I was reviewing Pinnacle Medical Supplies and was told by an Insulin pump company that Tracie and others do a great job of working with you on your needs! I experienced the opposite. I called them to get help with changing out a brand of Insulin pump with another. She told me pump was still under warranty for a few months and Blue Cross of Ms would not pay. I told her that my wife talked to BCBS and due too circumstances, mine being a medical necessity that it would be approved, making a long story short, Tracie said she would check into problem further but never bothered to call back! I looked at reviews and noticed that the same individual posted 3 positive reviews on their site, makes you wonder! I just saw reply on 7/12/2018 to my review; Response from the owner a day ago, We apologize that you were not satisfied with your experience. Our team works hard to provide the highest level of customer service and know it s difficult with in-warranty products. We usually follow-up after the warranty expires - sorry if there was miscommunication., evidently the ? did not read what I posted since that person did not make note of the fact that BCBS said new insulin pump would be approved regardless of warranty expiration. You think ? would have called if Pinnacle really cared, you got my number. I do not need an apology, I needed the Insulin pump. Evidently Pinnacle sells a device which they have no knowledge about!
