Great service and great follow up. As I was set to pick up my new vehicle at 10am, Brian calls at 9am and says we have a problem. He explained how my vehicle had been promised to another person. He told me he would give me a call and said he would be looking for another vehicle. He called me at 10:30 and told me to come on in I was all set. When I got their he had exactly what I was looking for and a great price to boot.

It's well worth going back not only because of how hassle-free it has been and how friendly and professional they are, but also because of the great things Pinckney Chrysler does for various charities. GUYS listen, i was working with my Bank to finance my car that I bought from this dealership. But first, BILL IS THE BEST SALES MAN I'VE EVER MET. This man made my car buying so easy and comfortable. I felt like family. Explained things to my understanding. Did not rush me into anything, actually it was my call on anything. Anything I wanted they'll do that's within their capability. My bank was wasting my time cos I needed a car asap for work n school. The bank APR was great. BILL told me he can beat it. I doubted him n told him I'll stick with my Bank. Bank was still wasting my time this been you g for like weeks, so I called BILL one day and said, I need this car today, call me with a better offer. Couple mins he called and said "you're approved" . MAN! APR was better than the bank, everything was what I wanted, and the car 2014 Cherokee trailhawk with off-road tires has every single thing I wanted!!!! I had previously did the test drive. I signed the car bout 7:48pm and it went home with it. I told BILL if I had an award, I'll give him couple of them. He was honest, patient, was talking to me with respect and was funny. I felt like HOME. THANKS BILL!! Ladies wanna ride in my car but I've got something else for them to ride . Dealership is Awesome.

I was in the market for a replacement for my 2012 Town and Country that served me well with over 165,000 miles. Dreading the car search, and after three weeks of browsing the Internet we went around the corner to our local Pinckney Chrysler Dodge. What a pleasant surprise. Dealing with Sergei our salesman took the sting out of car shopping. He was polite, helpful and there was no sales pressure at all. It made the experience actually delightful. Thank you Sergei for keeping it low-key and stress-free. Already loving my 2017 Chrysler 300 S.

I normally HATE the car buying experience, but Bill made me feel at ease and worked with me to find the right vehicle for me. I went to the dealership thinking I wanted a Compass and wound up realizing my family lifestyle really meant I needed the Grand Cherokee. There was no pressure at all and I got to test drive many vehicles on a really busy day without feeling like I was annoying anyone by doing my research. So much of the paperwork was done before I arrived for pick up and that made the final signatures so much quicker and easier. I'd definitely return to this dealer.

Skip the air condition recharge special. Had it done in June was gone within a week called back after being told there was no leak and I would be charged for both fixing the leak and a recharge. Took it to SMART auto found no leak and recharged it. SMART told me the dealer recharge specials do not put enough freon in the system. My advice go to SMART....Called dealer back no help....

Visited the dealership on a Saturday, a half hour drive, they were very busy. Found a car on the lot I wanted, but left because they were so busy. I checked their web site the next week and the car was still listed so I drove out there the same day. The car was no longer available. The salesman said no problem, I can get you any car you want. A few days later, he finally found a car, not exactly as I wanted, as he had promised, but closely equipped, missing 20" wheels. I decided on the car, used a credit card charge for a down payment. They had the car on Monday as promised. They told me they would have the tires and wheels in 1-2 days, it took a week. They did pick up and return the car with the new wheels.Three days after picking up the car, there was no credit refund to my card account. Contacted the salesman, I feel he should have taken care of this without my call. He called me later to say they had to swipe my card to issue the refund, another trip to the dealership. Even though everyone was very friendly, nothing happened when they said it would, or as it was supposed to.

Even though they are a Jeep, Chrysler dealership Tyler was very knowledgeable about the features of the Yukon. Their team was very helpful in making it possible to bring the vehicle home that day. This dealership is top notch. I recently purchased a 2102 Dodge Ram from Bill Miasel. I contacted Bill from my hometown of Columbus, Ohio and told him that I had a trade and was interested in purchasing one of the used vehicles on the lot. We were actually able to work out a preliminary deal over the phone since I was driving 4 hours to make the deal. I made the trip up the following weekend and fully expected the deal to fall apart upon my arrival. Bill had the truck prepped and waiting on me. He took a quick test drive with my trade in and I waited about 15 minutes to meet with the finance manager. To my amazement, the paperwork was already printed and ready for me to sign. Every number was exactly as we had discussed. I was in and out in about half an hour and can't believe what a great deal that I got. I searched a 3 state area for a similar truck and couldn't find anything priced even as close to as low as Pinckney was asking. I've had my truck for over a month and couldn't be happier. I just wish that the dealerships in the big city were ran with the same professionalism. Pinckney Chrysler was great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a car from Pinckney Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM and had a great experience. Their customer service was great from the get go, and is what actually led me to become more interested in their vehicles. Though I can't speak for their body/repair shop services, their salesmen and women are personable, real, and do a great job at making you feel welcomed and listened to. Just to add on to the end - Their precautions for handling Coronavirus are very respectable. All workers wear a mask, clean car interior before it is test driven, and customers aren't allowed inside of the building - allowing both customers and workers to be safe. As somebody who cares much about how businesses are handling COVID, this place definitely made me feel comfortable in that sense.

Caleb Fairchild is an awesome salesperson! I first went into this dealership wanting a Jeep Wrangler and after talking with Caleb realized it probably wasn't within my budget. He helped me find another option within my budget, the Jeep Compass. I didn't go home with a car that day, but Caleb kept in touch and kept trying to find ways for me to truly get my dream car. I went back into the dealership and Caleb actually found a Wrangler that fit my budget and everything I was looking for. I leased it and have been so happy with it! We ended up going back and also leasing the Compass for a work vehicle. He is the most knowledgeable salesperson I've come across and truly cares about his customers. He takes an interest beyond just helping you find a car. Highly recommend Caleb and Pinckney Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

-100. Service is the worst. They are liars. I was told during a prior complaint I would be contact by the service manager which still has NOT happened. My used car paperwork states 23 point inspection and front alignment was done... LIARS! I spoke to my salesman and told him I was leaking power steering fluid. I had a diff dealership look at this and come to find out there is a zip ties holding the boot of my rack and pinion. If ANY inspection were done or brakes, alignment was done this would have been noticed. The sales man basically said to bad I drove it off the lot. This is going to cost me approx $2,000. to fix. My rear coil springs are broke this is why I had heard noises.This is all a huge safety issue that they should have found during ANY inspection! do NOT trust this dealership. they continue to deceive customers. There are other issues with them. this is just 1 of my bad experiences here!

Had a great expeirence this week with service. I bought my Jeep Cherokee from them new in 2015. I had some repair work done after an accident, at another dealership that was recommended by my insurance company exactly 1 year ago. I wont name the dealership, but it was another local dealership in Howell. I was having multiple problems resulting from improper repairs done from that said dealership and decided to take my jeep back to Pinckney chrysler where i should have taken it in the first place, and boy was i so glad i did! Tisha in service was amazing! Such a pleasure to work with and helped me get my jeep back in top notch condition. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable with leaving my problem riddled Jeep in their hands. I have never had better service. Thank you, Tisha and thank you to Pinckney chrysler for being so helpful and efficient!

Apparently i wrote this too soon. It's been 4 weeks and my Jeep is still not fixed. Used car manager, John, is impossible to talk to. Constantly interrupts you on the phone, then hangs up on you when you call him out on it. I guess if your not handing him money he can't be bothered.

Bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Everything was good with the car at the dealership. Two hours after I got home, none of the Windows would roll down, and warning lights came on. I called my salesman, Keith Ditmore, who told me to bring in it Monday. By then, everything was working again. They spent days going through the electrical to find the intermittent problem and ordered/replaced the bad part at no cost to me all while I've been driving a 2015 Cherokee for a loaner car. To top it off, there even apologetic for the "inconvenience" of them fixing my car for free. Big thumbs up to Keith Ditmore in sales and Erica in service for standing by there car and taking care of a customer.

Praised be Jesus Christ! Good quality is one of the highest characteristics anyone can find at Pinckney Chrysler Dodge Jeep. From the administration to the mechanic shop, every person works hard to assist you in whatever need you may have, and treats you as a person with dignity. They respect you for who you are. Since a car is a tool for activities such as work, school, vacation, many things are involved in the choice. Mr. Hall himself, and a group of his men, helped me diligently to find the right car for my particular needs. The Lord answered our prayers, and a PT Cruiser was available that day. Was that a good option for me? definitely. Although in the beginning I was not very much convinced, this car has been very handy since then. Small as it is, becomes itself a little van to transport a big load. In the end, the PT Cruiser convinced me that God made the best option for me.
The dealership has proved to be more than a business for profit, but a family at the service of those in need. May Our Lord bless each of the members abundantly today and always. In Christ through Mary, Julieta

I was so impressed when I called the service depar...

I was so impressed when I called the service department!! They gave me a good estimate of what the repairs were going to cost on my van (rear brakes & rotors). I've previously used a different dealership in Ann Arbor/Ypsi but haven't been too happy with their diagnosis of my van. So after speaking to service advisor Ryan Harrell, I felt comfortable that they would take good care of me. I dropped my van off on Tuesday evening for repairs on Wednesday. Ryan kept me updated a few times and let me know what was going on with my van. Once it was done being repaired, I went and picked it up and Ryan, the cashiers and techs were so friendly and seemed to be very customer oriented!! I really appreciated that. It was such a smooth and painless experience! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for service needs/oil changes when they are needed!! Thank you Pinckney Chrysler!!! :)

Too bad Pinckney Chrysler s sales didn t want to help me find a new van after several attempts, and also their service screwed up my appointments several times, ordered wrong tire, wanted me to spend $800 for new tires for a 2.5-year-old lease (claimed they re too worn they re not), so after 4th time to that place in the past 6 days, I took my business elsewhere and am very happy with Rick and his manager at the M-59 Chrysler. I d rather drive 40 min to get good service than deal with continuous hassle... Also - the "best" quote I got from them was $1000 more down for a less of a car than what i ended up getting at the other dealership.

Could change depending on how the repairs go on my "certified" pre-owned RAM 1500....
Purchased my 2015 RAM 1500 8 days ago, salesman says its tip top shape and was fully certified...
few days later I notice a terrible grinding and rubbing noise when the wheel is turned hard left (classic wheel bearing issue) so i dropped my truck off this morning and the staff was nice and understood my frustration.
Ill keep this review updated as they go for the repairs... but one thing I know for sure "Certified" either means not checking everything properly, or checking, finding, and ignoring issues.

When my husband and I went to purchase our 05 dodge ram things seemed to be just fine. Seemed to be!

The bank was closed when we were there so they had to copy our debit card for the down payment. They took $76 more than they had our authority to take and after 6 days of trying to contact someone, I finally spoke to Brian, our salesman who gave me some BS about the money being for the plate. I told him he was not authorized to take that money and he apologized but basically told me I was SOL.

I have now had the truck for a grand total of 16 days and today the drivers side tire started making a terrible noise. It needs a wheel barring replaced. We purchased a warranty for $1700 but have not received any paperwork on it yet so I have no idea if that is something that is covered or not. I have called numerous times today and have still not gotten a call back.

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I DO NOT RECCOMEND YOU PURCHASE IT FROM PINCKNEY CHRYSLER! Very very dissatisfied with the customer service!!!! I love the truck except for the fact that I have a $14,000 POS sitting in my driveway!

I bought my first new car (1998 Eagle Talon) from Dean almost 12 years ago. My parents bought their 1999 Cherokee a year later. We take both of those vehicles, plus a 2002 Grand Cherokee, a 1997 Chevy pickup and a 2004 VW Beetle to them for service. Tim in the service department has been great to work with over the last several years. We have never had any major problems with them and what few problems we've had were solved to our satisfaction. They are not the cheapest shop for car work, but what dealership is? I trust them implicitly with all of our vehicles. I can't say the same about any other shop I've ever been to. Not only that, but they are always friendly and they don't talk down to their customers like some other shops. I have had other work done at different shops to try to save some money, but I always come back here because the overall service is unbeatable. They do not oversell service either. If a component is wearing, but doesn't need immediate replacement, they bring it to my attention but never push to fix. But they will make strong recommendations if a component is in danger of failure soon, or is far out of spec. I also love the fact that they will use parts that I supply without charging me extra and they still warranty all the work! I give them my highest recommendation for a dealership.

This dealership is terrible do not go here. My elderly grandmother came here to get repairs done against my recommendation. They scammed her for $700 worth of repairs that didn't even solve the problem then bill the salesman talked her into paying it off and getting a new car. Bill sold her a Ford Fusion and charged her 10 grand more than the car was even worth!!!! And then he forced her to pay an extra $500 for a warranty of some sort! What a joke this is so this place scammed her out of about 12 thousand dollars. Is a joke of a dealership do not do business.

We've just purchased a new 2018 Jeep compass Latitude 4x4. Jammie and Mr. Bill did a great Job that Saturday afternoon. They were short on staff that day but managed everything well.

I purchased all off my vehicles at Pinckney Chrysler except my current truck. Around two years ago I decided to change the dealership since the service at Pinckney Chrysler was less that one star at the time. After I told Jammie my story he asked me to give them another chance since lots of things changed. I did and my purchase experience was great.
Last Friday I had my truck serviced at Pinckney Chrysler, everything went great. Thumbs up!

The worst customer service! Service tech Backed my van into another vehicle back in the service area. Thank goodness it was caught on camera. They weren't even going tell me it Happend. Then after I confronted them they said what they did was minor/no damage and the damage on my bumper was previously there. They didn't want to take blame. Sandy is who I have the 'pleasure' of working with. She made me feel like absolute crap and like it was all my fault. She told me their insurance company wouldn't cover a new bumper so we settled for paint and reattach my bumper Two weeks later they painted the stress cracks and paint chips but refused to reattach my bumper and release the dent. Sandy promised it would be fixed and she renigged on her dea. She kept telling me it was pervious damage and that they had been more than generous already because they painted the chips and paid my $100 bill from original service. All sandy and her staff did was made me feel horrible. They are lying, rude, deceiving, mean people. Matter of fact, if I would of had better customer service from the start I wouldn't of refused to pay my bill and I wouldn't of made them paint my bumper. But she and her staff was fuel to the fire. And all they did was make the situation worse with the horrible customer service they 'provide'. Never once received an apology for backing my van into another vehicle and neglecting to tell me about it

Went to go look at a vehicle with a appointment set up ahead of time. When we got there the salesperson that we spoke to was selling the vehicle that we were interested in buying with an appointment. Oh well, I understand that vehicles can be high in demand. What I can't understand is why then the sales person started selling me about vehicles they had at their home! Are you kidding me?!?!?! I didn't go to buy cars from your house! We left after he just walked away without saying anything, to go prep the car for sale that we were originally going to look at. Unbelievable...

Between my wife and I, we have bought roughly 12 new vehicles from 8 different dealerships over the past 20 years. The last 3 have been from Pinckney and I couldn t be happier. We recommend Dan Hall s Pinckney CJDR to everyone we know looking at buying a vehicle. It s nice to go to a small town dealership where everyone knows our name while still getting competitive pricing normally found outside the factories. We have happily worked with both Tyler and Brian on the sales of our new cars. Both have been professional and knowledgeable regarding all of our questions and concerns. Most recently Dale and Tyler worked diligently to find my new Ram on a factory lot after no other dealer would trade any of the trucks I was interested in. It arrived a couple weeks later and I couldn t be happier. I often buy accessories from the parts counter which are always in stock or only a day away and I always have a coupon which gets me out the door below Mopar suggested retail. If you re looking for a car or Mopar parts you have found the right place!

Experience was fair. Vehicle was decent. Salesman answered most my questions. But after explaining I had my own financing, they pushed to get me financed through their lenders. I allowed them to run my credit, they were able to get me approved, but when I inquired whom the financing was through they refused to disclose that info. I'm sorry, but that is my info and my credit used. I ended up following through with the purchase with my own provided financing. It was frustrating enough I almost walked away from the deal. Satisfied with the purchase.

Dan Hall and his team at Pinckney Jeep were extraordinary. I'm used to fairly negative experiences at dealerships and this was exactly the opposite. Dan explained the car buying process in detail, Caleb Fairchild - our salesperson - went above and beyond to match us with the vehicle that met our needs, and both did so with a level of care and concern that I've not experienced. They also offered us an exceptional price. I truly can't say enough great things about Dan and Caleb. I can't imagine purchasing another vehicle anywhere else.

Erica is great. I took car in for oil change and tire was losing sir. It has been an on going thing for months. Was leaving for Cincinnati to visit my 5 year old nephew and ended up going to Belle Tire and they found what the problem was. It was a valve stem that was crack inside and the sensor was bad. I tried to say there was something wrong with the tire or rim. And there was.

Fantastic comprehensive service.
-The sales folks were phenomenally helpful and truly interested in getting us in the right vehicle, not pushing us into something that wasn't right or wouldn't work.
-I've had such good experiences with the service department, too. Any issue I've been there for has been clearly explained, and everytime I visit back into the shop to see the mechanic who shows me exactly what the issue is. Top notch.
-Just generally good business. I got a call today letting me know that my vehicle was one that had a recall. They found me to get it sorted out.
I'll go back again and again.

I just joined the Jeep nation thanks to Wayne McGregor at Pinckney Chrysler. He spent several hours showing me different vehicles and explaining the difference between buying and leasing. I wasn t expecting to bring home a new car; I was just exploring options while I was waiting for my van to be serviced. But thanks to Wayne, I am now enjoying this beautiful Jeep Compas.
