After purchasing a new Fender guitar, various associated things turned out to be wrong or missing. You send an email and then a reply comes that your guitar was hanging in the rack with the discarded guitars and if you don't like that you have to bring it back. I didn't know that a new 900 Euro guitar was a discarded guitar. The content of my email in which I indicated that the missing items are probably still in the warehouse in Rotterdam will not be accepted. There is no point in seeking contact by telephone ', you end up at a call center that you cannot or cannot. want to connect to the store in Rotterdam, they just create an email and then you just hope you get a response. Eventually result, sent several mails, called several times with the promise of the call center that I will be called back for a certain time, so no! Eventually called by an employee from Goes who would solve it, but unfortunately nothing happened again, then after sending another email a phone call from Amsterdam who would also solve it, but you guessed it ... this also had no only result. Because I was fed up with it, I returned the guitar. Unfortunately, they are also not authorized to refund the payment immediately, so you have to wait another week for your money. Also a shame of the 140 km driving that burns you on gas. What a worthless shop, unbelievable, they will never see me there again !!
