This is one of the best place I have worked and enjoyed functioning with team. The people the culture and the move fast mentality. Also, When I started my carrier journey with ProPhoenix, I had a genuine interest on ProPhoenix mission want to support for the business goals .Similarly I believed that our company had its employees/clients best interests at heart. Especially, the work/life balance at ProPhoenix is great

I have attended interviews and worked in many top companies. The interview process in Prophoenix is a bit different. They send a interview mail with common content for across multiple levels from software engineer to Tech Manager. On interview day they asked all people to take up a online coding test and HR told us that designation will be considered only by top management based on interview performed. The people who take interviews are the old school of developers where they will ask questions from older software versions which are obsolete now. (Perphaps they only know those questions which they have worked a decade back). And these are the people who will decide what designation will be given to you. What makes one more humorous is the next round. Director and/or VP will take the next round where the director will focus on package and distance to commute to company. If the distance is more, he will ask how one can efficiently work after commuting for so long. The questions were not so mature for the level of Director. Like school admissions, they should provide a note: Candidates residing greater than 10 kms need not apply. My advice is don't waste your time by even thinking of attending interview there. Rest you can decide.
