Genuinely honest and easy dealership. I ve been leasing cars for 13 years, dealt with dozens of dealerships, these guy are very honest and upfront. They re willing to help and give you the info you need to make a good choice. They aren t pushy with warranties or pricing, they don t try to jerk you around. I dealt with the manager Jason who doesn t act like a typical GM of a dealership, he didn t swoop in with the usual $5 discount most GM s use to close the deal. Jason was upfront and honest and helpful the whole time. His team on the sales floor and financing are great. In the rain, on short notice, my Vehicle was prepped great. Everything was ready when i showed up to sign. Great experience.

I sent a long email yesterday. Even before I bought it, I pointed out the noise. I should have been redirected if the car made that much noise, yet I bought it. The Encore that I eventually bought makes loud road noises, worse than any car I've ever owned. Pointed out before and after. While they did remove one of the noises I still think the car is too loud and this is one of the things the encore boasts about , it's new quiet technology.

From start to finish I was treated like family. We went to a few different dealerships looking for a Dodge Durango R/T. We kept running into overpriced vehicles, hidden fees, or just plain rude sales staff. From the first phone call (with Mick) to verify they still had the vehicle, to Joseph our salesman i felt like i was in good hands. I explained to Mick my awful experiences and a few other dealerships, and after listening (without interruption) he assured us that none of that is tolerated at Peruzzi GMC. Joseph took the time to explain and answer all of our questions including payment breakdown and did not try to sell us anything we weren't interested in. This was by far the best car buying experience my wife and I have had in a very long time. Peruzzi GMC made my car buying experience super easy and I look forward to working with them in the future. To the team at Peruzzi GMC, thank you for everything you guys have done for us. Please continue to set the bar on how a reputable dealership should operate.

Part of my service was getting a new key and remote made. There was a mix up with the company that I had a key warranty with. Kevin handled it for me and it took up a lot of his time, but the problem was solved. I appreciate his patience. Also, they provided shuttle service for me so I wouldn't have to wait for my repairs. Joe, the driver, is just great. He's very courteous and very efficient in calling to let me know when he's on his way to pick me up. I also had occasion to speak with Jim Roach regarding a small misunderstanding and he was extremely helpful. It was a very positive experience all around and I will continue to take my car there whenever I'm in need of service. Thanks, guys!!

I had a wonderful experience at Peruzzi GMC. Evan, my Sales Consultant was wonderful. He explained everything in full detail, made the process very easy, and made me and my wife very happy in our overall experience. The experience was very personable and we felt apart of the family. I would highly recommend the Peruzzi organization, and more specifically Evan Alvarez to anybody who is looking for a vehicle new or used.

Peruzzi is a a scum bag company who doesn't take care of their customers. Your car will literally fall apart and they will claim everything isn't under warranty. Don't make the mistake we made go to reedmans or Mcafferty at least there they actually care about their customer. Any money you save up front they will screw you out of in the warranty process. True story

We had been shopping for a specific unit, we came across a listing at Peruzzi. We headed to PA and were greeted by Mick and Joe. What a pleasamt experience! No pressure, no fine print, no back and forth, just a straight foward deal. We were offered a great deal on trade and more than fair cost on the unit we were interested in. We arrived around noon and out the door in with our purchase by 2:30. We felt like we did business with old friends. We went in knowing what we wanted, Mick and Joe made it happen. Our 1st experience with Peruzzi left a huge impression. Thanks guys!

I purchased a 2012 As is GMC Acadia 2 weeks ago from Peruzzi. I should have known better and got an extended warranty because it's already is in the shop needing a ton of work. The fluids were completely brown and an expensive flex pipe was broken. I learned my lesson buyer beware!

I had a horrible experience. Not only did I have to take my car back 3 times for them to get it right, the parts they put on had to all be replaced less than 10k miles later. Their staff has been disrespectful when I called to ask why their parts failed so quickly. One worker there blamed an employee who go fired saying "that's why he doesn't work for us anymore". They wont help fix the mess up at all. I will recomend everyone to STAY away!
Just an update they replied saying that they recommended that I get the time and chain replaced at that time and I declined and that's what caused these issues. Well they didnt say that their employee Glenn, who no long works there, said that it didnt need replaced that it was in great shape and that it was only standard procedure to say it should be replaced because they were going to be in there. Now why would I replace a part that THEIR guy said was in GREAT shape??? I was told that Glenn no longer works there for reasons like this. And yet they refuse to help with my problems. This place is a joke. Stay away if you value your time, money and vehicle.

Normally I have had satisfactory experience at Peruzzi's service department.
I have bought my last 4 vehicles from Peruzzi. Unfortunately, this last experience with my 2018 Acadia Denali was anything but that. I took it in for an oil change and while they noticed I was within 60 days of the inspection due, so I decided to have the inspection done. I had 35,000 miles on the vehicle and got a call from the service department telling my front brake pads were border line and needed replacement. They gave me the estimate and included replacing the rotors. I disputed the rotor replacement and the service man said tech listed at required. After checking with the tech, it then became shaving the rotor that was required. After telling him put it back together, I would take it elsewhere it was lower to a recommendation not a requirement. It just seems, no matter how new the vehicle is, every time I take it in for service, they manage to get $400 to $500 at of you. NOT HAPPY!!!

Where do I start..... I arrived appx. 10 minutes early for my 12 noon appointment on Saturday 25th and then the madness began. I was told by the assistant service manager and she told me it would take appx 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete a PA state inspection and an oil change so I said no problem. Now it's 1:30pm an hour and a half later my SUV is still not complete yet, I asked how much longer and I was old 20 minutes, now it's 2:05 pm 35 minutes later and STILL NOT DONE..... Now it's 2:30 and FINALLY I get called to pay the bill and go on my way. I had a coupon for $39.99 for the inspection and with my warranty the oil change was free so I was schocked when the bill was $60.00 !!! I asked why so much and she stated there is a fee for a phone call and a sticker fee and a shop fee....... so how come I was not told before about all these fee's ????? So in closing I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN FOR SERVICE.... FAULKNER OR FC KERBECK FOR ME, hence the reason why we bought the car from FC Kerbeck, nobody in PA could touch there price.

My salesman was Clifford. What a super nice guy and gentleman. The offer for my trade was exceptional and the bottom line on my purchase was as well. The ONLY issue I had was the delivery clean-up of my new 2017 Sierra. Their detail team could have done a much better job. Other than that, I give Peruzzi 4 and a half stars. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

My husband and I bought our car from this dealership, and we were very pleased. Evan was really nice - he went above and beyond, and made me feel comfortable when test driving the car - which I was super nervous about. He made sure our paperwork went by smoothly and quickly, so we could get back home. Sometimes car places get a bad rep, but everyone here was knowledgeable and thorough. And, we totally love our car. Def recommend!

This is only a review of the service department, which is organized and accommodating. So far the repairs have been great. Shuttle service home or to the mall ...and they sell greeting cards which became a surprisingly helpful service while I waited for my car. I had less than a positive experience trying to purchase a car here... walked put and went elsewhere so the 5 stars is only for the service department.

I bought a "certified" 15' Sierra from this dealer...

I bought a "certified" 15' Sierra from this dealer ship. Along with the pick-up I purchased the warranty that they assured me was a great deal and would cover any issue with my truck. A few weeks later I had a taillight go out. Trying to make an appointment with them that fit my schedule was enough of a headache, but after bringing it in they told me it was my light harness that had gone bad and that the warranty would not cover it. Come to find out it's only a powertrain warranty. So much for taking their word. Also ordering floor mats from them was a pain. I had to call them after a couple of weeks of not hearing anything just to ask if they were ready. Now I'm dealing with replacing the brake pads and rotors because they were worn to the metal and my parking brake is shot for some odd reason. I thought all these minor things were supposed to be fixed prior to buying a vehicle so I wouldn't have to worry about it for awhile. What a garbage business mentality. Bottom line the amount of anxiety my vehicle has given me the past couple months makes me very unhappy. I wish I would have continued my search for a quality dealership.

Went to their GMC dealer on 3/14/20. I pulled up and there was a sales associate outside waiting. Told him we had an appointment and he knew exactly what car I was there to see. He introduced himself as Mark and we took the car for a test drive. Asked some questions on the drive that he wasn t able to answer about the car. I should have went with my gut from that point and left. The car we first drove was a little loud so we asked if they had the same car in stock. He said yes, but ended up taking us to a totally different make and model and tried to swing it as if he was showing us something comparable. I decided on the vehicle that I came in to see. Mark pushed to run credit before he gave me any numbers. I ensured him that I wanted the car I just needed a break down. Once he went back and forth into the office 4 times I had number. I asked SPECIFICALLY how many inquiries would be on my credit because Mark said that they would send request to 20 banks. HIS EXACT words were it s 1 soft inquiry that should come off in 2-4 months because we work with so many different creditors to find the best deal. Today I have 12 hard inquiries on my credit file. He is a deceptive vulture and I m glad I didn t do business with them.

Switching dealerships due to distance. Tried them out and there seems to be some integrity based service. They did not high pressure me to get more work done. They listed the recommended Manufacturer service at my mileage. That was all and what should be done. They did not say things like it s going to make your truck blow up or void the 100,000 mile warranty. So I am back for a state and emission service. How can they make any money @ $50.00, for a service that takes about an hr pay all the staff a standard living salary and keep the lights on. State inspection price is still set by the state? Not that I want to pay more mind you. It s almost a given that they find something to fail just to keep the lights on.

Had a bad experience with them over a lease. I was trying to work a deal with them on a new lease but found a better deal on another vehicle at another dealership. When I handed my lease back in they were extremely upset and hit me with over 2000 in disposition fees and damages. This car was in like new condition. Yes it needed a good detail but that s about it. I have leased 5 vehicles previously and never had a sales team act like that or be so vindictive over losing a sale. Don t waste your time with them. Plenty of other car dealers

I arrived for my 7:30 appt driving all the way from Montgomery County on.Thursday, thinking it would be an easy fix. Wrong !!!!!! After 3 hrs, I was getting restless and decided to go and ask Glenn at the Service desk what the problem was as I had to go to work I must add that I bought this vehicle from this dealership as certified used and it is not one of the brands they deal with on a regular basis .He explained that it was not an easy fix as it had something to do with the electrical system. I told him I had to go to work and he told me to give him.a few minutes to figure things out.
Glenn came back 5 minutes later and told me that they would comp me by getting me into a rental at no cost to me so I could go to work. Barely 5 minutes later, Enterprise arrived to pick me up and everything went very smoothly. I was back on the road 20 minutes after Glenn figured things out! I was extremely impressed. They called late afternoon to tell me that my vehicle was ready but I told them I could not come back until the next day. No problem I was told. Arrived the next day to pick up my vehicle which was parked in front of the dealership and ready to go. Walked in..handed Glenn the keys to the rental...picked up my keys and 6 minutes later I was back on the road heading to work. All I can say is ...EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!! Thank you to Glenn and his colleague who made this experience pleasantly memorable!!!!

I bought a 2006 G.M.C. Canyon pick up from The G.M.C Buick dealership and it did not have a warranty because it had 105,000 miles on it. I understood this at the time of Purchase. I had a problem with the emergency brake hanging up. I took it back to the dealer and it requied that I have the Handle and all 3 brake cables installed. This was close to $1000.00 in repairs but Peruzzi. Took care of almost all of the cost. I am very satisfied with the sales and service department at Peruzzi G.M.C. This is not the first time that they helped me out. I had a 2006 Saturn vue and the air bag would not register on the passenger side. The problem took 3 days to figure out inbetween Peruzzi and the factory. Once again they took care of most of the bill for me.They also gave me an excellent trade on my 2006 Saturn and A great price on the 2006 G.M.C. Canyon P/U truck. I can't say enough about this company and a special thanks to Gary Fields and Mike in service. Thanks again Gary Kinsey

Though this happened a while ago, I continue to share it to caution potential Peruzzi customers. Peruzzi sold me a Buick Terraza in summer 2007 saying that they verified it could be converted to carry a wheelchair. When I contacted the conversion company, however, they said Peruzzi had sold me an un-convertible vehicle. After three weeks, Peruzzi would only buy the van back used (it had 399 miles, most of which was put on when it was transported to Peruzzi). Peruzzi's actions cost me thousands of dollars. A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), case #F913-CF4%. BBB only mediates a complaint like this and consequently I did not receive any compensation. I like GM vehicles and would buy one again. But I highly recommend against dealing with Peruzzi.

The best customer service experience ever when buying a car. Our sales representative, Mike Marshall was experienced, knowledgeable, personable, friendly and made us feel like family. He was never pushy and never made us feel rushed or pressured at any point. He told us that he was there to get us what we wanted and to make it work for us and we felt that the entire way. The general manager checked in on us a few times throughout the process to be sure we were taken care of - another PLUS. Joe (the finance rep) was equally pleasant and worked hard to find the best rate for us. A truly terrific car buying experience. We will definitely recommend this dealership & Mike Marshall in particular) to our friends and family. 5+ stars Peruzzi Buick GMC - Thank you!

The battery died in my 2015 Buick Verano. I was broken down in the parking lot of Walmart on a Monday morning. Since most of my family and friends were at work, I was quite upset and nervous as to what I was going to do. I called the service department at Peruzzi who gave me the phone number for Buick towing. I called them to tow my car to Peruzzi. When I got to work about an hour later I called Peruzzi and spoke with Evelyn who was extremely nice. She informed me that the car was already finished, that it was the battery and they had replaced it. I told her I probably would not get there until after 6:00 as my son works in Jenkintown and depending on traffic he would be to my office in Trevose between 5:30 and 6:00. She said she was going to see if she could have someone bring the car to my office. About two hours later a manager and service guy brought the car to my office. They were so very helpful to me. I have never had a car dealership go out of there way to be of so much assistance to me. I have told my family and friends about this and they were quite impressed as well. I cannot thank Evelyn and the great staff at Peruzzi enough for helping me out with this.

Went today, spoke to guy at front desk for 15 mins after asking for a manager about something that wasn t directly benefiting them. NOT once did he tell me was the manager. Gave a card at the end of it all and I realized he s the general manager. Impressed and sold, if I ever buy a GMC/Buick this would be the only place to do it At in My mind If the leader of the dealership is willing to greet his customers and give 15 mins about information for something that wasn t benefiting him... that shows courtesy and customer care at very high level! Awesome Buick gmc dealership. I was heading to NJ last week and got a flat tire on the PA turnpike. I was over 2 hours from home and had no idea where I was. I looked for the nearest dealership on google maps and it led me here. I walked in and the employees were so helpful. They helped me immediately and I was on my way with a new tire in just a short time. All of the employees were very professional and provided top notch customer service. I am ever in the area again I would definitely stop here. Wonderful high quality dealership.

I have not yet bought a car from Peruzzi but started using them for my Pontiac service when the dealer I used went out of business a couple years ago. Of course, Pontiac is no longer a GM brand so I look forward to buying a Buick from them. That is because I have had nothing but exceptional service, from simple oil changes and inspections to an ornery power window problem. I was so impressed that I even bring our aunt's Cadillac to them for all service needs as well as my other non-Pontiac auto. Their prices are very reasonable and the car is always completed by the promised time. Their management does a personal follow-up to insure all went well. By the way, the place is spotless!

My entire experience at this dealership has been professional and cordial. As a woman purchaser, I felt rather disrespected by several other area Buick dealerships although I all of the prerequisite elements that any decent salesperson would be happy to see.

From the purchase of my Buick Encore from Mike Marshall back in July 2015, to my interactions with the sales manager Joe, and the service techs - everything has been good. I will recommend Peruzzi to others for their future purchasing or leasing needs.

We traded in our Yukon for a used vehicle to save ...

We traded in our Yukon for a used vehicle to save money. The day I tried to take the vehicle home, magically a check engine light came on. I was told it was probably a gas cap and to just drive and it will go away. I made them put something in writing before I left and sure enough, light didn't go off. Turns out it was a timing chain issue! They had to drop the entire motor to replace a chain that isn't supposed to be replaced. Good thing I got it in writing. But this was short lived. Not even 2 days later we were back for a very loud power steering whine. They fixed that. 4,500 miles later, the engine seized while I had my family of 6 in the vehicle. The dealership was closed and over 100 miles from where we broke down so we had it towed to a local shop. Ended up paying close to $6,000 to replace the motor on a $9,000 vehicle. The service manager, Nick's responses were clear that he was simply covering the dealerships liability for anything. Everything was because of what I did or didn't do. First it was due to the 4500 miles since the oil change. Their techs informed me to simply follow the oil change monitor in the vehicle which corroborates with the owners manual. The monitor read 67% when this happened. The shop claimed the filter was almost stuck on the housing and looked as if it hadn't been changed in a very long time, which could be the reason for a spun bearing but the dealer insists they changed the oil. Who knows. Bottom line, we were sold a bad vehicle and the dealer wouldn't do anything to help or make it right and because I can't prove their neglect, my family is out thousands of dollars when this entire move was to SAVE money. They acted very concerned but once they realized they had no liability, they washed their hands with us. They claim they did all these services prior to us purchasing the vehicle but then why was the brake fluid and power steering fluid completely black and had to be flushed if it was all checked and good? I'm just glad my wife wasn't the one driving with our 4 children when this happened. I will never purchase another vehicle, have any service done or suggest this dealer to any person.

Hello
I had booked my appointment thru the app a few days ago
It had not connected to my dealer, so they did not have me scheduled
(Same with a few other clients)
As always with Peruzzi's wonderful customer service, they added me in shortly
after I arrived anyway
They took care of my car servicing and inspection and I was finished in less than an
hour and a half
Always a pleasant experience there
Kudos to them!

Overall a poor experience with this dealer.

Overall a poor experience with this dealer.

While shopping for trucks, I applied for a loan through GM Financial, which requires you to input a dealer. I chose Peruzzi simply because they were closest to me. After speaking with the Finance Manager over the phone I filled out a credit application.

Two days later, I find out they had applied to 9 different banks, and some even denied my application. This is after I specifically told them to run my credit with EXACTLY ONE bank.

Needless to say I purchased my truck elsewhere, and had no problem getting approved with a very good rate by going to the lender directly.

I contacted Jason Young and submitted formal requests for these inquiries to be removed from my credit report. It's been four months and nothing has been done. It is a shame, since this was the second truck I purchased this year, and I am expecting to buy 2 more before the end of 2016. Guess who will not be getting my business?

Last week I bought a car from Peruzzi Buick GMC and it was the best and easiest experience I ve ever had buying a car. That s quite a compliment considering the numerous cars and dealerships I ve dealt with over the years. Shopping for a new car can be an intimidating task, especially for a female shopping alone, so I was blown away by how different my experience was at Peruzzi. The genuine hospitality and exceptional service shown by everyone made me feel like a valued customer who drove off with a great deal. I m especially thankful to Joe Crotty, Jordan, Drew and Jason, who went above and beyond to help with all my questions. And it seems I am not alone in my experience either. My uncle recently relocated to the States and went out looking for a new car. He bought something at a different Peruzzi dealership and had the same flawless experience. Thank you for making it so easy! Keep up the great work!!

I took my older model car in for a recall in November. When picking up my car, I was told the tech could not get the panels off and broke then so they were glued together. I calmly expressed that if it will be fixed and replaced it wouldn t be a problem. I called more then a few times and am constantly told that they will check next Saturday. They do not call me to update me on what s going on and have not called me with a solution for the problem or another way to solve the problem. My husband called and they said the only other option to offer is to paint the BROKEN panels in my car. I understand that my car is an older model vehicle, it s a 2007 and parts are hard to find since my car is not made anymore; however, a solution should be found since they can t fix what they broke. I do not live close by and took it here because I believed they would take care of my car but I was wrong. I don t even get a call for any updates and it s frustrating. I m tired of calling and getting told lies and excuses. 6 months later and still nothing has been done.

I continue to be disappointed in this place. I will never be back there again. Don t waste your time, try a different GMC dealer/service.

I made an appt and cleared my morning. I get there and I m told the 2 recalls, oil change, and radio update would take 1.5 - 2 hrs. No problem, I brought a book and have some work to catch up on. 3 hrs later, I ask for an update and I m told it will be at least a couple more hrs. Or I could come back another day to get the radio update.

The only reason I decided to get the oil changed there was because I was taking my car there for the recalls.

Just give me my car, please. I will go to another GMC from now on. They can t all be this incompetent.

I always get my Chevrolet serviced here and the experience is always great. I have a 2003 Venture that they keep running great. They recommend what the vehicle needs and tell me what I should have done right away and what can wait till next time which is great because it gives me time to budget it and its all without any pressure from the service advisors. The whole staff is great to deal with as Ed runs a great service center with good advisors and mechanics.

We had a wonderful experience when we went in desperate for a more reliable car. We didn't have the greatest credit or a ton of money down- but they still found a way to make things happen for us!! We couldn't be happier and now we have a car that we are completely comfortable in & with no worries!! Our salesman Roy was great to work with and made it a great experience for us. They definitely have our business as long as we are in the area!!!
