My daughter never gets her omnipod supplies on time. She runs out
of pods and I have to call and tell them. I have been told that I must call and tell them that I need to reorder. I suppose I can do that but I did not have to with the previous company we used. Now the big problem is the Dexcom. We have been waiting since October 2019 and whenever I call them they say that they are waiting on additional information. I ask them why they don't call or email and they don't respond. I have paperwork that they need to respond to and cannot get a response. No emails or texts. Horrible company.
