Did not really enjoy the experience- customer service wasn't great...waitress was rude

Too expensive for the service and quality. The waiter forgot half of the order, we were on the way of the waiters, annoyed by their movements and those of the clients. I do not recommend despite the nice decoration of the restaurant.

Sometimes come to this place for a coffee with some friends... we were served by Sergio wich was probably the manager that day. He became agressivly rude when we asked to use the 'gourmet society card' ...as we always use there! He even repleyed "im not my colleagues and will not do any discount"
Anyway! To finish when we said "yeh fine, just bring the bank card machine" he sent other waitress to us.. wich only show how rude he was!
There is others caffe concerto anyway...!

I ve been there twice. The food is really tasty and filling. Portions are good.

I always buy cakes from them. While some of them are average, especially the chocolate cakes, their white chocolate cigarettes cake was absolutely delicious. The vanilla layers were perfectly baked, fluffy and with the perfect amount of syrup, the cream was delicious, 2 different types, and the fruits on top were perfectly assorted with the rest of the cake. Strongly recommend this cake!

Rude staff
We waited for 45 minutes for nobody to show up to take our order, we left after that, we don t actually know how long the wait would have been.
Staff didn t even care...

Very welcoming, staff efficient and friendly. The food was very good. Menu for all tastes.

Yesterday 23 October was a friend s birthday and I decided to buy a cake to celebrate the occasion. I was going to buy a cake from well known national chain of patisserie cafes but someone suggested Cafe Concerto instead and I am glad I went to Cafe Concerto in Piccadilly. The cake was a total success and extremely yummy. Thank you Cafe Concerto!

The most delicious cake I ve ever had is the raspberry gateaux. Divine!! But The cannolis suck - too sweet and not enough flavor. The turmeric latte was delicious.

Delicious desserts and coffee, but the service is not very good. It looks like tourists are not welcome here

We stopped for an afternoon tea and went for the the smaller sweet version with jasmine green tea. The pastries were good and fresh but the service was bad. They forgot about us multiple times, had to wait 15 minutes for a menu and and to chase after them for the bill. Big room for improvement.

Some rude and dismissive staff (not all). Someone senior completely dismissing a menu item (Chocolate Mo shake) "You can get that anywhere" she said, despite my liking the item and thus even going to the chain in the first place! Except the last 4 times I've tried to get it, all from the same branch, they refuse to serve it. Why? Because similar ingredients are used in a different dessert that is a better profit margin for them (server's explanation, not mine). And so, with consistent refusal of what I'd like to order, and some questionable staff, my adoration for the place pretty much plummeted. Time to find a new place.

The amazing place, delicious food and unbeatable service, you can't miss your tea time, high prices but worth every pound paid!

Really terrifying place, Italian name run by Moroccans in a totally rude and dirty. DO NOT GO THERE!

Constantly clogged. The place is networked. Food at 3 plus. Overpriced. There is no normal fault. But for a snack without a claim is suitable

The staff were very kind and I enjoyed the atmosphere, although I did think it was quite tacky and over-the-top in some places (like the plastic tree). The prices are much cheaper than most places if you're looking for an afternoon tea, and for the area you're not going to find somewhere any cheaper easily.

Nice Italian place....friendly service...wine selection reasonable half the price as elsewhere in London. Selection of sweets of good quality. Shall revisit.

when we first step in, before we even say anything, they tell us kind of rudely that we cannot order only coffee, then the server doesn't speak english well and cannot answer our questions, and finally they made us order 3 times because they didn't know what they didn't have. Fortunately after all that the food was good... but kind of expensive

Had some afternoon tea, cappuccino came with soy milk when we haven't ask for it. One of the sandwiches had a hair on it.

The pastry was delicious though.

Food was ok but not much impressed with the service. Had to ask for the bill and then waited another 10 mins before walking up to the front desk to pay where the man I'd asked for the bill was playing on his phone! Maybe need some more staff

Just left this place after 10min. That was the time that I guess was the manager name Vitto took to bring me the menu. First gave us a table between other people while there was a lot of free places and after decided to go and have a snack eating in front of us instead of bring us the menu. After 10min he decided to bring the menu with food still in his month and when I complained about the time it took him to bring the menu he was very arrogant and rude. Worst experience ever in a cafe concertto

One of my favourite places for mushroom risotto! The deserts are glorious as well!

the cake doesn't taste inund this cafe. We bought Pistachio Cake (it looked very delicious) and at the end it was a big disappointment. We took two- three bites and didn't even finish it.

The cake had no flavour.
Coffee was ok but both overpriced.

I ordered a strawberry tart and an afternoon tea set. The afternoon tea set is pretty but the taste is pretty. It is recommended for a break because you can ask afternoon tea set without reservation and interior and cake are cute and atmosphere can be enjoyed.

Good restaurant however deplorable service with haughty and unpleasant waitresses. Our two salads took 30 minutes to come when the restaurant was empty. Disappointing, we will not be coming back.

Very beautifull. Too bad the hot chocolate looks like milk with water and nesquik. Excellent desserts

This place is really nice. Waitstaff seems to have stepped up their game from previous reviews. Not a "quick in and out" kind of place, but if you're in no hurry, it's a great place to eat at.

The braised Lamn Shank was amazing and so were the mashed potatoes with it. The bruschetta was delicious also.

Very classy place, with a caring staff in Peru and well worked dishes. If you are not afraid of the bill (the bill) I recommend it;)

Nice decor but the table we sat was too close to another table. In fact lots of tables were too close. The space are limited , coz this is London. However we didnot feel relax and comfortable at all. The food is good and the service is ok.

Went here for a drink and a bite to it. Friendly and fast service. Food is average.

An elegant place where one can at least once enjoy a good tea as per the English tradition. Recommended for a pleasant and tasty break between the chaos of the big city. This is a good place for a relaxing break with traditionally time. Not too much expensive.

My favourite place, staff are very kind and helpful. I order a lamb shank, generous portions were provided, lamb was well seasoned and succulent. The cakes they have are soft and taste like heaven, it is definitely worth it for the price. Would highly recommend for couples and family.

Macaroons are disgusting ! Disappointed with them. Feya Cafe on St James street definitely wins in terms of best deserts !

have been waiting 15 mins and nobody come to take order, poor service

The food was good. But the cleanliness of the place needs to be reviewed. There was 3 flies inside the cake fridge area, I found hair on my teacup; which was gross and the table was so sticky. The waiter was ignoring us cause he was really busy so our group had to clean the table with our own tissues and A HAND SANITIZER!

Very poor service... when seated, had to ask for our orders to be taken, asked for our dirty plates to be taken, asked for desert menus, asked for order to be taken, no one asked of we needed anything during the whole 2.5 hours we were there. When we refused to pay the service charge only then we were asked.. "why you dont wanna pay service charge " seriously!!! Food was heated in the microwave not fresh, cakes didnt taste fresh either.

Tasty cakes, service can be friendlier and please do not clear when customers are still sitting at the table to ask if they want something.This is pushing customers and that is not part of the hospitality industry, customers will order additional if they want, now had we feel like go on and on and when customers leave your business it is least to wish you a good day or at least thank you for their visit.

They over charged on the bill. I ordered 3 desserts. They charged for 4.

Can't comment on food or drink as we didn't get any. Got sat down by a waiter whom didn't smile and looked incredibly stressed. Once sat we chose our cake and drink within seconds but couldn't order it even with our best meerkat impressions trying to get anyone to serve us. Eventually we left in a huff. No one noticed. Went to Costa over the road. Served immediately, got smiled at, coffee and cake was pleasant. Do not go to caffe concerta. Absolute Rubbish.

The staff here is not the most polite. Of special note is the short Asian receptionist who is trying to sell you the restaurant very hard and is rude when you say you re unsure

Worst Cafe I have ever been to in terms of customer service. The first waitress shouted at me for trying to attract her attention. On being seated by a second waitress, she just rudely pointed out that we had to have dessert with coffee or else leave, when we hadn't even decided what we were going to order. I have never encountered waiting staff who are so rude in just trying to convey a message. We felt so insulted, we decided to leave. People here need to be retrained. Absolute disgrace to the Caffe Concerto brand. Going by all the other reviews, it is obvious that there is a serious problem with the staff in this establishment. Avoid at all costs and spend your money elsewhere.

A place I always visit in London because the quality is good and the offer is also good 50% off with taste card. The african nectar tea is a must try!

Central and quiet cafe, where you can eat or simply take the typical 5 o'clock with tasty cakes.
The friendly and friendly staff, especially Sergio, who also as good Spanish can talk to you and advise you to take

Good Cofee and an wonderful time..... Price's are modest, but dessert is worthy last penny

First of all, the interior is fashionable and you can go up just by entering the store (laugh)

There are many kinds of cakes. The size is quite large in British style (?).

Menu is easy to see with photos.

You can also eat ordinary food while saying a cafe. The interior and tableware are cute, so it feels good. I like lobster pasta.

It's a great place to take a break when shopping or sightseeing

Went for afternoon tea with a friend and it was fantastic. Lovely food, staff were friendly and even exchanged some raisin scones for normal even though we forgot to ask beforehand. Thank you again for the great service and I look forward to returning.

The service was bad. The waiter was horrible.
Prices are too expensive. The cake is good.

The service is bad, food is average. But worst of all I got charged 100% more to eat my cake at the table than to take it away. Price to take away 3.20. Price I got charged. 5.95 PLUS a service charge so a total of 6.70.

Please please don't buy any cake from them I was sooo embarrassed when my husband cake full of someone's long hair in them cake I came to them with pice of that cake with hair and they don't care .Manager is hiding .no money back.I will report that to hygiene services so maybe than they will think that them cakes people eating not animals.

Caffe Concerto was a place that I have always wanted to try as the restaurant looks beautiful and my friends had told me that they loved the place! A friend and I went to Caffe Concerto for dessert and the waiter made us order a drink along with our desserts which was quite rude as we did not want a drink as we had dinner and drinks somewhere else. The waiter was very unfriendly throughout our visit.

We each ordered the chocolate fondant and I was extremely disappointed with the dish as it was every dry and did not ooze chocolate at all. I did not enjoy this fondant and I feel that supermarket fondants (Gu and even Aldi) fondants taste better than the fondant served at establishment.

Good food quality, mediocre service. Staff evidently no happy and tense atmosphere. I wouldn't go back having right opposite Fortum & Mason crew receiving people with big smiles!

Tourist trap, with awful service (served wrong drinks wrong food and waitress had major difficulty following orders in English), overpriced & poor quality food. Go else where!

The truth is that we went to dinner because we went to another place where we were treated in a great way, but the truth is very disappointed.
The food was very good, but the treatment of the staff has been very bad.
The maitre who is the one who has treated us very dry with us and little attentive. He hasn't asked us if we wanted desserts or coffee.
On the other hand, the food has taken a long time to come and we have not received an apology from you. As it took about half an hour for food to come, we had to finish fast and running because at 11pm they closed. In fact, they took things from the table when we were barely finished.
On top of that they charge you for the service that has been pity, if it had been for me, we would not have paid it.

Staff was not very interested in serving us, no attention and the order took a while.
The cake was delicious. 8/10

Horrible Service! Don't go there. Italian looking lady was bored and obviously showed that. Asking about the menu she answered as if I am totally stupid... menu was ok but I could not enjoy it.
