I had the first contact by phone at the local location. Have to say, the lady on the phone at the headquarters, Mrs. K., was very friendly and helpful. She was able to solve my problem immediately. Very competent. Good staff is hard to come by. Thank you, I would like to come back.

At the follow-up checks (the next day) new defects are often found. A statement why now and not yesterday. "Probably missed my colleague." That's not fine. Better to check the first visit would be the solution.

The theoretical driving test is quick and easy, but unfortunately the staff is totally unfriendly.
The examiner finds questions answered incorrectly and was generally not very empathetic.
Conclusion: you hardly feel welcome.

Right at the first time passed the Theoretical Exam, the staff were very friendly, but the exam room should be aired more often. Besides, it is relatively hard to find if you do not know where it is. Otherwise it was very clean and ok for a short stay

You make an appointment for the HU examination of a motorcycle and of course appear on time. As soon as you enter the assumption, an inspector comes running and calls you that there are no motorcycle tests today, after all it is raining. Calling was not considered necessary.

Withdrawal takes place and you are served nicely. Everything OK. I go there every 2 years.

Today I wanted to make a vintage car acceptance for the H license plate. Unfortunately, I was told at 13.30 clock that this is no longer possible today. Too much time ... As I said, 13.30, the inspection closes at 16 o'clock! All the halls were empty and several employees were present. I was the only customer on site and was sent away. And that although the test center had 2.5 hours left open.

I am then to the competition and there it worked then without problems.

Never again this test site! If I worked like that, I would not have a job long ago.

Appointment by phone. No waiting time after arrival, immediately inspection of the vehicle with friendly and qualified MA (Mr. Winnig). Appraisal came on the same day by mail - agreed on the following day. Insurance paid without ifs and buts. Any time!

The other day with the car to the HU, no one there at the reception, wait forever, totally understaffed overall, condescending and unfriendly treatment by the examiner, no way to be with the vehicle during the test. Just bad grotto. Never again !

Have here filed my theory exam for my driver's license, although I actually come from Barnim (Brandenburg). The reason is that you can easily pay on-site there. Even EC card payment is possible there, which is also very convenient with these crooked amounts. The receptionist did not really love her job of facial expressions and behavior, but now you just want to sign up and pay and book a wellness weekend with her. The condition of the tablets for the exam is simple and the exam room is quiet. All in all as it should be, which is probably not always self-evident with some alternative providers.

Today I was the second time to HU for my motorcycle (older model) here. Both two years ago and today, the investigation went quickly. The examiner was also very friendly and also explained what he is currently examining. For a minor flaw, he gave me a hint how to fix it. Who has a new vehicle gets the new posters. Rarely you drive on a used vehicle with new posters from the yard because of ridiculous shortcomings.

It was chaos, I came without appointment, was taken despite all the ran and treated nicely.
