Pets Corner Review

Great store told us information that our l9cal store had misinformed us about so this shop cleared everything up for us and helped us resolve the issue. The staff are great good stock and can highly recommended

Both I and my pup, Tilly, really love Pets Corner at Haywards Heath. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They have been really knowledgable and helpful. My pup loves visiting the store, she never wants to leave! All her toys and food is purchased from Pets Corner, all of which are great quality. Really well done all and thank you! Ash & Tilly

Friendly, very helpful staff. And they seem to feed their food i.e they feed the locusts and crickets so they are mainly alive, unlike some other places.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given a lot of good information to help with our new puppy. The staff was very knowledgeable about the right food to give.

The staff here are so charming and helpful, I purchased a cat flap, from this store, it was too small, I changed it for a larger one, that didn't fit, so I returned it for the first one, as I was able to adapt the small one, I was treated by nothing but cheerful understanding, thank you

Staff are the best, very friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of products. Always make a fuss of my dog when I take him in and they have a reptile specialist which has come in handy for us! They hold puppy parties every Saturday which are dog loved when he was a little one.

Nice and knowledgeable staff. They have lots of stuff for various pets. A good selection of fish that are very healthy and well cared for. They make sure your tank is properly setup before you buy. Useful advice on rabbits too.

The staff at Pets Corner Haywards Heath are extremely helpful and I couldn't have asked for a better store experience. I had tonnes of dog food to buy and with the car park situated next to the store it made it easy to transport the food to my car!

Very expensive, I find the staff follow you around, try to get you to spend more.

With free parking outside the front door, this is shopping for pet supplies at its most convenient!

The staff here have been incredibly helpful,friendly and supportive when I got my rescue dog.They helped me find the right food for her,fitted her harness and advised on excellent toys and chews for her needs.They were great at exchanging and refunding items that didn t fit. Wonderful store.Thank you.

Hmmm..... Its difficult to find a bad word to say about the stores, really bright, clean and a very good range.
Staff are always very nice, sometimes too "nice" and i'm never quite certain if they are selling me something that is on their "up sales" list rather then what i actually wanted.
The only bad side is prices.... but i have never found the pet trade a competative price sector.... Nearly two pounds for a single pigs ear that must be as expensive as fillet steak!!!!

Really helpful staff. Prices are slightly higher than from other pet outlets but this is often outweighed by the convenience and staff willingness to help

Excellent advice and very friendly staff, always willing to make our dog welcome. There is wide selection of various dog foods to choose from and accessories and treats to pick up as well. A good measure for how good this store is that our dog is so excited to get into the shop he pulls us in every time.

I always enjoy my weekly visit to the Haywards Heath store. You're guaranteed a very friendly reception as you arrive, and nothing is too much trouble.
My dog and chameleon's food needs are very well taken care of, along with fair prices too.
I'd strongly recommend anyone to this store!!

Always greeted by very pleasant and friendly team who are very knowledgeable about the products they sell.on several occasions i have needed health advice for my two dogs and the current food they recommended because of its nutients and cranberry content has been really great advive as my aging terrier has improved significantly since i changed his diet.I feel confident with the advice they offer and their friendly and genuine desire to help makes it a pleasure to bisit the store in ghaywards heath.well done guys and thank you.

Really helpful team. Lovely with my dogs and made sure I got the right coats for them on this visit. I've been here many times before and always have the same great customer service. They have really good selections of products too and I like their ranges of natural, quality foods, treats etc. The free use of weighing scales is very handy.

Mike was absolutely perfect in helping me with my new puppy! I got everything I needed including puppy safe chews! His knowledge on pet nutrition was unlike anything I ve ever encountered! He got me the best food most suited to my pup pup! He even got me a better food for my fishies! If there was an option to give 10* I would, If anyone needs anything for their pets - go see Mike!
