Used to drive an hour to this place to eat. Great food! Best beef briscuit ever. However, they have started charging a percentage fee on your bill for using a card to pay with. Will not be back as long as this is in place. I could bring cash however it's the principle. Used to come atleast once a month and have spent thousands over the last several years bringing others here to eat. Would rather see a menu price increase instead of a charge for using a card.

The food isn't bad, my rating is based on the availability of far better nearby.

I wouldn't discourage anyone from giving it a try, but would recommend several other BBQ places within 20 miles of their location.

Years ago (1990's) this was the best around. The last time I ate here (and it will be the LAST time!) the BBQ was not tasty, the Brunswick stew tasted strangely "medicinal", and the service was inattentive.

It made my tummy happy. :) Their banana pudding is for dayzzz. The special sauce was specialer than YOU! The sweet sauce is like HEAVEN IN A BOTTLE! 0:) Walked in with an empty stomach to find that I walk out with a mug and two shirts. The shop is great.
Love the desserts. This place is delicious. You should try it out. The servers were friendly and the food, again is delicious. Walk in a medium, walk out an XL!

Very cute, Southern BBQ place just outside of Blue Ridge. Brisket tacos were great! Mac and cheese and baked beans delicious as well. We almost didn't come because it didn't show up in a Blue Ridge search, but we are glad we did. We will be back!!

We recently visited Cherry Log, Georgia and of course had to find every hole in the wall restaurant we could.

A quick Google search highly recommended that we visit the Pink Pig, and after visiting not once, but twice, I 100% agree!

A couple of items that we ordered were the Kiley's special (BBQ quesadilla with pork, mushrooms, pepper onions, and cheese) and SJs brisket tacos.

Living in the South my entire life, I have eaten at numerous barbecue joints. This, hands down, was the most delicious and creative assemblage of pork I've ever tasted in my life!

We were so enamored with this place that the second time we visited, we purchased shirts, stickers, and a jar of their homemade barbecue sauce (highly recommend the vinegar-based option), with absolutely 0% buyers remorse! They have really cool hats too.

We didn't sit down to eat (COVID precautions on our part), but I did peek in at the seating area which is very kitchy and themed in such an original way that I've never seen.

The staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming to ALL its guests, including crazy tourists like our family!

If you are ANYWHERE near Cherry Log, GA, do yourself a favor and swing by the Pink Pig for the best barbecue you will ever eat!

We just returned from our second Christmastime road trip to the Blue Ridge area and the Pink Pig was the only place we made a point to visit again. Maybe it's doesn't rank with the best barbecue places around the South but we think it's pretty tasty and very friendly. Brother-in-law got fried chicken livers and the rest of us got BBQ of some sort, with a variety of sides and desserts. I do think the sweet potato waffle fries are better than the made-in-house fries. Next time I will remember to ask for the spicy sauce because even this wimp wants something a little zingier than sweet sauce (other than vinegar).

Very good BBQ with large portions. The atmosphere is awesome as well, very boho chic. Worth the visit. The prices are decent... There are a few items that are a little pricey, but you can find some specials for around $10. I recommend the Hickory fries for $5.95 or the oink onion (blooming onion) for $5.50.

The Pink Pig is a nice little spot off the beaten ...

The Pink Pig is a nice little spot off the beaten path of HWY 76 in Cherry Log (between Ellijay and Blue Ridge). When you first walk in, the place has a bit of a country store feel to it as they sell assorted trinkets, souvenirs, and scoops of ice cream behind the counter.

Beware that while the dining space is small, there is rarely a wait (I've never experience one anyway). The waitstaff are friendly and make you feel right at home. The brisket is lean and flavorful, especially when combined with the vinegar BBQ sauce that they make. My family of four had the brisket plate, and three portions of the sliders which included both brisket and the pork and none of them disappointed. The only thing I didn't care for, honestly, was the baked beans. Both of my kids had the macaroni and cheese and loved it and my wife didn't complain about the cole slaw either.

Our tab was around $55 and that included 4 entrees + 4 drinks + 2 desserts (still can't get either kid to try the cobbler), so everything was reasonably priced. Needless to say, we look forward to being back the next time we're in town.

Normally the food at the Pink Pig is great, however, the food at our visit today was sub par. The beef was dry and tough. It looked and tasted like yesterday's leftovers. We were extremely disappointed and will think twice before going there again. Seems like their attention is on their expansion and not necessarily on the food. I hope they are to get back on track soon. The service was good.

My favorite BBQ; the sweet potato fries are great, I enjoy having fried chicken livers every now and then, plus they serve Coke products. The waitresses are always exceptional. We'll drive the hour to get there instead of going just down the road to a closer BBQ because we love the Pink Pig food and service. The bad reviews must be for another BBQ place rather than the one in Cherry Log as we have eaten there for years; the bathrooms are clean; the food is great; the service is great; and we have heard nothing but good things from others who have visited there.

We've been vacationing in this area for 10 years and just recently discovered the Pink Pig. It's now our favorite BBQ place! The food and the staff are amazing! It's a family operated business and it was such a pleasure to meet one of the owners "Samantha" and her daughter Kiley. We will be eating here several times on our next trip up to Georgia! Thank you Sam and Kiley! You're the best!

An unexpected treasure found en route to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Truth be told we were directed there by a local Georgian and apparently he knows his BBQ... Several of our group ordered different dishes but at the end the verdict was: stick to BBQ ribs and the garlic salad.

Cool old school BBQ with their own take on classic Q. Food has always been great each time my wife and I have gone there. Brisket, chopped pork, and ribs is my go to with Alice potatoes and Mac& cheese. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is much larger than it looks from the outside do seating has never been a issue.
