I Visted this company for interview. The company atmosphere is good even though its startup. But they asking to pay 50000 as security deposit which is refundable. But this policy is not acceptable for middle class employees. And they are not following any annual packages.

I have been with Piccosoft for around 2 years now as NodeJS Developer. The best thing I like about the Company is the Seniors and the co-operation we receive from them. Right from the day one, I have never made feel like I'm a Junior person. During training period, my Team Leader supported me like a guide and a mentor. Once I started working in the project, the same Team Leader made me feel like I'm one of the core members at the same capacity. Even the Scrum Manager, Account Managers and the Business head, most of them are down-to-earth and they treat everybody equally. They give us space for expressing our thoughts. The organization is also into product development and they conduct regular brainstorming sessions, giving space for us to give our ideas on improving our products. I really love the work environment that is clean without much politics. The Management team is excellent and they implemented policies that are employee-friendly.

I joined Piccosoft an year ago. I'm working here as Full Stack Developer in NodeJS and Angular. What I like most about Piccosoft is the freedom to take role ownership. Since I joined, I have worked on 5 projects and in all the projects I'm involved in end to end process, right from the pre-sales level, until the final delivery and later support. I get to interact with the Clients directly and this is giving me a lot of exposure in this company. Earlier, I was only technical savvy, but after joining Piccosoft, I have gained experieince in client servicing and client communication and interaction too. I love the opportunity that I have got in Piccosoft. I see myself in the role of Project Manager 3 years from now at Piccosoft.

I attended the interview on 12th March, 2019. It's a train and hire model for freshers. Initial security deposit amount is 30K which will be refunded on your reliving after 18 months.

The CEO of the company, Mr. Suresh Sekar is a very understanding and a compassionate person. He gives complete freedom to all his employees at work. He doesn't believe in micro management. He rather makes his employees realize their responsibility towards their work, which motivates all of us to show complete productivity.

Opportunities are definitely not a constraint at Piccosoft. One gets to learn a lot through multiple experiences. Also, the CEO is highly motivating. He appreciates even the subtle contributions of employees towards the company and rewards them aptly for that.

Personally, for me he has given complete flexibility with my work hours. Being a mom of two children, I get to have fine work life balance. I' am easily able to manage my house hold work and taking care of my children in parallel to growing my career.

Lastly, salary is also not a constraint at Piccosoft. The company has done enough justice to all its employees for their knowledge, work experience and their contributions to the company. The company is a start-up and is in the process of growing. I' am very confident that the pay and rewards to the employees would improve as the company sees a good growth.

This company is small and startup company. And employee are very kind and friendly. I attend the interview in this company they asked payment 50000 for a assurance. And finally they return the amount after 18 months you work in the company. Very nice experience. And good atmosphere.

Very good company for freshers to work on new technologies. But the thing is you have to pay 50000 FD( Refundable) , they are offering you 8000pm after completion of 48 days training.

Piccosoft is GOOD COMPANY - i have share my experience here, I worked in this company for 2 years as PHP Developer. I got relieved 2 months back. I had submitted only my 10th marks Sheet for proof and security deposit. I had not submitted any certificate. I have attached acknowledgement. While getting relieved, they RETURNED BACK MY MARK SHEET and the DEPOSIT AMOUNT. I don't know why you have given 1 star rating. Did you attend the interview there or not? Did you get selected or not I don't know. Don't give poor rating and misguide others.

Interview the process consists of aptitude test. pattern they follow is logical and basic programming followed by coding test. If you selected have to pay refundable security deposit 50k this year 2019 (they increased 20k ) for freshers . Salary starting from 10k.
6 months once hike . till 18 months should work .2 month notice period ...

Piccosoft is a rapidly growing organization. When I joined only 25 employees were there. Today 120 employee working. And, they are into latest devops , Node , React , angular and Golang technologies. They have projects and we will have work all the time heavy work load . Only thing is, even you do well in the interview, they ask for a security deposit of 50k before joining, but it is refundable after we complete 18 months in the company. But you can learn LOT

I recently happened to come to know that they have developed an open source eCommerce solution on NodeJS, which is called Spurtcommerce. This is a great innovation from the team at Piccosoft. I wanted a Mobile App for my carpooling business. I wanted an App for both Android and iOS devices. I approached Piccosoft Software Labs. And, I think I did the best thing. They developed a Hybrid Mobile App using Ionic that can be installed and run on both Android and iOS devices. Today, I have a wonderful Carpooling App, loaded fully with all the features required for a hassle free cab booking for my customers.
