The case has since gone through a recognizable makeover. But like previous times, a coupon took two minutes and three computers for ten minutes. Absurd. Elsewhere in the case, employees expressed clear audible dissatisfaction with human resources. I don't have to. The score is therefore mainly positive because of the range and competitive prices.

Almost always messing around with this case is alm...

Almost always messing around with this case is almost never helped. Buying multiple guitars none of the guitars is good the first time. Have a guitar adjusted recently and put new strings on it. Hadn't had em adjusted so well it still makes buzzing noises and the strings that were put on it could have made a child even better.

visited Bax Rotterdam today. Spent over an hour in the test room to try out an emperor swingster. Very nice guitar so I wanted to take it with me. The seller who passed by asked if he could help. "maybe there are customers who have been waiting longer (not so), but I'll be right there" was the answer and then he went to help many customers at the checkout (where there was also someone from bax). After half an hour, without a guitar, left. Bought amp, pedals and guitars from Bax in the past but today was my last visit. Unfortunately.

This week I bought a guitar with accessories for my son.
When unpacking, we immediately noticed that the guitar's box had already been opened and they had not taken the trouble to close it up and pack it again.
He was simply put in the box with the supporting cardboard lying loose in the box with two separate Allen keys. It was clearly a demo model that they had put in the box and had not even bothered to close it again.

I sent an email immediately and contacted me the following day by phone.
Picked up the guitar today at the bax shop in Rotterdam. All this has bought me at least 4 hours of time. It should have been a happy moment as a surprise for my son. But due to nonchalance, the customer would most likely not see this and it has been sent.

I find this very unfortunate, have been a customer since 2012, of course mistakes can be made, but this one was conscious!

Something that could have been prevented was subsequently implemented and we unfortunately fell victim to that. We are really disappointed.

We moesten erg lang wachten tot we een medewerker toegewezen kregen die een gitaar aan mij kon verkopen. Als beginner heb je veel vragen en dan heb je een gitaarkenner nodig. Die was op dat moment net aan het lunchen. Dus we moesten 15 minuten wachten op een bankje voordat we geholpen werden. De vriendelijkheid straalde er niet vanaf.
Toen we toch de kenner kregen te spreken hield hij ons in de goede richting en gaf ons een gitaar om te bekijken. Vervolgena liep hij weg om de voorraden bij te vullen en was hij niet meer beschikbaar voor eventuele vragen. We moesten expliciet vragen voor informatie terwijl we toch echt hadden aangegeven een gitaar te willen kopen. Voor 350 euro mag je weer service verwachten. We kregen er wel 1 hele plectrum bij. Poeh poeh. Ik voel me overspoeld met service.

Cables don't arrive the next day. First of all. I placed two orders on Friday. Shortly after each other. This because I received a discount code immediately after the first order. Of course makes no sense because that discount was exactly the second time delivery! When the order arrived, the discount code only applied to a much higher amount ...... The cables that did arrive the day after were extremely dirty! Totally dusted. Not a little bit. With an asthmatic child that is a problem for days longer. So where they could have put my two orders together in 1 package (less delivery costs too), I received 1 package on Saturday (today) and the other will come on Monday or Tuesday. Ordered well before 11 pm so I am completely dissatisfied with all the nice fake talk from Bax shop.

Tells me that products have been delivered, they are not coming back after a month. Then they say that this product can only be delivered after weeks, while this was not the case when I ordered it. Poor communication, products returned and my money was not returned, I had to call again and it turned out that they had made an administrative mistake (already the fourth time). I had a lot of time (4 months) and energy and in the end I couldn't get my money back from one product.

Lousy service! And that of someone who was a regular customer for a long time. With emphasis on that last word. From now on only Thomann or Musicstore for me. Even the service from Keymusic is better!

On June 23, I placed an order through the site. Agreed to partial delivery of a product that was originally scheduled for delivery in week 27. Since the end of week 27, I have been receiving a message from Bax with a shift of the delivery date. Bad service via phone and email because nobody knew exactly what was going on. After having sent numerous complaint emails, they came up with a new delivery date in week 33: week 36

I decided to cancel the order on Aug 12 because I saw the product at two other (physical) stores and I was fed up with Bax's "we care" attitude! It is now Aug 22 and I am still waiting for my money, which would supposedly be deposited into my account within 7 working days. By emailing or calling customer service you will be sent from pillar to post. This is not the first issue I have had with Bax, so they will not see me after this! The next step will be the Consumers' Association.

Service as I am used to from Bax really top, knowledgeable staff and very helpful. The store itself is not the largest establishment, but they still have quite a range. The parking lot is large enough for about 6-8 small cars and max 6 large cars, so keep this in mind. The store is easy to reach by car, but really a disaster with public transport

Ik bestel via de site een product, er staat dat er nog 3 aanwezig zijn in de voorraad en dat ik het product een dag later zou ontvangen.
De dag daarna niks ontvangen, dus ik nog een paar dagen wachten maar er blijft maar niks komen.

Ik bel de klantenservice die volgens de site vanaf 10:00 bereikbaar zou moeten zijn, krijg ik te horen dat de klantenservice niet aanwezig en ze mij terug zouden bellen. Ik de hele dag gewacht maar werd maar niet gebeld dus ik zelf bellen.

Het eerste wat mij wordt verteld is dat ik ben gebeld en ik niet op nam, wat een leugen is omdat ik de hele dag naast mijn telefoon heb gezeten wachtend op het belletje.

Sorry het gaat nog 2 weken duren omdat het product niet op voorraad is, terwijl het toen ik het bestelde wel op voorraad was, weer een leugen dus.
In dit geval kon ik niet 2 weken wachten op mijn product, dus dan maar een refund aanvragen (dat ook nog eens 7 dagen duurt) en het bij Thomann bestellen, die snappen tenminste wel hoe je met klanten omgaat.

I have been to Bax Music almost 3 weeks ago. Neat neatly indicated total advice and a complete solution. 1.5, drove back 1.5 hours. The employees still asked to check the order. I have indicated that I want to start immediately. Coming back to the case, the microphone cable was missing. It was not available anywhere in 2 days due to carnival and a store like MediaMarkt does not have 3 pins microphone cable, BCC either. After 3 days there is a microphone cable and then you think we can get started. However, the Cubase license can not be activated as well as the studio license big knob by Mackie. After a phone call with Bax, the company was already aware and said sorry we should have emailed you with extensive instructions because we were already aware of the problem. After this email I still can not activate it and so on the alag with my "total solution" twv roughly 800. Weather mailed 2x. Mail employees tell me what my phone number is (while it is mentioned in previous mails) and then again what the appropriate call moment is. To date, I am still waiting for the phone call after 6 pm as a pre-specified call time. When are you taking me seriously now? I and my 3 employees can not continue with our project. 0 STARS SO BUSINESS ENTREPRENEURS ARE SAVED Bax does not take you seriously, cashed and asks questions on demand. And therefore deliver incorrectly and incompletely !!!
