There is a popular saying which says, it is not the company that matters, but it is the kind of boss that matters for an employee's growth. I can totally relate this saying to the CEO of my company 'Piccosoft Software Labs'. I couldn't have found a better company to work for, than Piccosoft.

The CEO of the company, Mr. Suresh Sekar is a very understanding and a compassionate person. He gives complete freedom to all his employees at work. He doesn't believe in micro management. He rather makes his employees realize their responsibility towards their work, which motivates all of us to show complete productivity.

Opportunities are definitely not a constraint at Piccosoft. One gets to learn a lot through multiple experiences. Also, the CEO is highly motivating. He appreciates even the subtle contributions of employees towards the company and rewards them aptly for that.

Personally, for me he has given complete flexibility with my work hours. Being a mom of two children, I get to have fine work life balance. I' am easily able to manage my house hold work and taking care of my children in parallel to growing my career.

Lastly, salary is also not a constraint at Piccosoft. The company has done enough justice to all its employees for their knowledge, work experience and their contributions to the company. The company is a start-up and is in the process of growing. I' am very confident that the pay and rewards to the employees would improve as the company sees a good growth.

The Company respects integirity, trust and loyalty from Employees. Having been working here for over five years, having shown my loyalty to the company, they gave me one of the positions in the Management team and I'm the VICE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY TODAY.

I particularly admire Piccosoft for its core values that gives more importance to integrity and ethics within employees at the first place and then the intelligence and knowledge at the next place.
