I went here for Valentine s day with my girlfriend to to do something special well i was sorely misled on the quality of this place. The tv in the room was a small tube tv to start. I mean are you kidding me for $260 a night stay you get that kind of tv really wow is all i can say. But i got past that then there was the lack of anything that n the walls on the stains all over the carpet not to mention the random duct tape on the floor. Then we have the $4.5 bottle of champagne super classy guys NOT. Now we get to the fact they tried to kill me woth there rotten strawberries that made me throw up later that night. When i called to complain all they would do is offer me a free night stay at there shitty rundown hotel. No thank you why woild i stay again so you can try to poison me again

Very poor service. I just had a long weekend stay and I won't put this on my list of places to revisit. Towels were never available at the pool and the towels in my room were not replaced. I had to swipe them off the linen cart. My room door was constantly getting stuck. I had to slam the door to close it and kick it to open it. The engineer came to look at it and asked if I was checking out that day. I said no I just checked in. I was then told they would have someone check it after my stay. Public restroom stalls were so small there was not enough room to get in and close the door, I'm an average size woman. Our event went fairly smooth, the resort was way understaffed for all the events going on.

Pheasant run is just so dated... at one point it was great I'm sure but little money has been invested for a long time. Food was meh, service was decent.

Wedding in the New Orleans Ball room. Food was really good. Atmosphere was unique and delightful. Resort is starting to show it's age. Bathrooms are small and dingy.

It is a great place, and nice workers nd decent Wi-Fi connection

Pheasant run was big and clean. It has many activities for one to do. Service was fast and friendly.

I was at Pheasant Run for the Zanies comedy club. Overall the experience was good but more parking available would be nice.

The main comic stunk! The place is old and dirty, not going there again

The place wasn't too bad. We stayed in room 301 in the tower, the view sucked and the TV was old but it was spacious and clean. No free breakfast which was disappointing, (we don't like a heavy breakfast) we ended up having the buffet, it was really good but pricey. Beware of the additional $9.95 daily fee you ll see on your bill when you check out .

Was going to new restaurant jambalaya to see band play and have dinner. Restaurant was closed due to water leakage. Band performed in lobby bar area. Wait staff not very friendly. Had hard time getting waited on. Cold and rainy outside. Outside doors were broke and kept swinging open.

This place would be better if they had a vending machine with tylenol, buprofen, flip flops, swim goggles and masks, and other essentials. I asked the gentlemen at the desk if he had a tylenol and he didnt. The gift shop was closed monday at 5pm. I had to drive to target and making a left hand turn out of target to get back to the resort is dangerous and timely. Do they want to make money? Put in a vending machine with items families need.

The place has gotten really run down. I remember my dad doing trade shows here as a kid and I remember it being really nice. Some of the bones of that remain, but over all it's just "meh." Saw Charlie Berens here recently. The show was great, but even the theater felt tired. Not my first choice of venue.

Very pleasant, have been coming here for 4 years now. It s got a great vintage look, but not ugly. Easy to make memories and perfect for very large groups.

Dated hotel, with absolutely nothing going for it other than the great staff, and maintenance. Everything is broke cracked or on it's last leg. Plenty of other great hotels in the area for the same or cheaper price that offers much more.

went to daughters dance competition there. nice venue for that activity. It was a decent place. Area was nice. The hotel area was beautiful, however we were only there for one day, so didn't have to stay in a room.

I thought the resort offers alot to us customers... Accommodations for our meetings was amazing!

It's a great place! We are using a space here for services, while our church roof is being repaired. They were very welcoming. If you are looking for a place to stay, there's lots to do, it's not fancy and shopping and restaurants are close by.

Very well maintained interiors and friendly staff ready to help. Restaurant also served a very yummy chop salad.

The atmosphere is really cool and everyone working there is polite and helpful. The beds are a little stiff, but the pools, restaurants, and other entertainment are awesome.

Great place, lots of entertainment. It seems the sands of time r having their way with the place. Roof leaking & water damage in multiple areas. Hope this place survives

Bugs all around inside of windows, bad water pressure, but pretty wedding site

Food was average, large beer selection, loud so great for kids to be loud. Small inside.

Pheasant Run is no longer what it used to be. I grew up around this area and I've seen the horrible transformation over the past few years. We stayed in the executive suite loft style room. The only good part of our stay was the size of the hotel room was huge! Now the BAD: red stains and rips in carpet, TVs are 30 years old with terrible picture quality, no HDMI hookups on TV, No pay per view, no dvd player. Literally cannot watch a movie!!! When I asked if I could bring my Roku to watch Netflix front desk told me "No, we don't want people messing with our TV's" "I guess you can't watch a movie" . Really??? So let me continue with more BAD: It was raining INSIDE the hotel due to numerous leaks in the ceilings, occupants next room over where blasting music all night till 3am and the hallway smelled like weed! Security came but didn't resolve the situation. Swimming pool was over crowded and the indoor section of pool had broken windows/doors which were very dangerous. The arcade room has about 3 actual games only and most cost 1dollar to play, it took 3 calls to front desk to finally find someone to bring extra pillows. Overall, everything about this hotel is run down and inadequate. Customer service stinks, Rooms are from 1970, and the building should be condemned for many safety concerns. Very dissatisfied with stay and it's sad to see one if my favorite local resorts go down the drain.

Not up to date on anything. Outrageous price for dated rooms with ancient broken tv's. The whirlpool suite I got quickly became my nightmare with the nasty carpet and green foamy residue that filled the tub when you turned on whirlpool. Pool was nice, bourbon street was nice. They really need to get on their rooms though. Food was decent but a meal cost us 130 bucks. It was not worth that at all. Waste of money. I will never return.

Zannies was awesome. Harvest was below average. Very slow

Only visited the Mega center for a tournament, but it was fantastic. Very spacious and even though the AC was on a bit high, it was very comfortable inside.

Good resort for events. We have an event here every year but the event may be getting bigger than the resort can comfortably accommodate.

Its reasonable in price, near a number of great places, fir food and fun

Attended a convention here. Parking was free and good location. I would go back again.

Interesting place. A lot larger than I expected in general. Zanies was smaller than other comedy venues I have been to.

Attended for a wedding over the weekend, great front desk staff. Everyone that worked the wedding was great as well.

Went for Combo Breaker 2017. Amazing venue, very spacious and gracious hosts with everything I would want. Super access able facilities.

Interesting with a bit of history. A bit pricey for the room quality, towels were awful, and I've see better accommodations at comfort inn. Nice golf course and pet friendly would rate this higher if that was your intent. A couple of moderately priced restaurants on site.

Pheasant Run has a lot to offer year round. The only complaint I have is the cockroach problem in the indoor pool area. They are everywhere, large, and even a little aggressive (one chased a person, then stood its ground.) I made sure not to order food, because heaven knows where they are in there. Traps are visible. They need to hire an extermination service, but they must be trying to pinch pennies. Traps don't work!

Went there for the Christmas Craft show..love going..Great variety of items to choose from..

Really pretty disappointing. Rooms show wear and tear (stains, broken lamp, dirty air conditioning unit, etc) and everywhere is smelly. Some parts of the building aren't well air conditioned either. Towels and bedding were at least clean. Front desk person was not very friendly either. Restaurants are good though. In my opinion, way too expensive for what you are getting.

In town for Lacrosse tourney, this place is disgusting, rundown and no regard for customer satisfaction. We and many others found bed bugs, hair on sheets and generally unclean rooms. Also, no security doors so anyone can come and go at all hours. When we reported the issues, no one seemed to care, not even a single 'sorry'. The only good thing was they did let us out of our next night stay, thank God for that!

Did a package and show. Zanies was great and our room was very nice. The pools are great and the staff is very friendly. We dont golf but will certainly come back! Very relaxing.

Awesome local resort. Lots of personality and character. Plenty of banquet halls and commercial spaces for events of all types. Plus a bourbon street theme including brick paved hallways and a cajun restaurant.

Five stars solely for my favorite waiter of all time a fine young man named Blake at Jambalaya. He was the best part of our trip. One night there were 6 of us and the next just two but his patience and attention was so great. He took everything we threw at him in stride with a great sense of humor. It was so much fun!! I can't even begin to tell you how much fun dinner was both nights. He is respectful and kind and even took the time for a selfie with this crazy old woman! He is definitely asset to the entire establishment. Thank you Blake! You're one of a kind!

Always a pleasure to visit this place and the Mainstage theater is unbeatable for comfort and views.

The staff at Pheasant Run Resort were very helpful and personable. Giving 3 stars because the food was subpar at the event I attended- it came cold and stale. The room was decent, but I expected it to be cleaner and more updated due to the resorts status.

We were there for a professional seminar and the room was nice, comfortable. Resort looked clean.

People are phenominally gracious...facility needs a bit of updating.

I recently visited Zanies with my boyfriend and had a wonderful time! Great laughs, comfortable atmosphere, attending staff and tasty cocktails! Would go again!

I only visited for a short time but the experience was great.

Went to the escape room. Had a good time but was incredibly hard to find.

Pheasant Run host the Chrystal Ranch Holistic and Energy Expo on Dec 16, 2018. The facility was beautiful and spacious, warm and welcoming. The event was fun, with multiple vendors all with positive energy. Vendors and customers alike all appeared to be having a good time.

Yes the rooms were not so great. A lot of maintenance needed to be done. The grounds were nice, the pool options were good. Please note: get your wrist band to go near the pool or else a rude worker will come up and make you leave the area. We had on no bathing suits, were not going to swim, we were sitting on the chairs. We stuck our hand in to feel how warm the water was and you would have thought we committed a crime. We never heard any airplanes. It's a regional airport. Our smoke detector battery died so it beeped constantly. We asked for it to be fixed early afternoon. When we arrived back to the room at 11 pm it still was beeping. We ended up taking it off the ceiling and taking the batteries out ourselves. We stayed in the 2 story loft. There is no elevator so you must carry your luggage up the steps. The couch was broke. As beautiful as the grounds were, we cannot recommend this place. There is dated and then there is just plain disgusting.

Had a great weekend, the landscaping is beautiful and pool/sitting area was also great. Never made it to the inside restaurants (shopping), the only issue is the golf suites is outdated and needs a major updating, all the carpeting needs to be pulled and replaced, the room furniture and tube ( ) was also outdated and a bit warned, but the suites do offer a beautiful view.

Worked the home show. Had a lot of fun. Staff was very pleasant.

Overall my time at Pheasant Run was good enough. I feel like the resort is definitely starting to show its age in some areas and whatever little I talked to the staff made them seem helpful and understanding.

Location is easy to find and has ample parking spaces. Staff was courteous, room was fine, and pool was nice. Half of the pool was outdoor (11ft deep) and the other half was indoor. It was connected and the water was kept warm. There were nice little stores inside called Bourbon st with complimentary popcorn. I think this place is great for weekend getaway with little kids. Now the downside was that they didn't have enough towels for the pool I had to go back to the room 15th floor in soaking wet condition. The shower had very low water pressure and drain was clogged. But overall it was ok, and my experience might have been just the room I stayed.
