I have been working with Piccosoft for an an year now. I really love the work environment that provides equal opportunities and the freedom to take role ownership. I work as UX/UI Engineer and the organization has given me complete space to apply my creativity and thought processes. Also, the management team involves me in decision making, during Client interactions. I'm always provided with opportunity to give my view points and express my ideas. I have been given lot of respect for my skills here. The Digital Marketing team that prepares banners for their promotions, takes my suggestions for creating better images. So, my interaction is not just limited to my own work or project here. I get to interact with everyone in the company. Overall a very employee friendly environment and supporting management team.
