buy solely from Pinnacle.

After a frustrating experience with another diabetes supply supplier, I switched to Pinnacle Medical Solutions based on the recommendation of a friend. I cannot be more pleased with my experiences. My contact, Tracy, is so friendly and super responsive to my e-mails and calls. Billing and approval for items have been a breeze.

Customer service was great until I had a problem. It turns out they don t bother telling their customers small details about something they are selling them like some pumps do not use an external receiver. So I bought one - used it for 3 weeks - got a pump and now have a receiver that I paid $100 for and don t need. Do you think they would give me even a partial credit toward my next order of supplies??!! No!! I even reminded them that in the last two months I ve spent over $2,200!!!! (That was only MY portion not counting what they made off my insurance company!!!). I wouldn t just walk away from this company I would RUN!!! You just don t treat customers like that!

I was reviewing Pinnacle Medical Supplies and was told by an Insulin pump company that Tracie and others do a great job of working with you on your needs! I experienced the opposite. I called them to get help with changing out a brand of Insulin pump with another. She told me pump was still under warranty for a few months and Blue Cross of Ms would not pay. I told her that my wife talked to BCBS and due too circumstances, mine being a medical necessity that it would be approved, making a long story short, Tracie said she would check into problem further but never bothered to call back! I looked at reviews and noticed that the same individual posted 3 positive reviews on their site, makes you wonder! I just saw reply on 7/12/2018 to my review; Response from the owner a day ago, We apologize that you were not satisfied with your experience. Our team works hard to provide the highest level of customer service and know it s difficult with in-warranty products. We usually follow-up after the warranty expires - sorry if there was miscommunication., evidently the ? did not read what I posted since that person did not make note of the fact that BCBS said new insulin pump would be approved regardless of warranty expiration. You think ? would have called if Pinnacle really cared, you got my number. I do not need an apology, I needed the Insulin pump. Evidently Pinnacle sells a device which they have no knowledge about!

Pinnacle has been great to work with. They are friendly and professional and always willing to work with our insurance, which our previous supplier would not do. We are so glad we switched to Pinnacle.

I use Pinnacle for all my sons supplies. He has Type 1 diabetes which requires many supplies. We use test strips, Dexcom, and an Omnipod insulin pump all which are supplied by Pinnacle. I have always received top notch customer service by Mrs. Tammy Forrester. She has always made sure we got every supply we needed and that we got it on time. I am a very happy customer!
