I love their service and their doughnuts are amazing

Too crowded, customers pushing into line at paypoints.

Visiting Cape Town and I was not impressed with the state since it was not neat and tidy. Usually you find Pick n Pay shops sparkling clean... not the case with this one. Since it is found in town, shouldn't it be neat and presentable?

Poor service. Somewhat cost effective. Quite congested during lunchtime in the week. Layout of tills leaves much to be desired - a one-queue system like Woolies or Spar would work well in this store.

By the time u leave the shop u smell of food and donuts. The whole shop smells of food

It feels squeezed into this area for a Pick n Pay, in my opinion. Overall, it's still resourceful and comes in handy.

Smaller than your average PnP and a much smaller range

Queues are so confusing with no control. Helpful staff though. This store could be run much much better.

This place has poor ventilation. The smell of what is being cooked sticks to your clothes

Bakery not good standard very much lower than other stores

Not bad for a small Pick and Pay. Have everything I usually need. Gets very busy, long queues, otherwise would have given it 4 stars.

The shop is not big and it has very limited products available.

Space smallish, little over crowded month end. But, sufficient tills open. Staff friendly and helpful.

I loved this place, very affordable, sells fresh stuff and has enough manpower to limit the amount of time you spend in the till lines.

A good place to shop and go. Town workers do shopping here early in the morning for breakfast and later in the evening for family grocery

Convenient; wheelchair friendly; has toilets just opposite the store but not much variety. You can't say you will your monthly grocery shopping.

Market with good prices in wines, liqueurs and chocolate.

Place it quite small for a most convenient City Center Pick n Pay. Pay points are difficult to navigate and their cold foods do not have the best selection. I would suggest if you do have the opportunity, definitely visit the Pick n Pay in Gardens Center.

Nice store with more than I expected. Even selling sushi from such a small store. Parking in the CBD is a problem found street parking in long street or else pay for parking inside the building.

I only went in to withdraw money and this cashier gave me such attitude not even requesting the money for me she give me directions to the atm which I know I did not need then I went to customer service where I could withdraw there at the exact same cashier which gave me more attitude asking me did I not understand her directions very poor service Robyn I worked in Pick N Pay for 9 years that is no way to treat customers

Really unprofessional operation, the staff are rude, the place is filthy and management clueless

The place is not clean. I bought snoek fish. Worst mistake of my entire life. It was a fat koek. No more. Service also poor.

They a small shop , they definitely need to do something about the food they sell lacks some standard from other pnp.

The staff are always Friendly and helpfull. I always get what I need. It is like they never run out of stock.

It's very overcrowded and the queueing system is terrible. People just cut in.

Love their burger and chips and their endless specials great value for money
