After using another supplier and constantly having to make repeated calls to get our supply orders (which were always late, taking literally 2-3 weeks of calls & excuses EVERY SINGLE TIME), our pump educator at UAB Children's Hospital suggested Pinnacle. She said she didn't have enough experience with them to wholeheartedly recommend them yet because they're new, but that they seemed to really care about providing quick & correct service & seemed to truly want to help their patients. So I tried them. My call was returned in minutes. My questions were answered honestly. They wanted to contact my insurance before quoting me a for-sure price because they wanted to make certain it was correct. They called back within an hour to confirm the correct price and order information. Then I received my Omnipod shipment two days later... three days ahead of schedule! I was absolutely floored by how wonderful their service was and how fast the shipping was. At the time, Pinnacle didn't have a contract worked out with Dexcom, so I still had to to the multiple calls & excuses run around with the other company for my sensors, but I look forward to getting rid of them completely & being able to buy solely from Pinnacle.
