Visiting Cape Town and I was not impressed with the state since it was not neat and tidy. Usually you find Pick n Pay shops sparkling clean... not the case with this one. Since it is found in town, shouldn't it be neat and presentable?

Poor service. Somewhat cost effective. Quite congested during lunchtime in the week. Layout of tills leaves much to be desired - a one-queue system like Woolies or Spar would work well in this store.

Place it quite small for a most convenient City Center Pick n Pay. Pay points are difficult to navigate and their cold foods do not have the best selection. I would suggest if you do have the opportunity, definitely visit the Pick n Pay in Gardens Center.

Nice store with more than I expected. Even selling sushi from such a small store. Parking in the CBD is a problem found street parking in long street or else pay for parking inside the building.

I only went in to withdraw money and this cashier gave me such attitude not even requesting the money for me she give me directions to the atm which I know I did not need then I went to customer service where I could withdraw there at the exact same cashier which gave me more attitude asking me did I not understand her directions very poor service Robyn I worked in Pick N Pay for 9 years that is no way to treat customers
