Good shop. Service at pay points sometimes a bit slow.

Almost always full. Service lacks here most of the time.

Ziemmich dirty. Meat can be forgotten. Vegetables rot. I only buy packaged there. Coffee. Cans. Noodles.

It's got what you need, but it's not the most pleasant place to shop.

Great variety of sushi, hot meals etc...overall good

Only place open on a Sunday. Saved me. It was also very busy at the cashiers.

It's okay for quick shopping visits, and its always crowded.

Good customer service but not easy to find goods. I always end up looking for something which is not convenient. They should try to make it easier for customers to find the goods. Seems like the products are randomly placed in isles. Some varieties don't even match or make sense to put in the same isle or on the same shelf.

Dont always have everything you expect the shop to have.

I was able to get the groceries i wanted and there were no que at the till

Dirty, no diet cool drinks, convenient being the only supermarket in this part of town.

Well positioned in town , close to all kind of transport, trains, golden arrow buses and taxi rank.

A few times I've been in there and it smells like someone in the kitchen burner something. They also don't have wipes for the baskets which they should since the baskets are ALWAYS sticky and dirty. The cashiers are always talking about personal issues and having side conversations when they are ringing up your items.

This shop is classy and they sell nice hot foods and selected wines

Some of the friendliest and professional staff I have had the privilege of encountering during lockdown.

Not the cleanest of shops. Always crowded and the staff does not appear to be motivated well enough. The cashiers are friendlies though

Long queues, not all cashiers open even though it was a month end.

The service is very impersonal and the prices very often don't correspond to what is advertised. Certain staff are very efficient however.

if you are using a digital voucher to pay for your goods do not go to this store I would not recommend you wasting your time.

MY recommendation is based on my experience

I visited the store to redeem a a pick n pay digital voucher on Friday afternoon after work , two cashiers tried to help me only to conclude that the systems are offline. I left my groceries in the store. Today the next Tuesday I'm told part (R190) of my voucher was redeemed and now I have to wait on an investigation that will probably never be resolved before I can get my money. As a customer and student R190 is very significant to me financially . I am extremely disappointed and the service that I got.

Very busy.general chain store.all the locals .rush hour all day.need to expand .get good wines here at good prices.!

Store is old and badly laid out.tills are badly placed and lines are confusing. Store does not meet the standards of a pick n pay rather drive further to gardens stall.

Staff could be friendlier, but overall ok. Convenient location.

It's really small but convenient for most shopping requirements

Be prepared to stand in a que for 20 minutes anytime u go there. Even in busy times there's only 3 or 4 cashiers but they have like 5 more tills empty with no cashiers.

One of the big supermarket close to Central Capetown public transport intercharge.

Wonderful shopping experience and you can find everything you require.

Convenient supermarket as its central. Not alot of grocery selections, their prices abit more costly than other supermarkets especially the butchery. Their deli food not always fresh especially if you are an early eater, grilled chicken slept overnight they'll sell it the following day mix it with fresh grilled meat and its not refrigerated

There was only 1 lady helping at the warm foods counter.

Big store with plenty to choose from.Very well located..

Shop is very spaces and everything you need you'll get here

Good place to get groceries in CBD but it's one of the smaller Pick n Pays
