I recently ordered and purchased a M2 from Alex at Co's BMW Center and I have to say that the entire experience was extremely pleasant and efficient. In the past 10 years, I've purchased 3 other BMW M cars from my local dealer and yet when it came to shopping for the best deal for the M2, my regular dealer wouldn't budge from MSRP. Alex at Co's BMW came at me right off the bat with an amazing offer and without any games. Co's BMW is 65 miles from my house while my local dealer is 5 miles away and yet, the drive was very worth it! It was so worth it in fact, that I have already placed my interest with them for my next car and will likely be going to them for all of my future BMW purchases.

I had a wonderful experience buying my 7 series from Co's BMW. I am an out of town buyer from Chicago, and I was connected right away to Kathy Hanson to start the process. From initial contact, Kathy was extremely courteous and professional, and sent me all the features of the car + detailed pictures so I knew what to expect before I came in to town. I was so impressed by by their "BMW Genius" Brandon who detailed all the features and took me through a 1 hour walk through of the car. Amanda in finance got me a great deal on the car as well. I don't have enough good things to say about this dealership, highly highly recommended!

Had the passenger-side airbag recall service done for my 2005 330xi. In addition to the recall, they offered a free inspection and a free car wash. The service manager listened to my concerns and directed the service tech to focus the inspection to address them. No complaints! They also offer a 15% discount for BMWCCA members and they support the local RMBMWCCA efforts.

After two visits I would recommend driving across the State past all other dealerships to received their top level customer service and attentiveness. Everyone you interact is friendly, helpful and dedicated to their jobs. Keep up the good work, CO s.

Cos BMW has been my choice for all my service and maintenance requirements of my BMWs for many years now. Without exception, every time I have taken my vehicles there, whether for a routine service or a more serious mechanical or repair issue, I have left knowing I was treated most fairly. You will never feel like you have been taken advantage of when you trust them with your car. Like me, you will find Cos to be a very professional and pleasant environment where all who work there appreciate you choosing them. The service department is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer every question you have. I live about 50 miles from Cos and there have been times I ve phoned in with concerns or questions and every time my concerns were politely addressed.

The attention to detail is most evident. From the moment you walk in to time you slide into the seat of your car, you see the difference at Cos.

Recently, I took my 550i in for a minor maintenance issue. During this visit I while I was waiting for my car I began looking at the inventory and one auto in particular caught my eye. So, as is normal for me, I went to Konner, MY trusted service advisor and began asking questions about this 550i. After I decided to further the discussion of purchasing this car, I asked to visit with Kim, who I had worked with before. Kim, like Connor is great. She answered my initial questions and hooked me up with Chad. You will find Chad to be as knowledgeable and friendly as they come...and no high pressure sales pitches. As this process evolved, Richard became involved in the discussions regarding the trade in. Richard, too was great to work with. Each person in this chain from Connor on continued to answer my concerns. I am now the owner of this 550i and, obviously, Cos will be continue to be my Choice to take care of my new BMW.

If I could remember the names of all those that attend to my needs at Cos would mention them...simply to many but I want them all to know I appreciate the way they have all treated me.

Without reservation, I say this... you will not go wrong by choosing Cos BMW.

Gave me an accurate quote and finished all of the repairs I needed in a timely manner and worked with my schedule. Even when my window regulator broke while it was in the shop they replaced it for me quickly and bout as cheap as they could get it done for me

Came into the dealership with a check engine light on. They diagnosed the indication as nothing and I had my car back later that day. The service was quick and they informed me about the status of my vehicle as soon as they knew. Very professional and friendly staff.

From the first contact with the sales professional Tony Stuart to driving away with the 2016 X4 I can not say enough about how enjoyable this purchase was. I found the vehicle online and started talking to Tony and it was mine in about 48 hours. Not a glitch in the process. They are probably the best BMW dealership in all of Colorado. The staff are so courteous and helpful. Alex Vuko was fantastic to work with. He did a tremendous job explaining everything in a very detailed fashion. I was completely at ease shopping for a car and he helped me narrow down on the right one. Although I didn't buy one here yet, since the model I was looking for was not in stock, he was dedicated enough to show me a few different models to check out and understand everything better. They don't oversell you on stuff you don't need and are patient enough to explain the downsides as well based on the car you decide on. If I do end up buying a BMW, it will be from here and I hope to work with Alex on it. Top notch customer service.

I had a great experience at Co's BMW! I am very particular about service work on my vehicles, and prefer to do everything I can myself. Co's exceeded my expectations during my experience. Meredith was very helpful, and got me an appointment that worked best with my schedule. When I arrived to drop my car off, I was offered transportation. The customer lounge was very clean, nice and light, and had very tasty coffee plus wi-fi! Co's called me promptly when the work was completed. Travis did an outstanding job summarizing the work Co's completed, and also advised me of some upcoming items that would need attention. I appreciated that. Even though I was only in for Service, Zach was kind enough to spend some time talking about BMWs and answering questions about various models. They even washed and vacuumed my car, I love that! Everyone I encountered at Co's was very courteous and helpful. I have already recommended them to a co-worker. I'll be back!

Serviced my bmw X5 here a week ago. my appointment wait time was about 2 weeks which is OK considering the traffic they get in a month. its a great location. i worked with Geoff Mccormack from service. he is very responsive for any inquiry and took car of the car very well. checked in with me a few times after my service to make sure everything is looking ok and i dont have any concerns.

Co's offers a wonderful experience from start to finish. I have not purchased a car at this location, but have had both of my vehicles serviced here many times. The staff is excellent and the techs are as good as they get.

There are always snacks and drinks available while you wait for your vehicle as well as a menu of experiences free of charge off site. Loaner vehicles are available as well as free courtesy rides and even complimentary Uber. Definitely above and beyond for a car dealership!

The service managers are always honest and let me know which fixes are important and which ones are not. I will have every vehicle I own from here on out serviced at this location!

Kim Calaway was very helpful in our decision to lease a new BMW X3. She was patient and responsive as we texted her over a dozen times with questions. She worked hard to meet our goals. She made the delivery very special for me as my birthday was the day after we picked up the car. It had a red bow on it which was very fun! Kim was great in the orientation to the vehicle and set up our phones, satellite radio and BMW assist for us. She was careful not to overwhelm us with too much information but gave us enough to be able to drive and enjoy the basics right away. She said she would give us more information in a couple of weeks! I've purchased several new vehicles but this was by far the best experience. The car was WAXED before we picked it up AND full of gas. Pretty impressive. I can hardly wait to stop by and get my new X3 washed and enjoy the nice atmosphere in there. Everyone was so friendly. We would highly recommend Co's to anyone thinking of a new car AND we would recommend Kim as their advisor!!

They went out of their way to accommodate my requests and even delivered my car to my house upon completion. In fact, I took my car in a day early because it worked better in my schedule and they went ahead and completed the work that day then delivered the car early the next morning. It was convenient, easy, and I truly appreciated how willing Geoff M. and his crew were to work with me. Thank you!

Prompt fast service. I told Phil what I was looking for (a pre-owned 5 series), and we got right down to business. We located a car, and we had a deal...all within an hour or so. BMWs are fantastic cars, and it is nice to see that the consumer/buying experience is equally pleasant.

Co's BMW has been an excellent dealership to work with in the 3 years I've owned my BMW. Their service department is top notch and their technicians do excellent work. I have had both warranty and non-warranty work done here and they are always able to understand and resolve my issues and do not find problems that don't exist. Co's is not the closest dealership to me, but it's worth the trip as they are a rare example of an outstanding dealership and one that I can trust.

Absolutely the worst service ever! I had some issu...

Absolutely the worst service ever! I had some issues upon which they misdiagnosed twice. They kept diagnosing the transmission. AFTER I replaced the transmission, they misdiagnosed the second transmission as bad. I took my X5 to Denver, to an independent repair shop, and they correctly diagnosed the problem as a throttle body issue. It was a $450.00 repair.....this is AFTER I relied upon COS diagnosis of a bad transmission and replaced the transmission.

I contacted "Bob" the service manager. He was certainly not helpful, deflected the blame, and basically unresponsive. The fact that he basically said that they do not stand behind their diagnosis is certainly concerning. I replaced a damn transmission because of the bad diagnosis and their response was inadequate and unhelpful.

The salesperson's failure to follow through on her commitments turned a generally positive day-of-sale experience into a disappointment. I had to hound her about title assignment, emissions testing (ultimately had to do it myself), and 10 weeks later am still waiting for an interior trim piece repeatedly promised. Once they have your money, your status as a valued customer disappears pretty quickly. Shop elsewhere.

After an independent BMW repair shop in Broomfield...

After an independent BMW repair shop in Broomfield proved to me 2 years ago that it *is* possible to foul up an oil change (overfilling- leading to costly and significant repairs plus replacement parts), I take my beloved BMW only to the folks at CO's BMW Center for maintenance work even though it's a 45 minute drive for me. The service technicians are highly qualified and competent, the car is always returned to me in spotless washed and detailed condition, the service recommendations are honest, and best of all they're priced fairly compared to other BMW shops in my area. Definitely worth a visit if you need service.

And to update this review with a purchasing experience, I recently bought a second used BMW from Co's in Loveland. I continue to be a very happy customer of this dealership and I have nothing but praise for the experience and the outcome. We love the used X3. More details to follow.

I bought my husband an off-lease, pre-owned certified X3 from Tony Stuart at Co's BMW and it was a hands-down tie for the best dealership experience I have ever had. Not coincidentally, the other great dealership experience I had was at Co's 5 years ago when I purchased my first used BMW from Matt. What I love about Co's and my experience with Tony: he promised to get us floor mats since they weren't in the vehicle and he actually followed through. Tony suffered through two test drives: mine to ensure the handling of the car was responsive and stable in the tight traffic circles taken at silly speeds and my husband's to ensure that the braking and handling met his crazy-man test-drive needs (the only time he drives like that). Tony also suffered through several days of "what about this and what about that" OCD engineer questions even after we purchased the car and took it home. The entire time pre- and post-purchase he helped us with a kindly demeanor and the mellow approach of a driving instructor. We hadn't intended to actually buy a car that day since we had literally just begun the half-hearted search, but the combination of the fair deal on the car, the no-haggle pricing, and my previous good experiences both buying a vehicle and servicing that vehicle at Co's BMW made it impossible to pass up.

I am forever in Tony's debt for helping me displace my husband's beloved Subaru with something fun to drive, absurdly quiet, and lacking in nerve-wracking body roll in tight corners. Keep up the good work, Co's!

It was the worst dealership experience I ve ever seen in my life. There s five people standing around in sales and no one offers to help. One gal finally came over and said she was busy and she will be with me in 10 minutes. She came back in an hour. I approached the sales manager and he stated he could help me but only for five minutes. I already bought my BMW somewhere else. We took our vehicle here 4 weeks ago to have recall work completed, once we received our vehicle back the display screen (radio etc) kept going black and we started getting a 4X4 AWD and DSC error that would cause the vehicle to loose power while driving. My husband took the vehicle back down to Co's almost 2 weeks ago, we paid over $1700 for a new Audio Head (that controls the display screen), they finally delivered it to us today (4 days after we drove 5 hours to Colorado to pick it up and it wasn't ready) and 2 hours later the vehicle had the same fault 4 times on my drive home, but now it is completely shutting down the engine (so very unsafe in the snow and low visibility). I called the dealership tonight and was told "it wasn't doing that while they had it, so they couldn't diagnose it". I was also told I would need to pay for a tow to get it there, since it is not drivable now. So here I sit, in the Wyoming winter without a drivable vehicle!

I was really hopeful that these guys would be the ones I could depend on for my BMW parts needs. I clearly explained to them what part I needed, spent extra time telling them what EXACTLY I needed for my vehicle. They procured an incorrect part and brought it to me. The manager of parts department then decided to get angry at me when I tried to return the wrong part and get the correct part, despite the fact that his employee got me the wrong part. After a week of run-around, they tried to tell me my only option was to buy the full bumper assembly, which I had no need for. I contacted Schomp BMW and promptly got the correct part with no hassle, and they delivered it to me well out of their way. Word travels quick, and I have already encouraged people to work with other companies who employ parts professionals who know their job well. Co's BMW is nothing but a headache to Northern Colorado.

The car was ready and waiting for us and we were able to take it out for a "spin" in no time at all. I took my car here for diagnostic , they told me the car needed a $1700 repair. After paying that money and taking the car back to dealership 4 different times I still have the same exact issue. They refused to refund the money or to fix the problem , so all I can do is taking them to civil court and report this robbery to the better business bureau. Jon Anderson was incredible rude and has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced. Very dishonest people working at this establishment.

The salesmam JJ Jiminez was helpful. I could not complete the purchase of my vehicle until Monday because the policy for the dealership is only 2,500 can be charged to a credit or in my case debit card. The bank isnt open until then. So i am bummed about that as I thought paying cash outright for a vehicle would make it easier. JJ was SIGNIFICANTLY more helpful than the finance person. Which is a shame. The salesman had to explain and then facilitate a funds transfer from bank to bank. We will see how that goes.
Well to add to this review I finally got confirmation to get my vehicle. I was left waiting all day when i was told by noon i could jave the vehicle delivered. The vehicle was supposed to be delivered, but the salesman took the day off so i had to get ANOTHER Uber ride. Then, i was overcharged by 500$ by the out of touch finance person. Who made NO attempt to explain how to pay for the vehicle. I was reimbursed by the dealerahip promptly. I the actual title sent to the wrong address after verifying in writing VIA email the correct address. That was a nigjtmare for me, and all the while my temp tags are coming closer to expiring. Once that was cleared up i came to the DMV to register the vehicle only to find out an emissions test was required, and not performed let alone mentioned even once by the dealership that this was also a requirement for registration. If i could give NO STARS I would. This was a terrible experience and i dont know how these people stay i business!! I will NEVER come back to this dealership.

I can t say enough about my experience with CO s BMW. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional but Chad, my client advisor, made the entire process easy and enjoyable.

It was a no pressure situation and Chad made me feel like he was there to get me the information I needed, the vehicle configured the way I wanted and at a price that was fair to both of us. As I mentioned to some folks there, he made the entire transaction an adult situation free from playing games and using tactics often associated with car sales.

We have only had our X5 less than week but there is a little part of me already looking forward to three years from now when I can work with Chad and the CO s BMW team again.

I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a quality purchasing experience to stop by CO s BMW and talk to Chad.

We moved north of Denver and are a distance away from a BMW Service facility. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of CO's when the I3 was unveiled, she encouraged us to give them a try whenever we were in need of service for our 3 or 5 series. The 3 recently needed some service attention. I was more than impressed with how the service department handled the needs of an older model BMW. I didn't need to bring in a new car to receive more than 100% of their attention to details. We have owned BMW's for over 15 years, definately the best service we have ever received. Thank you!

I took my X5 in for the Takata recall and had a diagnostic run for an intermittent engine warning light. The service department has improved immensely over the past two years. Everyone is courteous, informative and thorough. They take the time to explain everything. They give you phone and text options to reach them if needed. And kudos to Brian Bowden. This is the second time he has managed our service work. The first time, the department serviced a preowned X5 we had just purchased. Brian took the time to go over some of the basic features with us. I now feel I can recommend Co's BMW
