Great dealership. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Offered great deals and very up front about everything. David Prince was great.

My daughter fell in love with a white Chrysler 300 on their lot and sales person Andrew Johnson kept us informed of the vehicle's availability and even managed to get us better price on a in-demand car. No pressure sales pitch from any of the staff which made our car buying experience enjoyable. Andrew had all of the paperwork done for us by phone so we were able to drive away with the car in a couple of hours. My daughter wants one each of a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram...so I guess we'll be back! Thanks guys!

Recently Purchased a used 2016 Ford Edge Sport. We were very pleased with Bill. He answered our question and took care of us very well. We drove 2 hrs to see the car and we were very happy to complete the transaction and drive our new car home the same day.

Would NOT recommend this dealership. Highly disappointed in the service! Bought a used vehicle prior to purchase wanted to make sure it was a sound vehicle. They showed me it passed the GM Certified inspection. LIARS! My power steering was leaking come to find out there are zip ties hold the rack and pinion. That is only 1 of several disappointments with the service of this vehicle! Oh I'm sorry you right it wasn't a GM certified inspection. My sales paper work states "perform used car inspection" and "23 point inspection tire...(I do have all of my paperwork) ALL of which if this was truly done a service tech would have noticed zip ties! And YES this was brought to the sales mans attention when this was discovered. I was told sorry it isn't covered since i basically bought the car used and have left the lot. I am still waiting for you to reach me as you mentioned in your reply. Still haven't heard from you.

Everytime I have service done on my van there is always at least an hour and a half wait. Even though they tell you it will only be 30 minutes. I'm so sick of spending my day in the dealership for a simple oil change that should take 30 Minutes or less.

After I left they did call me to give me a refund so I have to give them credit they were trying to make up for there mistake. Even though this is not there first time for making a mistake I will change the rating from a 1 to a 3 since they gave me my money back.

Mr. Bill was great! Friendly, helpful, and zippy as hell! He hustles! I love it! Thank you for the great service, and the quick out the door!

Although I haven't yet bought a car from Pinckney Chrysler Dodge Jeep I have helped my son recently buy a 2013 Dodge Caravan which he and his wife need since they now have three kids to move around. We were both treated by the very friendly and courteous people working for Dan Hall at Pinckney CDJ. I have previously taken my Jeep and other cars there for service.

I have also rented minivans from this dealership in the past and always been helped by the staff without any problems.

I normally hate buying a vehicle, due to the poor experiences I have had with other dealerships. But I have to say working with Sergei Kharin was awesome. I would recommend dealing with him anytime.

It was ok I I was a little upset I was quoted on price and it came to $70.00 more. Apparently they had to grind my rim and do a reseal the tire. Also apparently my tires also grew tread. Last time I was there they measured 5/32 And now they are 7/32. So how was that possible?

His customer service was fantastic from educating me on the type of car, going through all the paper work, and making sure I understood all the functions of my car. Before you get any service here- you should think about the consequences of it- First of all, the service dept seems nice in general. However- when it comes to actually getting your car fixed permanently- forget it. This place is only interested in making money and employees wanting to hold on to their jobs for as long as they can. They only get their replaceable auto parts from a low ranked manufacturer and not American made products which is needed to make our vehicles keep running strong. I've heard some stories here in which ball bearings for wheels had to be replaced once every year and once every other year- the cost adds up! The mechanics seem to be questionable too. The one who answers phone calls seem to have honesty issues. You get told that your vehicle will be done in 2 hours but actually they mean 5 hours or you get told it will be about $300 to fix your vehicle but they actually mean $500. They offer discounts that have fine prints. $10 off your service (excludes oil changes), What's the purpose of getting coupons if you cannot use them?! To me- that's dishonest and confusing. Why would you want to waste time and money here with some workers that have double digit IQs???! I wouldn't! There's better places to have your car serviced. Hope the next viewer takes this under consideration.

It really concerns me when you sell a truck that has huge safety recalls, and will do nothing for it. Thanks for the help with my truck that I can't even drive my family in due to this recall. Your sales staff tells me, good luck. Yeah great Mr used car manager, I will not sell my truck at half value due to your subpar product. Don't get me started on your service department too.

Went in for oil change 7/2/19 service was good and quick, but will not buy another vehicle from them, last year we leased it from them as we have for the last several years, our salesman wasn't there, we got a new person, he showed us a vehicle we liked except for the color, came back showed one in another color, we said yes was told it was the same as the other one, it wasn't, we signed paperwork, drove around the corner, come to find out it wasn't, didn't have the same stuff, drove back and after arguing with salesman, he stated that was within the price we told him, over 10 years we have been dealing with this dealership, never again.

Pinckney CDJ is an innovative dealer in both sales and service. The sales and finance departments were very helpful on Saturday. We have purchased two JEEPS from Pinckney JEEP and we have no complaints.

I was having such a good day until I was told I had a flat tire. It got worse when two of my co-workers couldn't get it off to put the donut on so I was freaking out (thanks for trying Joe and Matt)!!!!!! I reached out to Daniel J Hall and him and his crew at Pinckney Chrysler-Dodge dealership took care of me like they always do!!! They got me the roadside assistance number I needed and I was taken care of super quick and was able to get home. They made what could have been a super stressful situation and helped me out so I didn't have to worry about a thing! If you are looking to buy or lease a car I would recommend them! 10 STAR+ rating!!! BEST IN THE BIZ!!!!

*This Salesman did not care about their customers* We had the misfortune of working with Dave. Dave seemed to understand our budget and needs, but continued to come back with quotes $100+ over what we could pay monthly after 'pleading with his boss' in the back room.This company (whether the decision was up to Dave or his boss) did not budge from their prices until we visited another dealership that offered us affordable rates no hassle and told him about it!

Not only was Dave incapable of finding us a vehicle to meet our growing family (my husband and I are expecting baby number two shortly) and financial plan without threat from another business, he REQUIRED US to fill out credit information so he could see what else we would qualify for. Dave PROMISED that he wouldn't pull our credit score with this information. And he didn't. Instead he and/or his boss sent our 'inquiry' (quoted because we never gave permission for them to do this and they gave no indication they would) to over 16 LENDERS! This LOWERED OUR CREDIT SCORES IMMENSELY (combined +30 points) - HARD PULLS LIKE THIS EFFECT YOUR CREDIT SCORES FOR OVER 2 YEARS!!
When we called Dave asking why he did this, he pled that it was his boss and that he'd have an answer for us quickly. Never got a call back from Dave- and even if we did, the damage was done.

We tried to report this to the Better Business Bureau, but they do not have record of this company. If you ask me, this is a terrible thing to do to a young family, especially one that was seeking help from a 'friendly, local, and family oriented' business.

Needless to say, Pinckney Chrysler Dodge Jeep has forever lost our business. We can only hope the next car salesman we deal with is an actual, caring human being.

I drove into Pickney to camp n mtn bike .Unfortunately the motor in my vehichle died. I had no way home n fix was more than vehichle worth.

He was very friendly, not at all pushy or overbearing. He helped us work up numbers on two used vehicles and facilitated the trade in of my jeep. I am so pleased with how smoothly the process was. This is the worst service department I ve ever seen. I have had my vehicle in there 4 times and every time I am told it s something different and the issue is never fixed. Do not bring your vehicle here.

Bought my commander and my ram 1500 big Horn from there today. Service is top knotch and I have never felt like I was paying to much.

Shopping for a used car for my son, saw one on their web site (via Cars.com). Proceeded to an online chat with a very professional representative, who gave me prompt information and said the car was available. I offered to put money down to hold it, gave her my information and said my wife would be out there to check it out the next day. Representative said she would pass along the information to the sales team to be ready for her. Next day, my wife drove 1 1/2 hours one-way (70 miles) to the dealership only to find out that there was a deposit put on the car already. No calls me saying not to stop by. Needless to say I am very upset about this, especially since I offered to put money down to hold it (referring to the chat last evening). This was a waste of my time and especially my wife's, and reflects poorly on the dealership. You be the judge.

I went there to purchase a new Dodge truck. Lousy service for starters, and then insult me with a trade in price for my current truck. Why do you people think you have to make 10 grand off a trade-in??? Just making a couple thousand isn't good enough.....

Mr Bill was an absolute rock star! Not only was he attentive (to us and a bunch of other customers - man, was he HOPPIN'), but he made sure we were able to leave with our car the same day! My review is going to be a bit of a story, so if you don't feel like reading, the summary is this: Five stars for Pinckney Jeep. They worked fast and efficiently, and saved us from a lot of hassle. Wayne specifically helped us out here.

Here's the backstory.

On November 21st my car stalled at an intersection and had to be towed to a repair lot. This shop will not be named, because they had my car for about two weeks and did more damage than repair. Anyway, I found myself out of a car five days before Thanksgiving, during a move from Sterling Heights to Royal Oak, with appointments coming up for both me and my husband. Things weren't looking good, either pay $300 for a rental or Uber back and forth everywhere. So we decided to get a lease, and that's where Pinckney Jeep comes in.

They expedited the process and we were able to get financing, same day, with a guarantee that our new 2021 Jeep Compass would be delivered from all the way to Pinckney to Royal Oak, the NEXT DAY. Now I am not a fool, and I admit I thought that they would take our money and then be unable to fulfill their promise, but I was wrong. Wayne came through and called us the next morning with an update, that he had a driver and they would be leaving in thirty. Our Jeep arrived at about noon, and we were able to use the car to make our respective appointments. All around great job from this place.

I just had my first ever dealership purchase with Pinckney and it could not have gone better. Not being a dealership s ideal customer finance wise nor was I looking to purchase the fanciest new car on the lot, I was not expecting my experience to be the best. I worked with Tyler and I can honestly say he made my purchase very low pressure, worked with me on my trade in, paperwork was a breeze, and I genuinely feel like he valued my business. Tyler worked to make the transaction about a satisfied customer and not about an easy sale for him. There was no sit at the desk while I go pretend to run some numbers by my boss, or hassle on my trade in value, nothing that resembles the dealership horror stories you hear. We are new to the area and want to support local businesses. When we started car shopping, we checked with other "large" dealers that we have purchased from in the past. After a visit to Pinckney Chrysler, we were pleasantly surprised to not only find a vehicle that met our needs, but the staff worked hard to make the transaction very smooth from trade-in to financing while providing a very competitive price.

Just an FYI to anyone who may be thinking of purchasing a vehicle. DO NOT go to Pinckney Chrysler. I had the WORST experience ever there. They tried to steal money from me. YES I said steal!!! The finance guy said my husband was cynical and the sales guy acted sweet but really was shady and when we called the owner several times, to share the dirty business ethics and Chrysler headquarters called him with my satisfaction survey results he finally called back with little to no apology and was surprised that his team would be like that. Said he would investigate and get back to me but never did and will not return calls. Are you kidding me!!!! Since when did it become OK to treat people like this and not bat an eye??? Please share this with family and friends. We do not need businesses like this in our community. I'm all for supporting my community BUT lying, cheating and steeling, zero morels zero integrity, and zero ethics is not good business.

My Wife and I after much research determined we wanted a Dodge Charger. Dodge had some attractive incentives and we began looking at dealer inventories through the Dodge website. We couldn't find anything that was equipped the way we wanted. I had called Pinkney Dodge and asked if I could order one built and get the incentives. This was after another dealer had told me no I had to take one from existing dealer inventory. Tyler Angerbrandt our Sales Rep said yes we could. I asked him to make sure because we would drive there and order it that day. He confirmed with the Sales Manager Dan Hall that we could order a Charger equipped how we wanted and get all the incentives. We went there and placed the order. Dan Hall explained that Pinkney Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram guaranteed their prices. We just picked up the Charger and couldn't be happier. They were so great to deal with. From the start we gained confidence that we were dealing with good folks, and could trust they would do what they said. I've already recommended them to a friend looking for a new vehicle. DO NOT take your vehicle here unless you want their incompetent employees to wreck your BRAND NEW vehicle that was just brought in for it's FIRST oil change. Then take your vehicle and try to fix it WITHOUT your permission. Who wants a BRAND NEW vehicle that's been bonded and repainted, especially when the car owner isn't the one that did it?! Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I am 20 years old and this was my first time financing a vehicle. I loved my 2009 Malibu but it was time for an upgrade. I am OBSESSED with my new 2017 GMC Terrain. Andrew Johnson made it so easy for this to work out for me. I stopped in to see what some options are for me - a person with not the most optimal credit- I had stopped at some other places in the area and just had gotten such negative feedback. I walked into Pinckney Chrysler and they listened, never made me feel as if I was an inconvenience because my stats were less than optimal and ended up finding me exactly what I was looking for ! I only had intentions of walking in to see my options but they worked so hard for me and got something in my price range that I walked out with a brand new Jeep, and I got to even pick some extras! I will continue to go back for future car purchases!

Our experience has always been good. We have bought cars for over 10 years from Dean Moen. He makes the experience of buying a new car great. we now live 4+ hours away from Pinckney and will continue to use the dealership.

I can't recommend this dealership at all. I spent 2 weeks looking at cars and drove an hour to visit the dealership twice. When i finally decided on a certain Jeep Cherokee the owner had let someone borrow it and it had to be brought to the dealership to be cleaned. The very next morning they had such little communication among their sales floor they let another sales rep sell it before i got to it. Ticked off is an understatement.

Used their website to value my trade, it lined up pretty closely to other values I had gotten. Used the website to make contact with the dealer and let them know I was wanting to look at the vehicle. Got a text message from the dealer, set up arrival time between 9 and 10 am the next day. When I left I gave them an updated ETA so they would he better prepared. While driving I got a call from them asking if I'd like to set up an appointment to come in. I told her I had one and was on my way, 1 hour later I arrived and no one was prepared, the truck was dirty sitting and no one expected me. So far none of this affected my rating.

We drove the vehicle and came back to the shop, sat down with the salesman who had his little piece of paper. He introduced the price of the vehicle approx $3k higher than the internet price BUT was kind enough to discount the vehicle back to the price that brought us all the way to Pinkney in the first place (these gimmicks are old and tired). He moved down on his piece of paper where he came to my trade in value. It was $3k less than the tool I used on THEIR website.

I told him I knew the trade-in value and that wasn't it, he met with the GM and came back to tell me they would not move on either price. 2 hrs travel + 2 hrs dealer time, total waste of my day.

Brian was great to work with. He made us feel comfortable with our purchase and was very transparent during the whole process. We liked that he was not pushing and was very helpful every step of the way :)

It was an absolute pleasure working with Pinckney Chrysler and my salesman Wayne McGregor, who helped set up my lease vehicle. It was my first time leasing and didn't know what to expect, but Wayne covered all basis and it all worked out great. Plus, they just happened to have exactly the kind of car I was looking for, color and all! That was amazing! Unfortunately it was during the Covid-19 pandemic time period, and it was a little inconvenient having to do everything out of the offices. But, they had a great system set up and accommodated all of my needs. I would work with Wayne again in a heartbeat if the opportunity arises. Hope he's still there when my 3 year lease is up! Can't say enough about this dealership, I just hope the great attention and service continues as I proceed on with with this new lease vehicle.

For my first time leasing in a long time these guys at the dealership(Caleb,Dale and Dan) went over and beyond to help me make it work. I wasn't in the best spot with my car and they made it work.
