I took my older model car in for a recall in November. When picking up my car, I was told the tech could not get the panels off and broke then so they were glued together. I calmly expressed that if it will be fixed and replaced it wouldn t be a problem. I called more then a few times and am constantly told that they will check next Saturday. They do not call me to update me on what s going on and have not called me with a solution for the problem or another way to solve the problem. My husband called and they said the only other option to offer is to paint the BROKEN panels in my car. I understand that my car is an older model vehicle, it s a 2007 and parts are hard to find since my car is not made anymore; however, a solution should be found since they can t fix what they broke. I do not live close by and took it here because I believed they would take care of my car but I was wrong. I don t even get a call for any updates and it s frustrating. I m tired of calling and getting told lies and excuses. 6 months later and still nothing has been done.
