I was so impressed when I called the service department!! They gave me a good estimate of what the repairs were going to cost on my van (rear brakes & rotors). I've previously used a different dealership in Ann Arbor/Ypsi but haven't been too happy with their diagnosis of my van. So after speaking to service advisor Ryan Harrell, I felt comfortable that they would take good care of me. I dropped my van off on Tuesday evening for repairs on Wednesday. Ryan kept me updated a few times and let me know what was going on with my van. Once it was done being repaired, I went and picked it up and Ryan, the cashiers and techs were so friendly and seemed to be very customer oriented!! I really appreciated that. It was such a smooth and painless experience! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for service needs/oil changes when they are needed!! Thank you Pinckney Chrysler!!! :)
