Companies have view that married womens will not be punctual and they dont stay with the company so they pefer freshers mostly. Am working in piccosoft as HR Manager. About Piccosoft, Yes its ONE MAN SHOW , the CEO of the company was the one ,who always gives u space to explore and implement all ur new ideas. He always behaves like a employee of piccosoft and make us to feel CEO of the company. Thats reason y people here work as if its their own company.
