Was here on Sept 13, 2018 with 4 other girlfriends and have to give a big shout out to David the Bar Manager and Simon the Irish bartender! They were both exceptional in serving us ladies at the bar! Thanks for the outstanding service!
I would recommend anyone visiting New York to definitely go to Pier A Harbour House as they have a great selection of food choices and I was ultimately excited about the gluten free calamari; which was amazing as I have a wheat allergy and usually don't have much options when I'm out.

Next time I'm in New York, I would definitely come back for the great food and service!

Thanks from the Canadians Vanessa , Brittany , Nikki , Everley and Allison

Good drinks and finger food. Service could be better. Waited for tables many times where people who came after us were seated before even though tables empty. Great views. Has pimms on tap in summer. Both outdoor and indoor seating.

DO NOT use your credit card here. My card was double billed and when I called to get it corrected I was told they never received the money, "the bank has it" and was told to file a claim through my card carrier.

If you're in the South part of Manhattan near the Staten Island ferry You should stop by pier a Harbor house. Great place for beer a quick drink or bite to eat. The view is great as is the food. We were greeted and served by Mr. AJ., One of the many Great Harbor House Bartenders.

New years eve party 2019 was spent here with my family. The best one so far. Nice staff, nice music, amazing view to statue Liberty and delish food. Definitely come back again when the covid19 is over..one day.

This is a good fancy place, but they really need to hire a good operation manager since their service areas are bit of confusing and they seem to mismatch orders all the time. They need more efficiency and clarity in seating customers and taking orders.

There was only one female bartender and we were lucky to get her as she was amazing. Yakima was fun to talk to and made great cocktails. Next time in town we'll make sure to stop by again

Good rating for location and sitting outside by the sea. Food does not attract and is expensive. Good selection of beers. They don't have coffee, but you can bring it from the information center on the corner of the building.

Amazing view of the Hudson River! Great drinks and I had the lobster roll, it was decent but I wouldn't order it again from here. I've had better lobster rolls. But I'm a seafood snob. Overall service and food was great!

Waited over 2 hours for my food!!!! Was a beautiful place but too bad food situation was so messed up. I love it down here but don't plan on eating here ever again. I was so mad I threw the food away. It was stone cold. Yuck!!!!!!!!!!!

Great view while having some fish n chips and summer beers for lunch on my first day in NYC! Staff was a bit dry, and didn't want to interact much but that was ok with me as I was just enjoying the scenery and my travel companion! Food was decent, fairly typical pub grub, no complaints I left with a full tummy! I'd go back for sure and for a nice quiet lunch with a view this is a great choice!

This place will knock your socks off. The decor is as breathtaking as are the views. Great place to drink, dine, and socialize. Always crowded and for good reason. Outdoor seating when the weather is nice. A place you'll return to again and again.

If you are tourist, don't come here. The host doesn't know anything about the plates. And she will not answer you any question. I ordered clam linguine. The long clam sucks, full of flour, hardly can find the clam meat. When I finished the dinner, they didn't ask if I want dessert or not. They gave me the bill automatically even I didn't ask.

Great place to eat before or after your visit to the statue of liberty. Well restored restaurant with the possibility of eating on the piers. Mainly fish and oysters menu. We had salmon fillet, fish and chips and burgers, all very good, frying just too golden. Fast and friendly service.

This place was awesome! We stumbled upon it after visiting one world trade. The food looked really good, seafood (I didn t eat anything). The beer I wad was a Coney Island merman IPA. It was my first time trying it, and led to me buying 2 (6-packs) to bring home. The sunset was breathtaking.

First experience at Pier A while visiting the financial district and battery park. My friends and I enjoyed delicious oysters and I also had a double stack burger ( highly recommended) along with a Guiness and perfect views of the Statue of Liberty and the Hudson. The service was top notch with a great atmosphere. This is a perfect restaurant bar to stop by after an Ellis Island, statue of liberty tour.

Great staff, location and drinks. We went there because it was raining and we had to find a shelter. Im glad we went here :) We had a nice view, place was not busy during the day. I give it 4 "can I pay by card" questions out of 5.

Good food and drinks but the bartenders were a bit careless and had to wait a long time to catch their attention seemed like there were too little staff members. Had to wait 30 minutes for shots every time.

This restaurant/events space is the best place to enjoy spring and summer outings. With both indoor and outdoor seating there are great views of the river and also Statue of Liberty. Very scenic, and great food and drinks

The bar area has a classy vibe with a plethora of televisions. The location is phenomenal for views of the water. Friendly bartenders that take time to chat if they're free. I could imagine this being a top pick in the summer.

This is a historic place, and of course now it has changed to a restaurant! The immigrants used to enter to the U.S. from these gates and where the officers stamped the passports and let them enter to follow their dreams is still there. But you have to go to the restaurant ( inside) to see all this.

The place was nice but getting our food was a comedy of errors. First, how do you run out of a featured menu item in the middle of the day? Then they lost the original order with staff telling multiple stories. The manager did comp our drinks but it wasn't what we wanted.

They no longer have hot dogs on the menu. Which is a bummer because they were so tasty. Good Atmosphere, great place on the water. They don't have some hostesses outside to see you, So it can be really chaotic trying to get a seet

I like it for what it is... which is a place to drink. The restoration is beautifully done, I like how they chose to decorate and situate the bar with long tables around. The view and sunset on the water here are also amazing. The draught and wine menu are good and depending on the bartender, you get a great martini here.

The problem is the food, I've heard of food poisoning from multiple colleagues. I think it may have gotten better since then, but definitely bar food don't come here for a meal. Hopefully the new restaurants upstairs are going to be better.

Fantastic sunset views. Historic building. Good staff (Irish, of course). Good beer selection. But disappointing food and cocktails, even by Stone Street / Financial District Irish pub standards. If you want the same great building with better cocktails and food, go to their upscale joint, Black Tail, on the east end of the pier. Pier A can be a tourist trap, to, as it is next to the Liberty Island ferry.

Right in the middle of battery park and just next to the water - this place has some excellent views. They have outside sitting which can be extremely beautiful when the weather is good. The interiors are also very well done. We went there during a thunderstorm, but it was great inside.
The food is good and the service is also prompt.

If you are looking for a good bar with nice view this place can become one of your favorite places. The drinks are amazing , so good job to the bartenders and to the other staff working there for the friendly mood. They are really helpful and they will give you a lot of attention.

The view here is spectacular, but the food and service disappoints. So, if the weather is amazing and you are looking for a great spot to sit outside and have a few drinks and share some food, this is the spot. This is probably not the spot to go to if you are looking for amazing food.

A good place to eat after a day at Battery Park and its surrounding. Amazing view on the Liberty Statue from the terrace. Good fish and chips. Our waitress was really nice and friendly. Must try the tuna mini tacos.

It was extremely crowded when i got here but later it was not that bad anymore. I had a Kale Caesars Salad with beer. It was good but the prices are generally a bit high for me. Its not like the best place ever.
