Second possibility for a hotel that I had evaluated negatively: room much more quiet than the one assigned to me last time, but on soundproofing in general should still work a lot.

I understand minimalism but a clothes hanger hook is comfortable .. and I don't think it's exorbitant as a purchase price.

Everything was perfect: warm welcome on arrival, comfortable and soundproofed room, very comfortable bed, very kind staff, excellent varied and abundant breakfast buffet (among other things, small single-portion casseroles with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, many types of infusion with the possibility of customizing by adding pieces of cinnamon and seeds of various types, many types of fruit juices, even particular ones - to give an idea there was also that of lemon and ginger -, cheeses, brioches, cakes, various types of bread with toaster, jelly for children, and much more).

When I travel I always go to NH. Here I came for the first time but I would say very good choice

The Hotel is a bit old but still quiet nice. Very friendly service, good breakfast, clean rooms and bath and a good location. It is not in the City Center but you can walk in 20 minutes to the cathedral or take the Tram right infront of the hotel which will take about 10 minutes. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. Total recommendation, we would go back there.

Well located for many restaurants. The hotel was approximately 15 minute walk from the centeral station.

Rooms were clean and service pleasant.

My only complaint would be that the dated air conditioning unit was very noisey and struggled to reduce the room temperature below 24 degrees.

Elegant, clean and welcoming. The courtesy and attention of the breakfast staff should be highlighted. Wide choice of desserts (even fresh pancakes), savory foods and fresh fruit. The stay was really nice.

Sunday night and I was able to ask for a room service which was quick and tasty!! Breakfast really good. Only issue was not being able to turn the air con on as the Hotel turn it off due to autumn season... But it's still warm some days!

our room was not clean properly as there was glass pieces on the floor.

I expected better. Phenomenal breakfast though the soundproofing of the room fs really gross. I had to sleep two nights with my head in the pillows so as not to hear the street noise

Hotel in an excellent position in the center of Milan, with many restaurants within walking distance. The property is located a few hundred meters from the yellow and red metro lines. Note the particular kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

By far the best concierge is Antonio! Provided fantastic recommendations and guidance as we navigated a last minute trip to Milan for a Saturday night.
The hotel features large beds and spacious rooms (compared to other cities). About 1-1.5 miles away from major shopping and outlets in the fashion district. Easy walk to Duomo!

Comfortable and exceptionally functional rooms. Air-conditioning was very welcome in the heat of summer and the breakfasts had enough variety to suit any taste. Staff were always very helpful and accomodating.

I used one of the conference rooms, well equipped, good lunch too

Good location, close to the Central Station and the shopping area of Corso Buenos Aires. Many restaurants nearby. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, a tad outdated. Good breakfast.

We attended a Maggioli meeting and found a refined and classy environment, but above all a high professionalism and courtesy of the buffet staff. Good quality accurate menu.

Comfortable stay with 5 star service. Antonio at the front desk was extremely helpful, kind, and went out of his way to ensure we had an authentic Italian experience while staying in Milan. We arrived later than expected and very hungry and he not only directed us to an amazing pizzeria, we had a very memorable, real conversation. I didn t feel rushed which was a nice surprise as many other places I ve gone feels fake and hurried.
The facilities were exceptionally maintained and the breakfast was spectacular. An assortment of everything you can imagine for breakfast with a warm and friendly staff. Rosario was a special stand out, polite and showed much care- I requested ice for my injured knee and he he stapled a bag for me, instead of just handing me ice.
The details and level attention matter to me and this hotel had it all. The location is perfect to access top attractions will staying out of the hustle and bustle and having a quiet, more local space to relax and rest up for another day of exploring.

In a hotel I have always highlighted 2-3 things:

1.- The Bed and comfort when you take your rest in the morning.
2.- Breakfast to recharge your energy to start a great day.
3.- The security and sensation of order

In this establishment, the three things were first.
From the pillows, bed sheets and mattress, to the quality and freshness of the buffette products. And finally, those responsible for the security that always present guard for the guests.

Should be classified a 3 Star hotel. Great location, spacious rooms & courteous staff. Cleanness of the rooms needs some serious attention. Stains in the room & bathroom floor is a big turn off. Avoid taking the room facing the road because of the traffic noise.

The hotel is quite correct, and the breakfast, like all NH's is great. Modern rooms Maybe the neighborhood is not very solemn, nor is it near the center, but as a simple hotel it's fine. It also has another one but, according to what facade of your room, and it is the noise of the tram at night and that the windows do not isolate the noise at all.
