Too busy...and couldn't find what I was looking for..

The employees are very certain of themselves and focused

Sold spoilt food twice, first it was the milk and then the mayonnaise. No one wants to take responsibility

Not as spacious as the conventional pick n pays but nice to have one in the CBD.
Very convenient for those working around it.

I found it a little dirty and messy. But it had a wide variety of products.

Staff is good and things are pretty good! The rice will be skipped in the instant cooking of Hajima! Chicken Chicken legs are around 16R, but be sure to try it! What would I do if I didn't have a real pick and pay and clicks ...

Good customer service, the cashiers are most likely to work quickly whenever there is a long queue.

i'm guessing there's a ventilation problem in the bakery. Que's are always long.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great specials and great service, but the waiting in the queues (especially in the deli and bakery department) is too long.

It's always busy. Extremely long time waiting ques, but reasonably priced.

Convenient and close to work but service is terrible... Wish pnp management at this branch would invest in teaching their staff manners

Average super market, no clean and the butcher side had an odor. I wouldn't reccomend it. I have only bought spices from them cause I was desperate.

The service is tops they don't make you wait so long in the Que.

Normally has everything one would go there for. Expect it to be busy as its in the middle of Town, service is provided at an acceptable speed.

One of the best Pick'n Pay I have ever visted has almost everything you are looking for, even boxers .

It is a very convenient store, not too big and not too small and has almost everything for both edible and non edible groceries.

A bit too crowded, the store needs to expend or get rid of some shelves. Always long queues.

Seem to be consistently out of stock on certain wines. Need to stock the shelves more often.

Not that full as the tellers make sure the lines don't keep customers bored it's a wonderful place to do shopping

The shop smell as you enter because they make doughnuts by the entrance. Your clothes smell like oil by the time.you leave. The extractor fan is not big enough.

Clean and convinient location. The checkout section is just a little bit awkward and does get cramped on busy days.

Awesome and helpful staff members. They would even leave what they are doing to walk you to the right isle when you are looking for something (happened more than once) - this one I don't see so often anymore, and I just want to say: Wow, thank you Pick 'n Pay Strand.

I bought chicken scripts for myself and my friend....C/scripts smelled calamari and the test was funny and sour so i did not enjoy them at all even my friend experienced the same thing....I'm very disappointed.

Was good.. But took a while to pay line's were so long

A busy and popular grocery store in the middle of town. Quite compact but has everything you need. Clean throughout.

Always busy and staff seem rushed most of the time, but well stocked and clean

It gets really busy during peak times, over weekend and close to paydays. Small supermarket with medium selection of goods catering for lower income shoppers.

One of your better supermarkets in terms of price and variety. Gets very busy and very full so prepared to stand in queues on occasion. The butchery section could use some attention.
