I started my career with Piccosoft, 4 years ago. When I joined here, I did not have proper skills of a good programmer. The Company gave me enough opportunities and a learning space to acquire all the required skills and then complete freedom to apply my knowledge in projects in real time. I'm not sure how many companies in the Industry, trust their employees and allow direct interactions with Client, in absence of Senior people. Here, I was trusted and I was allowed to interact with the Clients, soon after my training, when I was on-boarded in the project. The organization has a culture to respect older employees and senior employees. They develop special affinity towards employees, who take role ownership and responsibility. The Management offers complete freedom to take independent decisions and they love the employees, who work like partners towards the organization growth. My sincere efforts and my loyalty and my ability to adopt to the organization culture has paid me. Today, I'm the Business Unit head and I'm proud about my career growth here.
