This service performed on my Xterra Pro-4X was one...

This service performed on my Xterra Pro-4X was one of 4 oil changes included in the Vehicle Care Prgogram (VCP) that I bought for $126 when I purchased the vehicle at AutoNation Nissan. Service was prompt and completed in 45 min, including topping up the tire pressure. My service advisor, Ryan Cope, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and treated me as if I were the most important customer. While I waited I was able to take care of some business in the service lounge. I am glad I purchased the VCP with my Xterra and I am pleased with the service at AutoNation Nissan.

Great selling team, but horrible service experience. Car pulling to one side and I got number of excuses as street slope, wind, not a safety issue as I must hold the wheel all the time ( no law require that and big difference between keep my hand on the wheel and keep fighting to keep the car within lane), oh and also that I am the issue as I I sit at the car my weight change the alignment, all these are just some of the excuses that I was given to convince me that everything is fine with my new rogue. No need to talk about the excuses I was given for my navigation screen issues that suddenly turning black or the navigation system that keep zooming out to show the world for no reason, still one of my favorite excuses was your phones aren t compatible and that I shouldn t connect anything to the car (so don t use it to don t get problems hilarious).

Our experience was good. Enjoyed working with Jamaal, no high-pressure sales. We love our 2016 Pathfinder.
I wish it had been cleaned a little bit better before delivery, I think it was kept on the back lot has dirt and sand in bedded in the windows and everything .
This is the second survey I filled out,
I don't know why the first one is not being seen.
We will definitely continue to us Nissan AutoNation Arapahoe.

I would not recommend going to this dealership. I experienced the worst customer service. I took my car in to the service center and they told me that they had to replace to transmission. They told me that I could use my car locally because the transmission would take a week for it to get in. A week later I didn't get a call so I called them and they had no idea what was going on and gave me one of the employee's number. I left a voice message and I didn't get any calls back so I called a week later...Little did I know that they weren't even understanding. They kept saying that they had no record of me coming in and wouldn't help me at all. Also, they were giving me attitude and not helping me solve the problem! This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would give them zero stars if i could.

1 had a wonderful experience at this dealership. This was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. There was never any high pressure sales pitch. I was treated with respect and they really worked with me to make a deal I felt comfortable with. The salesman, Walter, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions. I was dreading having to go to the finance department but Lisa couldn t have been nicer. She presented the optional add-ons to me and explained each one in great detail. And when I told her that I was interested in several of the options, she respected my decision and didn t try to pressure me into changing my mind. Overall a wonderful car buying experience!

BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a brand new Nissan Mura...

BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a brand new Nissan Murano last year w/ an extended warrenty and we have been getting our oil changes and inspection with them for the past year. They never once said that my battery looked corroded or was loosing battery life. I found out on a Sunday night at 8pm my car battery just died. I had work the next morning at 6am and needed a new battery fast. I stopped at Auto Zone where they gave me a new one and said my battery as well as the parts holding the battery were very corroded. When I confronted the manager at Arapahoe Nissan stating this was never told to me in any of my oil changes/inspections that my battery was dying or corroded he said that was Nissan's problem not theirs?? They could care less if you have done any business with them. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any car dealership. I will be letting everyone know to never buy Nissan because they do not care once they have your money. Nissan is trash.

I've been coming here for any service that requires more than an oil change. They've always done great but today I came in with a little more serious problem and even though my car was slightly out of warranty they honored it anyway. It really was great customer service. This dealership is an absolute JOKE. We bought a ...

This dealership is an absolute JOKE. We bought a car March 3rd (and they shopped our loan and dinged our credit 7 different times) . The User Car Manager, AK, told us the car rattled because that is "what turbos do". When I pushed, he stated that I "just didn't understand turbos". Of course we were also sold the most expensive warranty.

Less than 30 days of driving the car we took it to a German specialty mechanic. They said the car was blown! Chunks of metal were in the oil and that this problem was not a sudden problem. They stated we shouldn't drive the car. However, the dealership said "it was just fine" to drive to to their shop. What a joke?!? And a liability.

They promised to fix the car at no cost to us (because it was under 30 days of purchase) and also to reimburse us for the tow and diagnostic. They took our car and returned it a month later with NO repair paperwork. The general manager, Roman, stated "He forgot" to follow up with the repair paperwork. It has been 3 months since our purchase and we have yet to find out what "repairs" they did to cover up their lemon! They also have not reimbursed us with the promised costs of the tow/diagnostic.

Lesson learned, reported them to the BBB, blasted an email to top executives. Warning: BUYER BE AWARE

Had a great first experience with the Service Dept at this location after I had trouble getting my Murano to start. I called and talked to Ace about what happened and he practically diagnosed the problem over the phone! Got me in and had the car repaired in the same day! I ll definitely be back!!

This was day 3 of the "the hunt." Was told by a friend who works in your corporate office to head over and see what you had on the lot. Found my car (CRV, actually, though I was impressed by the Rogue test drive), felt listened to, valued, and got the deal done in time to take the dog to the dog park. Only complaint is that the key guy (I paid to get a second key) is pretty inflexible about getting my key made. I can tell that is going to be a chore I will have to follow up on for some time, though I've already paid for it.

Went ahead ahead and bought a new Altima for the Boss, wow this car is way smarter than I could have expected. Shout out to LHM Nissan Arapahoe road. They just absolutely refused to let us leave until they hit our price point. I think they actually paid us to take the car Thanks Asiel! My family is safe in this AWD car and getting 40mpg!!

I can in for a tire rotation and inspection of my Leaf. Staff thought that a Leaf technician had to complete the work, which was incorrect. Therefore a simple tire rotation took 2 hours and I did not get an inspection of the rest of the vehicle.

I told him what I needed, what it would take to get my business, and a timeframe, he came through. I'm thrilled to have lucked out by having had such a fantastic experience! Chris, the gentleman in finance, was super as well! Very up front and honest, very helpful, all around awesome! These guys helped remind me that there are some decent car sales folks around.

The Nissan brand is great, but AutoNation Nissan A...

The Nissan brand is great, but AutoNation Nissan Arapahoe tarnishes their good name. I've owned my Nissan Leaf for nearly 2 years and love it, my only regret is purchasing from this dealer. In my experience the dealer is dishonest and doesn't care about the customer once the sale is made.

The purchasing process was difficult compared to all other dealer purchases I've made, but I received a good price. My ownership experience from there has been dismal while working with the dealership.

Issue #1: When my car was delivered I didn't realize a small, but very important part was missing: the tow hook. I discovered this after I got stuck in snow and needed to have my car pulled free. Without this hook, it is impossible to pull the car. I contacted my salesman AutoNation Nissan Arapahoe and was immediately told that it was an accessory and that I had to purchase it separately. Upon reviewing the owner's manual and contacting Nissan USA, this is not true. It is considered a safety device and should have been delivered by the dealership. Once I pushed back on the dealer, they agreed that is should have been included, but they would not provide it, rather I needed to purchase it online, provide a receipt, and they would refund my costs. ??? Ok, it seems overly complicated, but I'll do it. I purchased the part, provided the receipt, and the dealer has never made good on refunding the cost.

Issue #2: Once I purchased the tow hook that should have been included with my car, it wouldn't thread into the port. I verified the part number and inspected the port as best I could, but no go. I setup an appointment for service and once they inspected it they asked me what I did to damage the port. I explained that I had never used the port because it wasn't included with the car. After way too much back and forth they agreed to disassemble the bumper to inspect it because it can't be inspected without disassembly. (So they accuse me of damaging it after inspecting it, but you can t inspect it until you take it apart and you haven t done that yet??) Final result? Manufacturer defect, the port was not correctly threaded at the factory.

Issue #3: No Charge to Charge card. A benefit of purchasing a Leaf is receiving 2 years of free charging at select charging locations. This was offered to all new vehicle purchased from 2013-2015 at the time I purchased. On one of my many visits to the dealership dealing with issue #1 and #2 I read the details of this offer and realized I was not given this card. I talked to the sales department and was told that it didn't apply to my vehicle when I purchased it. Another call to Nissan USA cleared up that it did apply to my car, I should have received it when the car was delivered, and I should return to the dealership to get it. I visited on three different occasions to get the card. On the 1st visit "The Leaf Guy" wasn't there and no one seemed to know where the cards were. On the 2nd trip I called ahead to meet "The Leaf Guy", but when I arrived "The Leaf Guy" was suddenly unavailable. After a few more calls I could never connect with "The Leaf Guy", so I dropped in and demanded to talk to the GM. After 30 minutes or so they were able to contact "The Leaf Guy" and locate the card to give it to me.

I now deal with Tynan's Nissan and couldn't be happier with the service and support.

b/c it was the end of month sale in progress and I wasn't out of my lease for 2 months! Told them I just wanted to test drive it. The guy left me on the lot after lots of push back and then sent out a kid who just started working there and knew nothing about their cars! No keys, no service, no attempt to hide his disinterest! You decide... I'll never go back there! I currently drive a Lexus.

It was fun filled. Had a great time buying from here. I recommend buying from here. You will not regret this choice. There was a unfortunate problem but the team there did everything they could to remedy the situation and made it right. This visit was the best car buying experience I have had. I feel like I was hanging out with friends and not just some sales person looking for commission. They are the greatest. Thank you Auto Nation Nissan. Thank you Elizabeth and "my fantastic crew".

My old vehicle was currently stolen and consider a total loss. The moment I started searching I was nervous to see if I would qualify for a new vehicle. Once I sent in an interest into a vehicle I had Chris reach out to me right away. Once he reached out by text message he made sure he meet all my needs. He asked me what type of vehicle I was looking forward to and also what I was wanting with the vehicle. Once I told him everything he then sent a credit application and let me know I got approved right away for the vehicle I have chosen. He asked me to come in so we can start the finical process and get me in a new vehicle. From the beginning to the end he was wonderful on helping me out and making me feel like a million bucks. I would recommend anyone to go to LHM when it comes to getting into a new vehicle because everyone there is phenomenal on helping people out.

Was $480 for a filter that was extremely unreasonable. The cost of labor of also absolutely absurd. They also turned us away when we had an appointment which further exasperated our anger with this Nissan. I went to another place a different day and it was only $50 to fix it. DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

We brought our car for recall and 2nd service and were told that car should be ready about 2- 2:30, we received a call from Tiffany about 12:45 that car is ready. when we got there the car was washed, cleaned and ready to go.
Tiffany explained in details what was done to the car and we were on our way out.
Great service and personal attention to the customer.

I was tired and hungry, so I totally missed going to eat, and then coming back for my car. Other than that, it was a very reasonable experience for me driving off your lot with a $40k piece of equipment

Andrew was super nice and my wife and I were impressed with everyone asking if we d been helped or if there was anything they could get us. Andrew may be new, but we re getting our next Leaf from him!!!

It takes a lot to impress my husband, especially when it comes to auto care, so for him to talk about this experience (more than a couple time, to more than a couple people) says a lot. Horrible customer service. I spent 8 hours trying to get someone to call me back. My check engine light came on 3 days after my purchase. They told me it would be at least a week before they could service it and now they want me to pay for the repair after I was instructed my WARRANTY would cover it. I have now missed two days of work this week because they still have my car.

Absolutely horrible experience, in one transaction Arapahoe Nissan dropped the ball and gave me a car buying nightmare. Although you may not have a bad experience as well I would make my decision carefully before I signed any paperwork with this company of poor character and lack of integrity. I purchased a car cash from Arapahoe Nissan. During the test drive I even spoke with the service manager who gave the car rave reviews. He mentioned is was incredibly low mileage for the year and the one previous owner had all the service done at this location. The car seemed solid and they had gained my trust, I believed I had made a good decision in purchasing the car.
*Less than thirty days later the motor emitted a horrible sound, I immediately brought the car in.
*I was told the car had been inspected and the timing chain had failed.
* The approval to have the car repairs took about a week to complete.
*Another week goes by and we learn a rod baring was actually the culprit which was missed in the initial inspection.
*I then had to wait another two weeks for approval for the warrantee to replace the entire motor and the motor to arrive.
* The motor that came in was used with 47k and a 12month 12 thousand mile warrantee.
* Another week goes by for install a flywheel bolt was stripped and delayed the process
*I finally receive the car back and within a few hours I have a check engine light, I return it and they said a vacuum line was improperly put on.
* A short time later I find out the passenger side engine mount was missing a bolt and the other two bolts were not tightened down.
* I later find out the a/c system was not recharged after the motor replacement and no longer worked.
* I speak with the GM who offers me a deal on a different car in the lot and he would take my car as a trade. He did make a point that he would give me less than I paid for my car because me putting miles on it.
*The new motor now burns oil and of course is out of warrantee.
*Before I had the motor replaced I asked if there were any negative effects to which I was told no. The truth is that when the motor is replaced the car become mileage unknown which essentially make the car have salvage value.
* The new car was not yet available so he told me to come in the next Thursday.
* I drove across town the next Thursday and a sales associate said the car was not ready, the GM was unavailable.
* I then left the GM a voice mail to call me when the car was ready, I have yet to hear from him to this day.

I have picture documentation to back up all of these claims, I was completely failed by Autonation Nissan Arapahoe.

After some research on different vehicles, I found the Larry H Miller Nissan site Friday night and found the vehicle I wanted. I met Saturday with the Jeff, Internet sales manager, and drove the vehicle. Monday I returned and met with the Sean, Internet salesman, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional and our dealings. I ended up purchasing the car and driving home Monday night. My only disappointment was not receiving a Larry H Miller ball cap after the purchase.

I love this dealership! From the moment i acquired about my Nissan online they helped me from start to finish! They called and set me up with a free appt., consultation, financing, etc... Mr. Harrison & Mr. Derick are the best salesmen around!! I've never felt more satisfied with a purchase then i have before! From beginning to end i was happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership to anybody interested in Nissan!

My car got serviced for an oil change/tire rotations and a couple other repairs/replacements that I was not expecting, but am okay with what was done. I was originally told that it would take two hours, but the whole process was closer to three hours. If I had been told of that earlier, I would have scheduled someone to come pick me up so I didn't have to wait that long.

I went in for an oil change. As I sat in the customer lounge waiting area, it was apparent that the majority of the work force here is miserable. Very few folks are smiling, most appear disgruntled.
As I go to check out I notice the paperwork states the car as gray in color-it s blue. It s always been blue. Secondly, they never went thru the findings with me. It wasn t until I was home that I discovered they found a leak in my back axel. No mention of this at my checkout-no mechanic or tech talked to me about any findings. I will not be coming back.

I have never had as pleasant an experience at a car dealer's as I had with Karen Kochkanyan at Autonation Nissan. He was extremely knowledgeable about each vehicle I had a question on - would move away when he sensed my daughter and I wanted to discuss anything - allowed me to test drive any vehicle I requested and, when the time came to actually purchase a vehicle, he made it easy and quick. i cannot praise him too highly.

Remove the damn petite wall from your parking that has the low ground clearance and is blended to the wall behind. Drivers cannot see it and it ended up in my car getting damaged (not the first car as per your service manager)

I went there trying not to have high hopes because of credit issues I'm trying to fix. But that didn't stop them. Past dealerships I've been in I always felt like I had to chose this junk car or that junk car and them also trying to shove it down my throat. I didn't feel that way at all. They listened to my needs!! Eric in Financing and my sales men George were GREAT!! If I could recommend any sales men it would be George !!!! Eric in financing KILLED IT in getting me the best deal!!! Oh my gosh if you guys read these at all I want you to know how much I appreciate your help in getting me into my car!!! I love it!!!! I couldn't be more if a happier customer right now so thank you Eric and George so much!!! You guys Rock!!!!

I have always been treated with honesty and respect whenever I've needed to take my Nissan in. Tiffany, the Asst. Service Manager, is great at her job; she always takes the time to answer all my questions, and if she doesn't know the answer, she always knows where to go to get the correct answer! I wouldn't take my Nissan anywhere else.

The 60K service took 1.5 hrs longer than originally promised and they "accidentally" lost the $25 gift card attached to my service order. In addition, the courtesy check given to me at the end of the service was NOT for my vehicle but another car altogether. Epic Fail...
