City center supermarket, crowded and not exactly spotless clean

Very convient situated to get all your daily requirements

Good basic supermarket with all you need under one roof. Friendly staff and good management always make my visits pleasant.

Well stocked, clean, helpful and friendly staff. Always busy probably because it's situated very central to almost any place in the surroundings the centre City.

Store could be cleaner. Shopped here three times in three days and always find one item is damaged or broken realising only when I get back to the office.

Fast service, nice food, especially the bakery, love their pies :-)

Can be cramped at peak times but it is sufficiently stocked with product and a varied range.

Easily accessible and lots of parking and shop all grocery and wines under one roof

Convenient for every quick buy. However too small for the location. It can get quite busy at times leading to endless queues.

This is certainly not the best Pick n Pay. There's lots of room for improvement, from store layout, stocking up shelves, cleanliness and service at the ready made food section. I only go there because it's close to where I work.

Staff are unprofessional and rude. No greeting, no friendly welcome smile.
Supervisors talking around shoppers of absent/late staff who will get warnings.
Store is a mess with stock blocking off aisles, floors are not clean. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

Everything was ok except that the hot cross buns didn't have a price soI had to wait for 5minutes in a queue for the front controller or supervisor to help the cashier. I was not happy abt that

It's a good place for buying groceries. 1 or 2 of the cashiers are a bit too rude and mean. You can try by all means to be nice but being rude is just in their nature. Actually, that's one of the reasons I hardly visit the place anymore. It used to be my favourite grocery store when I started staying here about 2 years ago.

I have been shopping here occasionally, for many years... I find it well stocked, and quite convenient as far as location and trading hours. It is definitely safe during trading hours. Great for after work grocery shopping. There are visible security guards in place.

Good store for buying the essentials. Service is sloooow though. Go there with spare time to accomodate queues. It's an halaal store.

Great shopping experience, fast service and very clean.

Staff behave as if they own the shop. Long lines at tills every time I've visited. No go area for me.
