Appetizers and sangria were really good. salmon was way undercooked, sent it back but once cooked it wad good and so was the salsa it came with. Corn bread was stale. Chips with fish and chips were dry and hard. Burger was good. Waitress was good also. Might go back for appetizers and drinks.oh the crab rolls were really good and for me to say that, it was good. WARNING ..WATER IN THE SALT AND PEPPER GRINDERS FROM RAIN, LOOK BEFORE YOU GRIND. A little disapointed but im not trashing the place.

Great greeting when we walked in, great service and the food arrived fast. The food was amazing and good size servings.

Great atmosphere especially if you can get a table outdoors when the weather is nice. The food is a bit below average, your basic bar food selection with a couple of twists. Good service even when busy.

Nice place to sit after wiping your legs up from Ground zero across Wall Street and seeing all that there is to be seen.

We enjoyed a Guinness and sat in the evening sun and saw it go down the river.

After that we had become a little healthy and walked over and saw the beautiful building herritage jewish museum. Great place and free admission on a Monday.

It was also beautiful to walk along the coast and enjoy the skyliners in the background.

Place is mostly atmosphere, making it wonderful for drinks mostly. The table service was pretty good and honest, as we were warned about what not to order. Food was very salty, I probably wont come back here to eat.

Awesome spot with great views. I was here for a company event in one of the upstairs rooms. Great food, drinks, and service.

A nice restaurant with a great view of the sea. We ate well here. The decor I like next to the view and the food also. It is typically American rustic. The service is very good and also makes a joke to cheer everyone up again. Leaving Pier A gives you a good view of the One World Trade Center.

If you prefer sunset by the sea rather than on a rooftop, then you will probably enjoy this dining experience. Great food and drinks.

Good for warm weather get togethers, otherwise it generally attracts the B&T type crowd.

One of the best places in the city to enjoy the sunset with a view of the Statue of Liberty. Large place able to accommodate big groups. Good drink and decent food.

Great location, nice decor, and the food was good (although pricey). Lobster roll was really good as are their french fries with Old Bay seasoning. Other entrees we're good, too. Kids' menu is really limited, though - burger, chicken tenders, or plain pasta with butter. Our waiter was great - nice, attentive, but not intrusive. We had a view of the water. Will patronize again when we are in the area.

I've only been here once but I had good food and an amazing time watching a friend of mine perform here. It was a really good event there and I hope I get a chance to go back.

Great location for a restaurant, on the water with outdoor seating and views of Lady liberty. Nothing too special about the food. More of a bar than a restaurant. Tables inside are tight like a picnic table. That does make for intimacy while dining but somehow it's not so comfortable. Great place to check out.

Food was excellent. Definitely a seafood house just to set expectations. Cioppino was excellent, and swordfish tacos we very tastey. Great ambiance and great drink selection. It is a bit pricey, but hey it is NYC.

Have spent may hours here. Mostly spring, summer, fall. Winter is rough when the wind is up, which it often is.

A hopping vibe. Tap beer is about $9 each. Nice views of the statute of liberty. Full bar. Restrooms available. Loud music.

Great atmosphere for a nice summer drink. Hostess was terrible until the manager stepped in to make things right. Wait staff service was excellent given the circumstances.

Had our wedding reception in two of the private rooms upstairs. Overlooking the water, lady liberty and New Jersey. Great stuff. Pricey drinks but worth every penny for the view. The Brooklyn long hall larger especially brewed for pier a is nice.

Nice view. There's plenty of space to sit/walk around. There is also a nice area where there were like 15 trees, and they looked beautiful because all of them had yellow leaves.

Great food and atmosphere! Statue of liberty within eyesight! Waitstaff friendly and timely! Slightly pricey but to be expected for fresh seafood and ambience. Would absolutely come back when back in town or tell a friend.

Friendly and fast wait staff. they have decent prices and the mixed drinks we got were good. We didn't get any food (other than fries) so I can't comment on that. But the view was great. You can look out into the River and see the statue while you dine.

The new Branding as The Oyster House removed table service and downgraded the menu options. No service, no napkins/condiments or water. These things must all be picked up by the diner, and are all in different locations. Makes for an awkward and difficult experience if you want to enjoy the outdoor seating. Our food took over 40 minutes to arrive, and when I went up to ask about it, they did suddenly make it happen but without apology. The burger was cold and appeared to be precooked and heated up. Very very disappointed in the food which actually used to be very good. At least when it was overpriced before, you didn t have to go to 3 different places to get what you need to eat it. The location is spectacular, but the food /service is just bad. Feels like a tourist trap now. Another one bites the dust

Really awesome area and gorgeous at sunset. The way the sun reflects off the building makes the colors so vivid. I was on a walk not expecting much of anything and my timing was impeccable. I could not have planned it better if I d tried to. It is a scenic walk and that lower manhattan financial district is so gorgeous and there is so much to see that the walk is definitely worth it. It s truly a great location to take in a lot of what New York has to offer. It s a small piece but it s a respectable one. It s also a peaceful place within the bustling city that, at the time, didn t feel so messy or overwhelming. Again, it s highly recommended to spend some time in the battery park area.

Great place to view the New York harbor and Statue of Liberty. Relaxed service where you can pick up drinks from the bar and grab a nearby wooden picnic table on the pier. Perfect for a group if you can snag outdoor real estate.

I've never had the food here (just cocktails). but there is a nice outdoor seating area/bar with great views of the bay and battery park. The outdoor patio is also dog friendly and a great place to take your fur baby!

A very charming historical place. There is a certain bartender named George in the back bar. He refused to serve me. I have no idea why. I truly like and respect all the other bartenders there. I will never go there again.!!!

Calamari should come with Scharacha Mayo, spicymayo... over all delish.

Weve been here quite a few times. Pier A always has good food and friendly staff. The outside eating spaces are great during the summer and the view of the harbour is second to none.

Sprawlling is actually a word with true meaning in this place. It is huge! But expect to pay New York prices.

Incredible renovation after so many years! If you can get on the small deck over the harbor -- do it!

I had the clam chowder and the Pier A Burger, and my son had the Hot dog. The food was pretty good but to me it was a little over priced. (even for New York) The service was great. and the setting was nice, we had a clear view of lady Liberty.

We had a wonderful experience at Pier A. We contracted a catered dinner for 25 of our wedding guests. The service was impeccable! The food got rave reviews from all of our guests. The view from the State Room was breath taking. The event manager and her staff were gracious, helpful, and responsive. Shout out to Stacie, Jason and Steve!

WOW!! Pier A is a landmark in lower Manhattan, best bar and restaurant near statue of liberty tours in Battery Park. I had an amazing experience, the first floor has an oyster bar that was mindblowing. We went with the East Coast Oysters and they were enormous and flavorful, I followed it up with some Clam Chowder, I have to tell you...they have their seafood down! My friends had Mahi Mahi and the other had a cheeseburger, they had a full bar and very attentive wait staff. They were seriously on point. Next time I'm in the financial district or wall street for work, I'm stopping in.

Great spot for post-work drinks, especially during the summer, when you can enjoy the Hudson and the warm summer breeze.
