A nice and convenient store with practically everything you need in one place

Very tight. I was not comfortable with the others I've visited.

Watch out for reserved parking in the parking garage (very small black sign above the parking spot) else your car gets clamped and you are fined R300. No other signs or indications that any of the parkings are reserved. Shame on you! Who looks above their cars when pulling into a paid parking lot!

Pick n Pay is using discusting hand sanitizers smell very very bad!

I think Pick n Pay have made the most of the extremely odd space they have available. The layout is confusing but the staff are helpful.
The biggest downside was the expensive parking area and no trolleys being allowed to the parking area for bulk shopping.

Always been fond of shopping there, their services is excellent. Only down fall is the queuing at the tills

Pick n Pay Strand Street is a family store.Its a small store an therefore doesnt stock all u may need.However if u need a quick in -out its the store to go to. Staff is very helpful an friendly. What is great is the managers are right there at the front of the store. No looking for help that never comes in big stores

You can find toiletries and basic necessities at a good price. For those who arrive, and forgot to bring them, I advise you to go there.

The cashier was friendly and helpful. She even fetched my cooldrink in the fridge for me

Well-located pick n pay though it is quite small. It doesn't have a large range like the big pick n pays but I could most things I need.

Horrible. Staff are rude and miserable, place is filthy, scruffy and old, and the shelves half-full. This place is for emergencies only...

This is like a super PNP in and out in under 20 minutes it has everything I need whenever I crave something while at work

Crazy slow and disinterested service. Will never go back there again.

No trolleys for children to sit in so had to a chaotic shop making sure my child was constantly by my side. The store could of been cleaner.

We quickly paid for our table mountain entrance here after getting the bar code online. I suggest doing so to avoid the long line at the park.

Nice to shop there, helpful staff. Every thing you need in the shop.

This PnP seemed to have a lot of special just before Easter - with a huge selection of everything but exceptionally long lines

Fast and efficient the only thing is deli could be better.

Terrible service , I was craving one of cake slices really looked delicious. The entire store didn't have an boxes to serve the cake. How can they ran out of packages, made wonder when did they bake those cakes n put them on display when they couldn't serve me 1!!

A good supermarket in which you will find everything ... In addition to strong alcohol. The price is acceptable, comparable to the Moscow supermarkets.

Extremely busy. Que time can be 15 minutes plus. They cater well for the African food market. They don't have a customer Bar code service & many prices are not displayed.
No coffee shop. No wheel chair facility. No parking. No restroom or toilette facility. Staff in general are friendly & helpful

Deli was packed and customer service was disgusting there was just no order at all only received good customer service at yhe till point

The place is too small, it gets really crowded during lunchtime and theres an unsettling smoke from the doughnut machine as you enter the store its a huge turnoff

They get one star only because zero stars cannot be selected. Staff unfriendly, manager unfriendly. Wanted to lodge a complaint but none of them had name tags. Was left unattended for countless minutes. The special advertised on store was untrue. No prices on shelves so one has to ask staff, who get irritated when you do by the way.....
